Nigel is the Chief Executive Officer for Capgemini Technology Services (TS) in the UK responsible for over 1400 staff within the discipline. Nigel is responsible for the strategic and financial management of the TS Business in the UK and our major alliances (SAP, IBM, Microsoft & Oracle). His remit covers the full spectrum of Technology Services through IT Transformation, Innovation, Development and Integration, and Delivery and Service Management across all areas of Industry and the Public Sector. Nigel also sits on the Capgemini Technology Services Global Council. Previously, Nigel was the Head of the Government & Public Services Sector for Capgemini's Technology Services business within the UK, responsible for teams of business developers and delivery managers covering key sectors of the public sector and Local Government. Nigel is an experienced and successful senior sales and delivery leader with a strong track record of selling and delivering large I.T. based transformation programmes in the private & public sectors creating long term relationships at senior management and board levels. Previously Nigel worked at the BBC and for a major management consultancy.

Andy Mulholland joined Capgemini in 1996 with thirteen years of experience in senior IT roles. An early pioneer in PC/Network technology, Andy's focus on Information Technology, as opposed to traditional Computing, brought him international recognition for Internet based technology. He has published five white papers, in the last six years, proposed Technology Architectural models, three of which have become the norm throughout the Technology industry, including the concept of 'Adaptive IT'. Mulholland's role of Global Chief Technology Officer includes advising the Capgemini Group management board on all aspects of technology-driven market changes. Mulholland serves on the technology advisory boards of several organizations and enterprises, including Cal IT, (the Californian State Technology Board), and has been, or is, a director of various Industry boards including the Open Mobile Alliance, and the MIT Supply Chain Group, both working on approaches and standards for aspects of the Mobility and Sensors market. He is also a Fellow of the British Computer Society. He is particularly knowledgeable on the alignment of IT technology to serve business objectives with emphasis on improving the communication and use of information in business processes. Currently this expertise is of great value in defining Web Services and IT Governance models, two areas requiring hybrid business and technology understanding. He has worked in all major industry sectors on strategic initiatives to deliver business advantage from Technology. Andy coined the name 'Techno Business' to describe the new forms of technology generated Business formats, such as e-Bay. An experienced senior executive with strong skills in the strategic, tactical, and management aspects of technology, and services provision, he has been the founder, or co-founder, of four technology companies that have either been acquired by leading multinational technology companies, or gone public on the small capital NASDAQ market.

Steve oversees all aspects of enterprise technology at Resolve Corporation. Bringing more than 28 years of diverse experience to Resolve, Steve has served in the automotive, financial services, consulting, and telecom sectors. Steve held senior management positions with Ford Motor Company and worked as the Chief Technology Officer at TD Bank Financial Group and Capgemini, before moving to Telus as their VP, Finance Vertical Marketing. Most recently, Steve was the Chief Information Officer at Meridian Credit Union. Steve has an MBA in Finance and Operational Research and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Biology, both earned at York University. He currently serves on the board of PCAS.

Colette Lewiner is Vice President, Global Leader Energy, Utilities & Chemicals and Global Marketing Leader of Cap Gemini. She is also Member of the Board of Directors of La Poste and TGS-NOPEC, Geophysical Company ASA* Member of the French National Strategic, Board for Information Technology, reporting to the Prime Minister and Member of the French Technology Academy.

Donie Lochan is a Vice President and the Wealth Management Practice Leader for Capgemini in North America. In this role, Donie is responsible for strategic planning, sales and business development efforts aimed at driving market share, revenue and profit growth to ensure Capgemini maintains its leadership position in wealth management consulting services. Lochan, who joined Capgemini in 1992, has nearly 18 years of experience in Financial Services management consulting across the US, UK, Japan, France and Egypt, providing information technology strategy and solutions to executive management. He has also been responsible for offshore distributed delivery for Financial Services and has helped build out Capgemini's India strategy and centers in Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata. Lochan earned a B.Sc. in Mathematics/Statistics and Computing with First Class Honors, and holds a Master's in Mathematical Modeling, both from Greenwich University, London. Most recently, he was an executive partner at Accenture, where he was a thought leader in the companya s Health and Life Sciences practice and a practice leader in the area of clinical transformation. Dr. Lowenhaupt also was national practice leader at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and a partner in the Healthcare Practice of Deloitte Consulting. Prior to his consulting career, Dr. Lowenhaupt practiced medicine and led a multi-specialty group practice in Boston for 10 years. He also co-founded Boston Medical Systems (BMS) and worked as an investigator for the National Institute of Health. Dr. Lowenhaupt received his undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Phi Beta Kappa) and his medical degree from Harvard Medical School.

Charlene Bonvissuto has joined Focused Health Solutions as its Vice President of Operations. Charlene is a registered nurse, with an MS in Nursing and Healthcare Administration, Summa cum Laude, from State University of New York at Buffalo, and a healthcare industry expert with extensive experience in clinical, administrative, consulting and corporate executive management. Bill Campbell is the Southern area director for Capgemini. Campbell was most recently North American geographic sales leader for Capgemini, and also held business development leadership roles as Technology Services and Products business unit sales leader, Manufacturing Retail & Distribution sales leader and North American sales force leader over his 4 year career. He joined Capgemini from General Electric Information Services in 2001, where he held numerous leadership roles at GE including account executive, region manager, area sales leader, and Americas sales leader for its E Commerce Solutions business. Under Campbell's leadership, his teams consistently delivered exceptional sales results for their respective areas while leveraging GE's Six Sigma methodologies. Campbell holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). Tim Crichfield is the Midwest area director for Capgemini. In the last 15 years Paul has been responsible for delivery of a number of projects with a budget that ranged from $200,000+ to multi-million dollar engagements across the globe. Paul is now a senior manager at Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology, outsourcing and local professional services with approximately 60,000 employees worldwide. Paul was responsible for organizing weekend company events across the country that included defining the agenda, inviting speakers, facilitating workshops, and organizing the logistics. His contact network would enable him to invite people from multiple industries and companies to create further excitement for the PMI-SFBA Chapter. Paul wants to draw upon his contacts and event organizing experience to extend the reach of our Chapter to further the PMI value proposition.

Amanda Justice serves as a Senior Client Executive at Capgemini, where she oversees sales and delivery of all project based consulting for High Tech and Manufacturing clients in the Central US. Capgemini is a 10+ Billion dollar systems integration company headquartered out of Paris France. She is responsible for clients including, Dell, HP, Apple, Temple Inland, AMD, Freescale and Continental Airlines, just to name a few. As an influential industry thought leader, Ms. Justice is an active philanthropist and entrepreneur in the Central TX area and sits on the board of several non-profit organizations, such as the Association for Corporate Growth. She is also involved as an investor and board advisor for several start ups in the Austin community such as Easy Communities, The C Forum, Sparksight and InnoTech.

Brent is known for being a driven and energetic management technology professional with broad experience working as part of a team to lead, drive and deliver impactful results. Emphasizing a strong analytical and decision-making approach, he has worked for clients in multiple industries, ranging from technology to financial services and insurance. One of Brent's key assets is his strong foundation and skills in system implementation and his proficiency in a broad spectrum of programming languages, operating systems and software tools. This allows him to help bridge the gap between business and technology to ensure the desired results are achieved. Brent joined Vynamic, following a series of consulting engagements he pursued after working at Cap Gemini as an ERP consultant. A graduate of Clemson University, where he received his BA, Brent has made a commitment to lifelong learning and constantly pursues continuing education opportunities, in all areas of business and technology. A new resident of North Carolina, he enjoys spending time with his wife Katy and their three children.

Jean-Marc Zola joined the TAC organization in 2004 as Vice President Strategy Security. In addition to this role, Jean-Marc holds the position of Vice President Building Security with parent company Schneider Electric, which he joined in 1998. His business background includes roles within management, corporate internal auditing, business strategy and services operations at Schneider Electric and Cap Gemini. Born in 1965, Zola holds a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from Supelec (France) as well as a Master Degree in Strategic Management from Dauphine University (France).

Dr. Kaplan is a member of the executive management team of Ferrazzi Greenlight, where he leads the Leadership Development and Training practice and manages the Greenlight Research institute. Previously, Jeff worked for the global consulting firm Capgemini, serving as the leader of the firm's marquee alliance with Microsoft Corporation. In the capacity of Microsoft Alliance leader, he managed a $350M account portfolio and was responsible for facilitating interfirm relationships between C-level executives. In addition, Dr. Kaplan developed an advanced technical training curriculum for systems architects and facilitated a formal certification program. Prior to his work with Capgemini consulting, Jeff headed the sales and marketing effort for an internationally known amusement park and a groundbreaking B2B start-up. In 1989, Kaplan founded the first of four events management and training companies, which he grew into international operations. In partnership with AH Belo Corporation, the parent company of The Dallas Morning News and the flagship ABC affiliate WFAA-TV, he developed a event production company with a $30M media budget. In 1999, Kaplan successfully divested his ownership interests in a private sale. During this time, Dr. Kaplan's event was endorsed by the Texas Congressional delegation and he was quoted as a source in the Wall Street Journal. Dr. Kaplan has taught graduate and undergraduate business courses at a number of universities and served as the Marketing Department Chair for the University of Phoenix, where he earned a doctorate in organizational leadership. Jeff received a Masters in Business Administration from the Graziadio Graduate School of Business at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.

As President and Principal Consultant of MEGACOM 2000, Inc., Jeric Saez brings extensive systems design, analysis, architecture, and programming experience with a combination of almost ten years in the client/server and Web development arena. Jeric specializes in Microsoft technology but has a strong background in Java-centric technologies as well. Jeric is a Microsoft Certified Professional with specialization on building business process automation, enterprise application integration and business-to-business applications using Microsoft server technology such as BizTalk Server and SharePoint. He possesses a wide spectrum of technical expertise: from (1)analyzing business needs and providing technology solutions; to (2)designing application and database architectures; and (3)hands-on building of traditional client/server, smart clients as well as Web distributed applications. He has participated in, led and managed numerous software development projects spanning from departmental to enterprise-wide, mission critical applications both for in-house and commercial or e-Commerce use. He has Big 5 consulting experience with Cap Gemini- Ernst & Young, and has a proven track record of seeing projects to completion exemplifying his excellent project management and leadership skills. Jim Sourges is the North American Automotive Consuting & Technology Practice Leader with more than 20 years of combined consulting and industry experience within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. His focus areas include strategy, operations transformation and information technology within these dynamic industries. Sourges helps clients improve the value of their relationships with customers, helping them become more competitive and reducing operational cost. Sourges earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Youngstown State and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. Katie Manty graduated from MIT Sloan's Management of Technology Master's degree program in 2002. Katie is currently a Directory, Web Sales and Service, at Fidelity Investments. She is managing technology projects to enhance the online customer experience. She works with both business and technology partners to understand and translate business requirements. Prior to Fidelity Investments, she spend more than 11 years in consulting with 9 of those years at Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young). While at Capgemini, Katie gained a vast array of project management experience working for several Fortune 500 clients. She started as a systems programmer, then moved into managing technical teams, and after business school, managed a variety of consulting engagements in the strategic IT-initiative space, such as budget-cutting for CIOs, setting up PMOs, and piloting new technologies for business opportunity. Katie worked for two smaller IT consulting firms; one in the search engine optimization and marketing strategy space and another focused on commercial real estate applications. Katie earned her initial IT experience working in the IT departments of Texaco and Air Products & Chemicals. Katie earned a Bachelor's degree from Smith College with a double major in Computer Science and Economics. For fun, Katie enjoys meeting Sloanies, traveling, reading fiction, swimming, organizing events, visiting historical landmarks and taking long walks. Katie enjoys experiencing different cultures. Ken Morton is the Strategic Platform Leader for Capgemini in North America, as well the SAP practice leader. In this role, he is responsible for SAP strategy and solutions across North America. Ken is also responsible for the ongoing relationship and strategic interaction with SAP America. A member of Capgemini's America Executive Team, Ken sits on Capgemini's Global Leadership Team which provides guidance and governance over the SAP practice globally for Capgemini. Over his 16 year career with Capgemini, he has lead custom development projects, process transformation initiatives and global SAP transformation programs. Ken has also held account executive positions with major consumer products and manufacturing clients. Prior to joining Capgemini, Ken was Director of Product Planning and Development for Management Science America, Inc. Ken has over twenty five years of experience with business improvement, information systems development and systems implementation in across a host of sectors. Ken holds a BBA in Accounting with Computer Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mike Wright joined Knightsbridge in 2000. Responsible for all sales and business development efforts globally, Mike's leadership contributed to Knightsbridge's rapid revenue growth through the addition of new customers and expansion of Knightsbridge's presence with existing customers. Previously, Mike worked at DayNine, Inc., a business-to-business information technology consulting company, where he was chief operating officer, managing all operational aspects of the company's services. He designed and implemented processes for sales, sales management, forecasting, delivery, recruiting and hiring, performance management, career development, and operations. Prior to that, he was vice president of business development for Fry Multimedia, where he led all customer-facing activities including sales, marketing, account management, and product development, and was responsible for development and implementation of sales strategy. Prior experience includes 16 years with Cap Gemini and three years at Cambridge Technology Partners, where his most recent position was a market leader with responsibility for marketing, sales, delivery, and profit and loss for all services throughout the Central United States. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in General Business from Eastern Kentucky University.

Consolidating an initial eight years of technology recruitment experience, Peter worked as a Human Resources Consultant for a further six years before founding Band-X Recruitment Ltd in 1998. He successfully delivered candidates, recruitment services and selection management projects for numerous blue chip technology firms - Cap Gemini, Institute of Directors, Standard Bank, Hitachi, Times Mirror and others - establishing HR and business processes to fit their needs. Band-X Recruitment is providing the ideal medium to combine his expertise, gained from both sides of the fence.

Andrew joined the Vertex Board in February 2003 as non-executive director and prior to accepting the role of Technology and Transformation Director in October 2004, he was a long-standing member of the Capgemini (UK) Board where he held a number of key positions. Andrew has extensive expertise in technology and systems integration and has held a variety of leadership roles in consulting and outsourcing, with direct experience of the public sector, financial services and life sciences markets. Before taking up the role of MD of the Public Sector Division, Andrew was responsible for developing, procuring and implementing the delivery of transformational services and consulting services. John has more than 20 years of business leadership in marketing & sales, strategy and operational improvement. He has an in depth knowledge of working with large enterprises and their leadership teams to transform their businesses through technology, process improvement, and strategic focus. John has worked across a range of industries to achieve and sustain major productivity and quality improvements in call centre and customer service environments. John has a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec in Canada and MA in Business Administration INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Appointed Non-Executive Deputy Chairman on 24 May 2006. He was Chairman and Chief Executive of Carrefour, the Paris-based retail group and world's second largest retailer, from 1992 to 2005. Prior to Carrefour, he was Chief Operating Officer of METRO, Germany's leading international retailer. He is President of Provestis, his own investment company and a non-executive director of Alcatel Lucent and Cap Gemini. He was previously non-executive director of Compagnie de St Gobain until June 2006. Age 62.

Philip A. Laskawy retired from Ernst & Young in September 2001, after having held several positions during his employment there from 1961 to 2001, including serving as chairman and chief executive officer from 1994 until his retirement in 2001. In 2006-2007, he served as chairman of the International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation, which sets accounting standards in more than 100 countries. Mr. Laskawy currently serves on the Boards of Directors of General Motors Corporation, Henry Schein, Inc., Lazard Ltd., and Loews Corporation.
