Bill began his career at Capital City Bank in 1978. He worked in numerous capacities before being named president and chief executive officer of Capital City Bank Group, Inc., in January 1989. He was elected chairman in 2003. He also serves as the chairman of the Capital City Bank Board of Directors.
Bill's alma mater is Florida State University where he serves on several University boards, including the Florida State University Foundation and the Florida State Athletic Board. Currently he is the chair of the FSU Capital Campaign.
Bill serves on the Southern Company Board of Directors, a super-regional energy company based in Atlanta, Ga. He also serves on a number of regional boards, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, the City of Tallahassee Utility Commission, Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Council, Citizens Advisory Committee for the City of Tallahassee and the Darlington School in Rome, Ga.
Tom joined Capital City in 1974 as a trainee. After joining the Bank, he earned an MBA from Florida State University. Prior to serving as president of Second National Bank and Industrial National Bank, he was a commercial loan officer. He was named president of Capital City Bank in 1995, the 100-year anniversary of the Bank’s founding.
Active in the community, Tom has served as chair of the Southeastern Community Blood Center, chair of the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, chair of the United Way of the Big Bend and president of the Community Bankers of Florida.

Flecia, a fifth generation Tallahassean, joined Capital City Bank in 2003. As chief brand officer, she oversees client service initiatives, advertising, internal and external communications, public relations and philanthropy. Prior to joining Capital City Bank, she was a public relations manager for Sprint and a member of the Capital City Bank Leon County Community Board.
A Florida State University graduate, she is very involved in the Tallahassee community where she serves on the boards of Florida State University’s Seven Days of Opening Nights, the Seminole Boosters and the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare Foundation. She is a former chair of the United Way of the Big Bend’s Board and leads the United Way’s BEST Project, an effort to create financial stability for hard-working families. Flecia is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee and Leadership Florida.

Kim’s service at Capital City began in 1981 when he joined the company as assistant vice president. He was promoted to vice president and chief financial officer in 1987 and executive vice president and chief financial officer in 1997.
He has served on the American Bankers Association’s Community Bankers Council and Administrative Board and was co-president of the Florida Bankers Association. As a community advocate, Kim has served on numerous boards, including Easter Seals, Friends of the LeRoy Collins Leon County Public Library and Leadership Tallahassee. In 1991, Kim received the Julian V. Smith Award, presented by the Capital City Bank Group Foundation, in recognition for distinguished service to his community.
Cindy Pyburn is President of Capital City Services Company and Executive Vice President. She began her career as a teller and has been with the Bank since 1980 when she joined Industrial National Bank, one of the member banks of Capital City Bank Group. After our consolidation in 1995, Cindy assumed responsibility of the Loan and Deposit Operations at the Services Company and was later to promoted to senior vice president of Operations.

Cindy Pyburn is President of Capital City Services Company and Executive Vice President. She began her career as a teller and has been with the Bank since 1980 when she joined Industrial National Bank, one of the member banks of Capital City Bank Group. After our consolidation in 1995, Cindy assumed responsibility of the Loan and Deposit Operations at the Services Company and was later to promoted to senior vice president of Operations.
Dale joined Capital City Bank in 1979. During his career at Capital City, he has served as credit manager, accounting manager, cashier and controller and has even managed the Bank’s investment portfolio. Since 1987, Dale has worked with Capital City’s corporate clients. For nearly eight years, he led the business banking division, and is currently serving as executive vice president of credit administration.
Dale is a Florida State University graduate and a Leadership Tallahassee alumnus. He currently serves on the board of America’s Second Harvest of the Big Bend and chairs the Administrative Council of Chaires United Methodist Church.
Ed joined Capital City in 1983 after earning a degree in accounting from Florida State University. Over the years, he has worked in internal auditing, financial accounting, investment management, asset/liability management and commercial lending. In 1999, he accepted the position as executive vice president for Commercial Real Estate Lending.
Born and raised in Tallahassee, his leadership roles in the community have included serving on the boards of the Salvation Army, Friends of the LeRoy Collins Leon County Public Library and Tallahassee Ronald McDonald House. He is also a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee.
Karen joined Capital City in 1996 after the acquisition of First Federal Bank and served as senior vice president before being named executive vice president of residential lending in 1997. She is responsible for overseeing residential mortgage operations and residential servicing operations. A native of Tallahassee, she attended Tallahassee Community College and began her career in mortgage banking in 1970. A licensed mortgage broker, Karen is a graduate of the Fannie Mae Institute for the Secondary Marketing School, the Underwriting School and the Hedging and Pipeline Risk School. Karen has also served on the Chase Manhattan Mortgage Advisory Board and the FNMA Legislative Initiative team.
Mitch began his career with Capital City in 1973 as a part-time teller at the North Monroe office. With the exception of a seven-year period serving Capital City Bank in Branford, Florida, Mitch has worked for the bank while living in Leon County. Currently, he is the executive vice president of community banking. He is a graduate of Florida State University, the Florida School of Banking and Leadership Tallahassee. Mitch is active in the community and serves on various boards, including the Executive Committee of the Tallahassee Sports Council.
As executive vice president of credit administration, Noel joined Capital City Bank in 1988. He began his career in the audit department and has served as the general auditor and relationship manager. He established the credit administration department in 1995. Noel is a graduate of Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi, the Stonier School of Banking and Leadership Tallahassee. Noel serves as financial secretary at his church and is active in coaching youth recreational leagues in Tallahassee.
Randy joined Capital City Bank in 1966 as a part time teller while pursuing a degree from Florida State University. Upon graduating, he spent two years on active duty as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army, four years with Barnett Bank of Tallahassee, and another four years as a national bank examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. In 1979, Randy joined Capital City as the auditor and loan review officer of First National Bank. He has also served as a marketing officer, a commercial lender and a senior lender. Upon consolidation of the Capital City banks, Randy became manager of the Relationship Bank, which included commercial real estate, corporate and professional and the institutional banking divisions. In 2001, he became manager of retail credit. Randy is serving his second consecutive term as chairman of the Leon County Schools' Foundation. He is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee.
Ed joined Capital City Bank in 1998 as executive vice president of the business bank. In 2001, Ed moved to the community banking division where he served as sales coach for all markets outside Leon County. As executive vice president of Sales Leadership, Ed is now responsible for emphasizing sales as a top priority throughout the Bank. Prior to his tenure at Capital City Bank, Ed was with Barnett Bank as a senior retail executive.
He is a graduate of Florida State University, board member of the American Heart Association, and actively involved in youth athletics. Ed is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee and the Robert Morris Banking School.
Randy began his career in 1990 as the president of Capital City Trust Company. Before joining the team at Capital City Bank, he worked with the trust divisions of Wachovia Bank and First Tennessee Bank.
Randy is a graduate of Memphis State University and is a certified financial planner. He is a board member of Tallahassee Community College Foundation, chairman of Leon County Investment Oversight Committee, past president of the Florida Banker’s Association Trust Division, past president of the Tallahassee Regional Estate Planning Council, a member of the Governor’s Guardianship Taskforce and board member of the Florida Arts and Community Development Enrichment.

Bill began his career at Capital City Bank in 1998 as executive vice president of Institutional Banking. In 2007, Bill was named executive vice president of the Metro Community Banking division and also became the first president for the Leon County market.
A graduate of Loyola University and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Bill presently serves the community as a member of the Board of Directors of United Way of the Big Bend and Big Bend Jobs and Education Council, Inc. He is also the national chairman for the American Heart Association.
Mr. Carroll, 57, has been a director since 2003. Since 1990, he has been the Managing Partner of Carroll and Company, CPAs, an accounting firm specializing in tax and audit based in Tallahassee, Florida.
