Dale joined Capital City Bank in 1979. During his career at Capital City, he has served as credit manager, accounting manager, cashier and controller and has even managed the Bank’s investment portfolio. Since 1987, Dale has worked with Capital City’s corporate clients. For nearly eight years, he led the business banking division, and is currently serving as executive vice president of credit administration. Dale is a Florida State University graduate and a Leadership Tallahassee alumnus. He currently serves on the board of America’s Second Harvest of the Big Bend and chairs the Administrative Council of Chaires United Methodist Church.

Flecia, a fifth generation Tallahassean, joined Capital City Bank in 2003. As chief brand officer, she oversees client service initiatives, advertising, internal and external communications, public relations and philanthropy. Prior to joining Capital City Bank, she was a public relations manager for Sprint and a member of the Capital City Bank Leon County Community Board. A Florida State University graduate, she is very involved in the Tallahassee community where she serves on the boards of Florida State University’s Seven Days of Opening Nights, the Seminole Boosters and the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare Foundation. She is a former chair of the United Way of the Big Bend’s Board and leads the United Way’s BEST Project, an effort to create financial stability for hard-working families. Flecia is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee and Leadership Florida.

As executive vice president of credit administration, Noel joined Capital City Bank in 1988. He began his career in the audit department and has served as the general auditor and relationship manager. He established the credit administration department in 1995. Noel is a graduate of Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi, the Stonier School of Banking and Leadership Tallahassee. Noel serves as financial secretary at his church and is active in coaching youth recreational leagues in Tallahassee.

Randy joined Capital City Bank in 1966 as a part time teller while pursuing a degree from Florida State University. Upon graduating, he spent two years on active duty as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army, four years with Barnett Bank of Tallahassee, and another four years as a national bank examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. In 1979, Randy joined Capital City as the auditor and loan review officer of First National Bank. He has also served as a marketing officer, a commercial lender and a senior lender. Upon consolidation of the Capital City banks, Randy became manager of the Relationship Bank, which included commercial real estate, corporate and professional and the institutional banking divisions. In 2001, he became manager of retail credit. Randy is serving his second consecutive term as chairman of the Leon County Schools' Foundation. He is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee.
