Jim McMillan joined Capital Region Medical Center in 1984 and is responsible for financial services. From 1978 to 1984, he served as director of finance at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton, Mo.

Janet Weckenborg has served in her current role since 1996. Her previous roles at Capital Region include: director of quality, house supervisor, director of discharge planning/education, nurse manager and staff nurse on the surgical unit. Her education includes a Diploma in Nursing from St. John's Hospital School of Nursing, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Hannibal LaGrange College and a Master's of Healthcare Administration from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Weckenborg is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. She also is involved in many area community and civic organizations.

Bob Mazur joined Capital Region Medical Center in November 2005 and is responsible for Human Resources, Education and Corporate /Community Health. From 1973 to 1999 Bob served in several Human Resource capacities at Elizabeth General Medical Center in Elizabeth, NJ including eleven years as Vice President, Human Resources. He subsequently served in several senior HR positions at Cooper Health System in Camden, NJ; Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton, NJ and prior to coming to CRMC, the Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK. Mr. Mazur received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Tulsa. He is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administrators.

Capital Region Medical Clinic-Eldon provides care for the entire family. Dr. Griswold and Dr. King not only practice medicine in Eldon, they live in Eldon and are active in the community.
