Jan Lundahl joined CapMan through the Swedestart acquisition in 2002 and has headed CapMan Life Science since then. Jan has extensive venture capital experience within the field of life science and a strong entrepreneurial background. His approach to portfolio companies is very hands-on. Jan has been the Chairman of both ProstaLund and Clinitrac for a number of years, and he is also a board member in several other companies.

Markku Hietala has served as the Managing Director of Realprojekti Oy since the company was established on 1 May 2000. He has more than twenty years experience in the real estate industry.

Tuomo Raasio joined CapMan in 1988 and has acted as the Head of CapMan Buyout since 31 March 2005. Tuomo has actively contributed in developing the working methods, shareholder agreements and various investment instruments now widely used in the Finnish private equity industry. He has broad experience in M&A and has led a number of MBO transactions at CapMan. Tuomo has also served as Chairman and board member for several portfolio companies. Prior to CapMan Tuomo worked for the Kansallis Banking Group in Helsinki and London, where he specialised in corporate finance in international capital markets. Additionally, Tuomo has participated in the listing of several Finnish companies on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

Marjo Kankaanranta joined Realprojekti when the company was founded in 2000. She handles leasing and marketing operations, which are focused mainly on large shopping centre projects and commercial properties in central Helsinki. Today Marjo works as the Marketing Manager of Sello Shopping Centre in accordance with the assignment won by Realprojekti.

Henrik Winberg has worked as a Commercial Director, Real Estates at Realprojekti since November 2006. His responsibilities include commercial and marketing operations. Henrik Winberg has more than twenty years experience in the real estate industry. Prior joining to Realprojekti Henrik has worked for example as Managing Director at Oy City Forum Ab and as a Commercial Director at Citycon Oyj.

Lea Jokinen joined Realprojekti in January 2006 as a Director, Real Estate. Her main responsibility is to manage and develop the portfolio of CapMan Real Estate I. She has previously worked at Sponda Plc as Senior Vice President, Logistics Properties.

Juhani Erke joined Realprojekti as a Project Manager in September 2003. He is responsible for real estate development, project planning and design, zoning preparations, tenant negotiations and construction contracting among other tasks.

Jukka Mertanen joined Realprojekti as Project Manager in spring 2006. Jukka has over 25 yeas record in real estate consulting. Prior joining Realprojekti he worked at Asiantuntijarakennuttajat ATR Oy as a Project Manager.

Norma Holmberg has worked as Marketing Manager of Realprojekti since 2003. Norma's responsibilities include marketing and leasing services for owners of Realprojekti's shopping centre and commercial properties, as well as the planning and execution of marketing events and activities. Prior to Realprojekti Norma worked as a centre manager at Regus Business Centre, where she handled the centre's administrative functions as well as contract negotiations for premises and services. Before that, she has worked as a marketing and division manager at Oy Tamro Ab.

Riitta Parviainen joined CapMan Real Estate as Financial Manager, Real Estates as of August 2006. Prior joining to CapMan Riitta worked for Suomen SKV Oy as Controller and VVO Kiinteistovastuu Oy as Financial Manager.

Bjorn Nordenvall is the representative of CapMan which he joined in 2002. Bjorn has held several prominent positions in the life science sector during the past twenty years. Prior to joining CapMan he spent seven years as CEO at Oxigene, Inc., a cancer research company listed on the NASDAQ. Prior to that Bjorn has served as CEO at Sophiahemmet AB, a private hospital with private equity funding and as CEO of Carnegie Medicine AB. He has also worked for five years at the Karolinska Institute as a surgeon and research scientist. Bjorn has a PhD and is an Assistant Professor at the Karolinska Institute.

Henrik Tholander joined CapMan in September 2006. Prior to joining CapMan Henrik worked as Analyst within the Corporate Finance Telecom team at HSBC Investment Banking in London.

Jan Mattlin joined CapMan as Investment Analyst in 2000. He specialises in industrial processes and retail. He has been involved in several buyout deals, for example: Eltel, Kultajousi, Nordkalk, Synerco, Tokmanni, Moventas and PIC Engineering. Additionally, Jan has deep knowledge of environmental protection technology and mechanical engineering.

Joona Reunanen joined Realprojekti as a Junior Consultant in May 2004, and in summer 2005 he graduated as a M.Sc. (Eng.) with a major in property management. At Realprojekti Joona participates in leasing activities and real estate marketing as well as the preparation of market and investment analyses. In his earlier positions, Joona has gained experience in commercial real estate broking, property valuation and land use consulting.

Kari Osterlund was nominated as Senior Advisor to CapMan in 1998. Prior to joining CapMan, Kari Osterlund served as Managing Director of Oy Star Tour Fritidsresor Ab. He also owned and managed Hassen Matkat Oy and Rantasipi Oy, of which he was the Chairman. From 1975 to 1984 Kari worked as Deputy Managing Director for the Industrialisation Fund of Finland Ltd. He is a board member in various employers' federations and companies.

Malin Safwerang joined CapMan in September 2006. Prior to joining CapMan Malin worked as Analyst within the Corporate Finance Telecom, Media and Technology team at JP Morgan Investment Banking in London.

Orvo Siimesto joined CapMan as Senior Advisor in 2001. He is also a long-term board member of CapMan Capital Management Oy (1993-2001). Prior to CapMan, Orvo served for three years as Managing Director at Leonia Corporate Bank Plc and Executive Vice President at Leonia Bank. Before that he has worked for 28 years in industry, as Controller for Kone and as CFO for Schauman and Ahlstrom Groups.

Pertti Myllymaki joined Realprojekti as a Senior Consultant at the start of 2005. He brings more than twenty years experience in commercial real estate, specializing in retail and shopping centre property management and consultancy since 1992. At Realprojekti Pertti focuses on retail property asset management and consultancy operations. He is also the head of Support Team. Pertti has worked as the managing director of Columbus and Leppavaara Galleria Shopping Centers.

Sebastian Schauman joined CapMan in 2006 as Investment Analyst. Prior to joining CapMan, Sebastian has held internships with Dittmar & Indrenius and Procter & Gamble Nordic.

Terhi Heinila joined the Real Estate team in February 2006 as Commercial Consultant and her main responsibility is marketing of Sello shopping centre. She has previously worked as Managing Director of shopping centre Malmin Nova.

Vesa Wallden is a Senior Partner at CapMan. He holds a chairman position in several boards and is a board member in Solid Information Technology and Hantro. Wallden has previously worked at Tahoe Networks, held positions at Nokia New Ventures and Nokia Mobile Phones, most recently as Head of Technology Sales and Marketing. He also has earlier experience in sales and marketing for Sun Microsystem Inc in Finland and the US.

Ari Tolppanen joined CapMan in 1989. He served as Managing Director of CapMan Capital Management Oy from inception in 1989 until 2001, and acted as CEO of CapMan Plc between 2001 and 31 March 2005. Currently Ari is a member of CapMan's Buyout team and the Chairman of the Board of CapMan Plc. Ari has wide business experience, ranging from consumer-related international services to the manufacture and export of investment goods. He has led several mergers, acquisitions and divestment transactions and served as Chairman and board member for several Finnish and international corporations. In addition, Ari is active within the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (EVCA), of which he was Chairman during 2000-2001. Prior to CapMan, Ari held a series of positions at Huurre Oy, culminating as President. Before that, he was President and Partner of Oy Nordfilm Ab.

Teuvo Salminen has many years' experience in the field of finance. Since 1985 he has worked in various positions at the Jaakko Poyry Group among others as Manager of Finance and Accounting and Chief Financial Officer. Later he has been in charge of the Construction Business Group and of the Infrastructure & Environment Business Group. In 1999 Salminen was appointed to Group Executive Vice President at Jaakko Poyry.
