Alan Aronowitz serves as Vice President and General Counsel for CapRock Communications. In this role, Mr. Aronowitz is the company's corporate compliance officer responsible for all legal matters involving the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining CapRock, Mr. Aronowitz most recently served as Vice President and General Counsel of a global business unit of a multinational diversified energy services company, headquartered in Houston, where he was responsible for all legal matters, with particular emphasis on international, corporate and commercial transactions. Additionally, Mr. Aronowitz has served as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Houston and as an attorney for Locke Liddell Sapp LLP, a law firm with over 400 attorneys, where he specialized in real estate, corporate, banking, and commercial finance transactions. Mr. Aronowitz received his Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the University of Houston Law Center and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with honors from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Aronowitz is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Ron Long serves as Vice President of Global Engineering for CapRock Communications. In this role, Mr. Long is responsible for the global engineering process and design of the CapRock network/service infrastructure. Mr. Long is also responsible for managing the network engineering, engineering services, sales engineering, and systems engineering functions of the organization. Previously, Mr. Long served as CapRock's Director of Engineering where he was responsible for the engineering process and design of CapRock's network/service infrastructure within North America . Mr. Long has held a number of progressive roles within CapRock. Prior to his position as Director of Engineering, Mr. Long held the role of Director of Technical Services for Operations and before that served as Team Lead for Network Engineering. Before joining CapRock, Mr. Long was a technical consultant for Platinum Technology Services where he was responsible for providing operational support and performing information security and compliance audits on enterprise remote access infrastructures. Additionally, Mr. Long co-founded the first privately owned Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Killeen , TX.

Ian Ford serves as General Manager of the Southeast Asia Region for CapRock Communications. In this role, Mr. Ford is responsible for CapRock's presence in Southeast Asia, particularly among Indonesia , Australia and other emerging regions. Previously, Mr. Ford served as Managing Director for CapRock where he was responsible for the company's operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa as well as its Aberdeen teleport facilities. Prior to serving as Managing Director, Mr. Ford held the position of General Manager of CapRock UK and before that, served as Operations Manager of the Aberdeen-based Integrated Communications and Engineering Limited. Mr. Ford joined ICEL from the UK Armed Forces where he served in the Royal Marines Commandos gaining experience in operational communications on a worldwide basis. He ended his service as Senior Warrant Officer of the Royal Marines Communications Branch. Mr. Ford holds a licentiateship in Electronic Communications from the City and Guilds Institute of London and a diploma in Management.

As Vice President, Account Service, Jim supervises all M/C/C account managers and promotes the vitality of all client/agency partnerships. Jim's relationship-based approach to advertising and public relations is built around two principles. He's relentless in his understanding of our clients' businesses, and he builds personal collaboration between clients, agency employees and industry players. Jim came to M/C/C in 1998 as an account manager. Since then, he's moved up quickly, thanks to his drive to take charge and get results. A hardcore believer in strategic brand development, Jim has led integrated marketing programs for clients including CapRock Communications, InterVoice-Brite, Vari-Lite International and Raytheon. Before joining the agency, Jim worked at Temerlin McClain on the GTE account. Previously, he worked for McCann-Erickson and Fogarty, Klein & Partners. Jim graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Marketing.

Mike is a founding partner of Petra Capital Partners. Prior to founding Petra, he was a venture partner with Richland Ventures, a $140 million Nashville-based venture capital firm focusing on healthcare, telecommunications, media, and entertainment. Mike joined Richland at its inception in March 1996 and contributed to its development into one of the largest venture capital firms in the Southeast. Prior to that, Mike was an associate with Lawrence, Tyrrell, Ortale & Smith (LTOS), a $115 million New York based venture capital firm focused on healthcare services and information technology. Prior to joining LTOS, Mike worked for six years as a commercial lending officer for SouthTrust Corporation and First Tennessee Bank. Mike has served as a director for numerous private companies, including STI Knowledge, Navigator, CapRock, United Asset Coverage, American Hometown Publishing and Insource.

Suzanne joined Riverside in 2001 from Banc One Capital Markets, Inc., where she was a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking Group. For 10 years prior to that, she was responsible for the Dallas office of Banc One Capital Partners, and was a member of its investment committee. Suzanne is active in numerous private equity and executive women's networking groups. She holds a BA with Honors from Denison University in Ohio, and an MA and MBA from Indiana University.
