Mr. Kolstad was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company as of June 1, 2006. He has more than twenty years of experience in the industry and was with Schlumberger, Ltd. (an oilfield service provider), from 1985-2006, serving in numerous domestic and international leadership positions in operations as well as marketing and sales. Mr. Kolstad recently held positions with Schlumberger as Vice President, Oilfield Services – U.S. Onshore, and Vice President, Global Accounts. Mr. Kolstad was elected to the Board of Directors in 2006.

Chad C. Deaton is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Baker Hughes Incorporated since he joined the company in October 2004. Before coming to Baker Hughes, he served as President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hanover Compressor Company from August 2002 until October 2004. He was with Schlumberger Oilfield Services for most of his career from 1976 until 2001, where he held positions in the United States and internationally. Mr. Deaton's last position with Schlumberger was Executive Vice President of Oilfield Services. He is a director of CARBO Ceramics, Inc. and Ariel Corporation. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers' Industrial Advisory Council. He is also active in numerous charitable and civic organizations, sitting on the Boards of Houston Achievement Place, Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, and the Greater Houston Partnership. A native of Wyoming, Chad earned a BS in geology from the University of Wyoming.
