As Vice Chairman of Cardinal Health and Chief Executive Officer of Clinical and Medical Products, Dave Schlotterbeck is responsible for the Clinical Technologies and Services (CTS) and Medical Products and Technologies (MPT) segments. Schlotterbeck leads an organization of approximately 26,000 employees and $6 billion in revenues. Schlotterbeck is also responsible for all of Cardinal Health's businesses outside of North America, the company’s consolidated U.S. hospital sales organization (Integrated Provider Solutions), and global sourcing for the corporation. Prior to assuming his current position, Schlotterbeck was chief executive officer for the Clinical Technologies and Services business segment of Cardinal Health, with responsibility for the company’s patient point-of-care strategy and key supporting products and services, including the Alaris® Products, Pyxis® Products and Pharmacy Services organizations. Schlotterbeck was previously a director, president and chief executive officer of ALARIS Medical Systems. He joined ALARIS Medical Systems on April 19, 1999, as president and chief operating officer. ALARIS was acquired by Cardinal Health in the summer of 2004. Prior to ALARIS, Schlotterbeck was president and chief operating officer of Pacific Scientific Company from 1997 to March 1998, a former NYSE-traded company before it was acquired by Danaher Corporation in March 1998. Pacific Scientific was an international manufacturer of motion control, process measurement and safety products. From 1995 to 1997, he was president and chief executive officer of Vitalcom, Inc., a medical network manufacturer. From 1991 to 1994, Schlotterbeck was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Nellcor, Inc., a medical device manufacturer subsequently acquired by Mallinckrodt, Inc. Schlotterbeck is a graduate of the General Motors Institute with a bachelor's of science degree in electrical engineering. He holds a master's of science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and completed the Executive Institute at Stanford University in 1984.

As vice chairman of Cardinal Health and chief executive officer of the company’s $87 billion Healthcare Supply Chain Services segment, George Barrett is responsible for all of Cardinal Health’s supply chain businesses, including pharmaceutical distribution, medical/surgical distribution, nuclear pharmacy services and Presource® surgical kitting services. The company’s customers include retail chain and independent pharmacies, hospitals, laboratories, ambulatory care facilities and physician offices. Previously, Mr. Barrett served as CEO of Teva North America and corporate executive vice president of Global Pharmaceutical Markets of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. He held the position of president and CEO of Teva Pharmaceuticals USA from March 1999 to December 2004. Prior to joining Teva Pharmaceuticals in 1999, Mr. Barrett was president and CEO of Diad Research, a technology start-up based at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. From 1991 to 1997, he held various positions with Alpharma Inc., serving as president of US Pharmaceuticals from 1994 to 1997. Previously, he held various positions with NMC Laboratories, serving as president from 1988 through its acquisition by Alpharma in 1990. Mr. Barrett serves on the Board of Visitors at the Owen School of Business at Vanderbilt University and is a board member of Project Restore at John Hopkins School of Medicine. He is a past chairman of board of directors of the Generic Pharmaceutical Industry Association (GPhA) and a recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award of Excellence in Global Business from New York University Stern School of Business Mr. Barrett received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in 1977 and a Master of Business Administration from New York University in 1988.

Mike Lynch is Chief Executive Officer of the Medical Segment of Cardinal Health. Supported by more than 17,000 employees in nine countries, the Segment is a leading provider of medical products and supply chain services to hospitals, laboratories, physician offices, surgery centers and other sites of care. The Medical Segment manufactures many of the products it markets and distributes. These product lines are market leaders in the U.S. and many hold leading positions abroad. The Segment also provides integrated services such as procedure-based supply packaging and inventory management solutions to help medical professionals control costs and improve quality in patient care. Mr. Lynch’s career spans 25 years in healthcare. Since joining the corporation in 1984, he has held global sales, marketing, business development and general management roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was Group President of the company’s Medical Products and Technologies Segment, where he was successful in repositioning the offering from a position of declining growth to one of profitable, double-digit growth. Following a restructuring in 2008, which brought together many of the Medical Products and Technologies businesses with the company’s Medical Supply Chain offering, Mr. Lynch was appointed CEO of the Medical Segment. Mr. Lynch is on the board of directors for AdvaMed where he sits on the executive committee as chair for the organization’s legal efforts. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

Kerry Clark is the chairman and chief executive officer of $87 billion Cardinal Health, a global provider of products and services that improve the safety and productivity of health care. Since joining Cardinal Health in April 2006, Clark has focused the company – through organic growth, acquisition and divestiture – on the global opportunity to help hospitals, physicians and pharmacies make the practice and delivery of health care safer and more productive. Under his leadership, the company acquired medical technology leaders, MedMined, Care Fusion and VIASYS Healthcare to bolster its patient-safety offerings, and divested a $2 billion business that developed, manufactured and packaged medicine for the pharmaceutical industry. Internal programs instituted during Clark’s tenure reflect his passion for the development of leaders and the importance of innovation as a driver of organic growth. In addition, Clark’s global business experience helped shape Cardinal Health’s strategy to participate in the health-care industry worldwide, a market valued at more than $1 trillion. Today, less than 10 percent of company revenues are generated by the sale of products and services outside the U.S. He joined Cardinal Health from The Procter & Gamble Company, where he served as vice chairman of the board and was responsible for the company’s $20-billion Family Health business. During his 32-year career with P&G, Clark had considerable strategic, operational and corporate management experience and held leadership positions in North America and Asia. Since beginning his career with P&G in Canada as a brand assistant in 1974, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including group vice president of Laundry and Cleaning products, president of P&G Asia and president of Global Market Development and Business Operations. Clark is a director of Textron, Inc. and CompeteColumbus, and a member of The Business Council, Healthcare Leadership Council, Ohio Business Roundtable, The Columbus Partnership, and the Dean’s Advisory Council for The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. A native of Ottawa in Ontario, Canada, Clark graduated from Queen’s University with a bachelor of commerce degree. He also holds an honorary doctorate in Commercial Science from St. Bonaventure University.

Dwight Winstead is Group President of the Clinical Technologies and Services business segment of Cardinal Health. Winstead is responsible for the patient point-of-care strategy of Cardinal Health and key supporting products and services, including Alaris® Products, Pyxis® Products, Pharmacy Services and Integrated Medication Solutions. Prior to assuming his current position in July 2006, Dwight was Chief Operating Officer of Clinical Technologies and Services where he oversaw the Medication Products, Integrated Medication Solutions, Pharmacy Services and Supply Products vertical business units, as well as horizontally integrated functions including Manufacturing Operations, Customer Support Operations, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Standards and Practice and Strategic Marketing. Winstead also served as group president of the Cardinal Health Automation and Information Services segment and of Clinical Services and Consulting, a role he assumed in 2001 after serving four years as President of Owen Healthcare, a subsidiary of Cardinal Health. Prior to joining Cardinal Health in 1997, Winstead served as Executive Vice President of VHA, Inc., a nationwide alliance of community-owned healthcare organizations. At VHA, he co-developed VHA’s supply company, the precursor of what is now Novation, and was responsible for all member services. Before joining VHA, Winstead was Director of Materials Management and Administrative Director of Clinical Laboratories at Alton Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, La. He previously held multiple healthcare sales positions with both Worthington Diagnostics and Johnson & Johnson. Winstead began his healthcare industry career in medical technology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Winstead has served on the board of directors for Sonus Pharmaceuticals since 1995. He holds a bachelor’s degree in medical technology from Delta State University.

Mark Rosenbaum is President, Integrated Provider Solutions, a position he has held since 2005. In this role, he is responsible for creating an integrated and unified sales team across the company that will consistently and effectively sell integrated solutions to the industry's leading hospitals, integrated delivery networks and group purchasing organizations. Rosenbaum began his career in 1981 as a field sales representative for American Hospital Supply (Pharmaseal) in Birmingham, Alabama. He worked at American Hospital Supply and later Baxter Healthcare, for eight years where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility. In 1989, Rosenbaum joined Amsco International as Vice President and General Manager. While at Amsco he helped facilitate a turnaround in the company’s sales, service and marketing efforts. He worked at Amsco for seven years until successfully assisting in the sale of the company in 1996 to the Steris Group. Rosenbaum joined Cardinal Health in 1996 as Regional Vice President for the Southeast Group, and became Executive Vice President, Health Systems Sales and Marketing in 1998. He progressed to Executive Vice President, Corporate Sales and Marketing in June 2002, where he was responsible for facilitating and leading the field sales, marketing and group purchasing organizations for Cardinal Health in the acute care market. Rosenbaum is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Michael Kaufmann is the CEO of the Pharmaceutical segment of Cardinal Health. The $85 billion Pharmaceutical segment provides pharmaceutical manufacturers with marketing, distribution, specialty pharmaceutical and logistics services; has the nation’s largest nuclear pharmacy network; and distributes approximately one-third of all medicine prescribed in the U.S. to hospitals, retail pharmacies and other providers of care in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. It also sells generic medications through its ParMed telesales business and manufactures injectible generics in the United Kingdom through its Martindale business. Kaufmann began his career at Cardinal Health in 1990 as a controller and has held a number of senior operational, sales and finance roles, primarily within Cardinal Health’s pharmaceutical business. He led the company’s pharmaceutical repackaging operation before being promoted to head retail sales and marketing for Pharmaceutical Distribution. After successfully building and leading a team that significantly grew Cardinal Health’s retail chain business, he assumed additional responsibility as executive vice president of supply chain services, where he was instrumental in strengthening the financial performance of the Pharmaceutical Distribution business by leading its transition to a fee-based service model. Next he returned to his roots in finance as the chief financial officer of Healthcare Supply Chain Services (HSCS), where he had responsibility for both the Pharmaceutical and Medical segments’ finances. In 2007 he was promoted to group president for the HSCS-Medical segment, an $8 billion business that provides medical, surgical and laboratory products to hospitals, surgery centers, diagnostic labs, physician offices and other sites of care. After moving the segment from Chicago to Dublin, Ohio, and initiating a successful turnaround, Kaufmann was named group president of HSCS-Pharmaceutical in March 2008. He was appointed CEO of the Pharmaceutical segment in December 2008. Prior to Cardinal Health, Kaufmann had a successful career in audit and consulting with one of the nation’s largest public accounting firms. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio.

Mike Duffy is executive vice president, operations, for Healthcare Supply Chain Services at Cardinal Health, a role he has held since joining the company in 2006. In this position, Duffy is responsible for distribution, transportation, inventory management, customer service, contract administration, pharmaceutical repackaging and operational excellence for the company’s Healthcare Supply Chain Services sector, which distributes more than one third of all pharmaceutical and medical products used in the U.S. health care system. Prior to Cardinal Health, Duffy served as vice president of the Global Value Chain at Gillette and as principal at New York Consulting Partners, a strategic supply chain consulting firm. He earned a bachelor's degree in operations research and a master's degree in transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and currently is a member of MIT’s 2020 Supply Chain of the Future Industry Advisory Council and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Corporate Advisory Council.

Carole Watkins is Chief Human Resources Officer for Cardinal Health. Watkins joined Cardinal Health in 1996 as Vice President of Human Resources for the Cardinal Distribution business and was given additional responsibility in 1999 for the entire Pharmaceutical Distribution and Provider Services business segment. She was promoted to her current position in August 2000. Watkins came to Cardinal Health with more than 20 years of human resources experience with other Central Ohio based companies including The Limited, O. M. Scott & Sons, Lazarus and Huntington Banks. She currently serves as President of the Board of Action for Children, the Source for Child Care and Early Learning Services in Central Ohio. Watkins holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Franklin University.

As Chief Compliance Officer for Cardinal Health, Craig Morford is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations that govern the company’s products, services and operations. In this role, his primary focus is regulatory compliance, environmental health and safety compliance, corporate ethics, and enterprise risk management. Morford joined Cardinal Health in May 2008 after more than 20 years of distinguished service with the United States Department of Justice, including serving as U.S. Attorney in Nashville and Detroit. In 2007, He was appointed by President Bush as acting U.S. deputy attorney general, the second highest ranking official in the Justice Department. There he oversaw 100,000 employees including 93 U.S. attorney offices, and agencies that include the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Beginning his career as a trial attorney specializing in tax litigation for the Internal Revenue Service’s Office of Chief Counsel, Morford then spent 15 years prosecuting high-profile corruption and organized crime cases in Ohio. He has received numerous awards and recognition for his work, including being named the Most Outstanding Assistant United States Attorney in the Nation in 2005, Distinguished Service Awards from the Attorney General in 2003 and 2005 and two awards for superior performance by the Attorney General in 1996 and 2000. In 1999, the Cleveland branch of the FBI named him Attorney of the Year. Morford received his juris doctorate from Valparaiso University’s School of Law and bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hope College.

Ivan K. Fong is Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Cardinal Health. As Chief Legal Officer, Ivan manages all legal and corporate governance matters for the company, serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors and oversees Government Relations. He is a member of the company’s Long Range Planning Committee and Executive Leadership Team and chairs the company’s Diversity and Inclusion Steering Council. Ivan was previously Senior Vice President and General Counsel of GE Vendor Financial Services, a unit of GE Commercial Finance, and prior to that was GE’s first Chief Privacy Leader and Senior Counsel, Information Technology, where he led GE’s global privacy, Internet and information technology, legal, compliance and policy initiatives. Ivan also previously served as Deputy Associate Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice and was a partner with the Washington, D.C. law firm of Covington & Burling, where he specialized in complex civil litigation, white-collar criminal law, intellectual property law and appellate litigation. He was also an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University Law Center. Ivan has been elected to the American Law Institute and is currently a director of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Central Ohio, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Cardinal Health Foundation, the Columbus Bar Foundation, and the Pro Bono Partnership. He has previously served as chair of the ABA’s Section of Science and Technology Law, a trustee of Stanford University and a director of the Fulbright Association and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). Among other honors, Ivan has received the Justice in Action award from the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund and the Trailblazer award from NAPABA. Ivan was a law clerk to Justice Sandra Day O’Connor of the U.S. Supreme Court and to Judge Abner J. Mikva of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He received a B.C.L. with first-class honors from Oxford University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar; a J.D. with distinction from Stanford Law School, where he was president of the Stanford Law Review; and an S.B. in chemical engineering and an S.M. in chemical engineering practice from the Massachessets Institute of Technology, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was editorial chairman of MIT’s student newspaper. A registered patent attorney, he is admitted to the bars of California (inactive), Connecticut, the District of Columbia and Ohio (corporate status).

Jeff Henderson is the Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal Health. Prior to joining Cardinal Health in April 2005, Henderson was President and General Manager of Eli Lilly Canada Inc., and previously Vice President and Corporate Controller of Eli Lilly & Co. Henderson joined Lilly in 1998 as Vice President and Corporate Treasurer. Previously he held positions at General Motors Corp., including executive and managerial posts in Great Britain, Singapore, New York and Canada. He received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University in Flint, Mich., and his master's degree in business administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Jody Davids is responsible for overseeing the aligned shared services functions of the company’s finance, human resources, procurement, workplace services and enterprise information technology areas, ensuring that processes and systems capabilities are in place to meet Cardinal Health’s future growth. She also oversees the development of solutions that support and complement the company’s diverse offerings to healthcare providers. Davids joined Cardinal Health in January 2000 as Senior Vice President, IT, for Pharmaceutical Distribution, where she was responsible for developing technology strategy and managing all aspects of information technology for Cardinal Health’s pharmaceutical distribution business. In 2003 Davids was named Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, and she was promoted to her current position in early 2007. She came to Cardinal Health from Nike Inc., Beaverton, Ore., where she had served as Director, Technology Services, since April 1997. Prior to joining Nike, Davids was employed by Apple Computer Inc., Cupertino, Calif., where she began as a computer programmer in March 1982 and served in positions of increasing responsibility over her 15-year tenure, spending most of that time in Apple’s Asia Pacific Division. She left Apple as Senior Director, Supply Chain Re-engineering, responsible for this multi-year, global program. At Cardinal Health, Davids is sponsoring a broad women’s initiative with the support and mentorship of President and CEO Kerry Clark. She is a member of the board of trustees of the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority and is chairing the 2007 Ohio CIO Executive Summit. Davids is a frequently requested speaker to a variety of professional groups and events, and she has been quoted and featured in trade and business media outlets around the world. Davids received both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from San Jose State University.

Gary D. Dolch is executive vice president of Quality and Regulatory Affairs for Cardinal Health. He is responsible for the quality and regulatory function for the company's worldwide operations. Dolch joined Cardinal Health in 2002 from the American Red Cross where he was senior vice president of quality and regulatory affairs. Prior to this position, he was the vice president of quality assurance for BASF's worldwide pharmaceutical operations.

Vivek Jain is Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Cardinal Health. He has deep healthcare strategic planning and merger experience, including broad experience with pharmaceutical and medical device companies of all sizes. Before joining Cardinal Health in July 2007, Vivek served as Senior Vice President/Head of Healthcare Strategy, Business Development and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) for Philips Medical at Philips Electronics in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a key member of the medical management team for Philips, Vivek had global oversight of the strategic planning process and responsibility for financial analysis of all healthcare transactions. In this role, he developed new business plans and M&A strategies for the company’s core businesses in diagnostic imaging, patient monitoring and healthcare informatics. Prior to joining Philips, Vivek spent 12 years with J.P. Morgan Securities in New York. There, he held a series of positions of increasing responsibility, including time as Managing Director/Co-head of Global Healthcare Investment Banking. During his tenure at JP Morgan, Vivek was involved with more than 100 completed M&A or equity transactions with healthcare companies. Vivek graduated from the University of Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

Kathy is focused on small business supplier contracting and relationship management, the development of sales force tools and training to facilitate supplier diversity, and the strategic corporate direction of the Cardinal Health supplier diversity initiative. Kathy has over 26 years of healthcare experience and has held a variety of sales and marketing positions as well as logistic consulting positions. She is a frequent speaker as well as the author of a number of publications on inventory control, OR procedural costing and inventory management, supply standardization and supplier diversity. Kathy has a BA in business administration from Michigan State University and a Master’s of Management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Mr. McLoughlin has served as a Director of the Cytomedix board since June 2004. Mr. McLoughlin currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of the Scientific Products Division of Cardinal Health, Inc. In this capacity, he has full general management responsibility for the distribution, marketing and sales of thousands of medical devices and reagents. Prior to joining Cardinal, Mr. McLoughlin was Vice President of Commercial Operations for Norwood Abbey Ltd., an Australian-based medical technology company, he served as President of North American operations for Ion Beam Application, Inc., a Belgium-based global medical technology company, and he worked for several years at Mallinckrodt.

Shelley Bird brings more than 20 years of international experience in communications, marketing and strategy to her role as Executive Vice President of Global Communications at Cardinal Health. She is responsible for public relations, employee communications, global branding and Internet/intranet marketing communications. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Bird was Chief Communications Officer at NCR Corporation based in the U.S. and Vice President of Marketing Communications and Public Relations for Philips Consumer Communications based in the United States and France. She spent a decade working in Asia, holding a number of positions of increasing responsibility with public relations firm Hill and Knowlton in Hong Kong and later as deputy general manager for their Singapore office. Bird also held several regional management positions in marketing and communications with Motorola Electronics in the Asia Pacific region and as the owner of her own communications and brand consultancy. She began her career in Toronto, Canada with J. Walter Thompson, a global brand communications company. She also taught at the college level in retail management programs. Bird holds a master's degree in communication management from the University of South Australia where she is currently a Ph.D. candidate in communications. She is a regular speaker on communications, change management and public relations measurement. Bird is an accredited business communicator through the International Association of Business Communicators’ (IABC) professional program. In 2001 and 2005, she was honored with communication leadership awards from the IABC and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) respectively. In 2004, she was named the Corporate PR Professional of the Year by PR News, a leading public relations news magazine.

Lamont is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and communicating the Cardinal Health’s Supplier Diversity Program. He also works closely with all 21 Cardinal Health businesses to promote and encourage participation with small, minority and woman-owned businesses. Lamont assists Cardinal Health’s Sales Force and private sector customers with Supplier Diversity needs, as well as seeks joint ventures and other strategic alliance opportunities with diverse suppliers.

Martha’s concentration is in support of Cardinal’s Government Sales Organization’s contracting opportunities. She serves as Cardinal Health’s Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) and is also responsible for negotiating and submitting the annual subcontracting plans, as well as facilitating the federal review process of Cardinal Health’s small business initiatives. Responsibilities also include creating and driving visibility and credibility for Cardinal Health’s small business results with government constituents and overseeing Cardinal Health’s mentoring of small disadvantaged/women-owned businesses under the Department of Defense Mentor/Protégé program. Martha has over 29 years strategic sourcing/supplier diversity experience that spans Facilities, Engineering, and Packaging within the Pharmaceutical industry.

Timothy Mills is the Data Center Manager for Enterprise IT Operations at Cardinal Health's (a fortune 16 company) headquarters in Dublin, Ohio. Mr. Mills has nearly 20 years in electronics, food processing, food service, telecommunications, and healthcare distribution industries. He has held leadership positions as Director, Manager, or Project Manager in the disciplines of Manufacturing, Operations, IT Operations and Customer Service. Mr. Mills is a founding member of Hope Support Services, Inc. a 501 3c non-profit organization dedicated to issues related to infertile and adoption. The services provided include training, professional speakers, and networking. Mr. Mills was raised in Dayton, Ohio. Mr. Mills is a certified Project Manager (PMP), and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Ohio State University (1992) and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology (BSEET) from DeVry Institute of Technology (1985). He has been married to Peggy Ann Mills for 17 years and has three children, Jamie (age 13), Drew (age 12), and Corey (age 8). He has been a member of Xenos Christian Fellowship, a large non-denominational church in the Columbus, Ohio area, for over 20 years.

Jo Anne Fasetti's vast experience leading human resources strategies and initiatives spans over 20 years in the health care sector. She has held a number of top-level positions at Baxter, Allegiance Healthcare, and Cardinal Health. Most recently she led the human resources team for a $7.2 billion company with 8500 employees. In partnering with the executive team, she helped to drive the strategic and operating agendas and achieve significant financial results. As a member of Cardinal Health's supply-chain services executive committee, Fasetti worked on organizational design and change management for the integration of the company's 2 largest segments.

Mark Stauffer is senior vice president and chief financial officer for the Clinical Technologies and Services business segment of Cardinal Health. In this role, Mark is responsible for all financial matters relating to the $2.5 billion operations of this segment, which provides integrated technologies, information and services that improve clinical and operational performance in hospitals. Headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, Cardinal Health is an $80 billion, global company serving the healthcare industry with products and services that help hospitals, physician offices and pharmacies reduce costs, improve safety, productivity and profitability, and deliver better care to patients. From June 1994 to March 1997, he was Executive Vice President of the subsidiary of General Cable which was General Cable’s immediate predecessor. He is also a director of Cardinal Health Incorporated and Corn Products International. Mr. Kenny has a diverse career in government and industry. In 1975, through competitive exam, Mr. Kenny entered the U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer. His diplomatic career focused on international economics and trade, and included tours in Washington DC and South America. In 1982, Mr. Kenny moved to the private sector joining the Penn Central Corporation, then a $3.0 billion revenues, multi-industry conglomerate. As an officer, he held a variety of positions including VP Corporate Development and Group Executive for the Technical Products and Services companies, which included Penn Central’s activities in Rail Services, Satellite Systems and Nuclear/Environmental engineering. Mr. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University, a Masters of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard University (NYSE: CPO).

Mr. Losh, 62, retired from General Motors Corporation in 2000 after 36 years of service in various capacities, most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal Health, Inc. from July 2004 until May 2005. He is a director of AMB Property Corporation, AON Corporation, Cardinal Health, Inc., H.B. Fuller Company and TRW Automotive Holdings Corp.

John F. Finn , 57, has been a director since November 2007. For more than five years he has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gardner, Inc., a wholesale distributor to the outdoor power equipment industry. Mr. Finn also serves as a director of Cardinal Health, Inc., a health-care services company.

After 10 years as a member of the PetSmart board of directors, Phil Francis joined PetSmart as president and chief executive officer in March 1998, and was named chairman of the board in October 1999. Prior to joining PetSmart, he was president and chief executive officer of Shaw's Supermarkets, Inc., a subsidiary of J. Sainsbury plc. From 1988 to July 1991, he was corporate vice president of wholesale for Roundy's Inc., a wholesale grocery distributor. Prior to joining Roundy's, Francis has extensive retail experience in various management positions with Cardinal Health and the Jewel Companies. He is a pet parent to a mixed-breed dog named Bit O'Honey.
