Mr. Kenny has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of General Cable since August 2001. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of General Cable from May 1999 to August 2001. From March 1997 to May 1999, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of General Cable. From June 1994 to March 1997, he was Executive Vice President of the subsidiary of General Cable which was General Cable’s immediate predecessor. He is also a director of Cardinal Health Incorporated and Corn Products International. Mr. Kenny has a diverse career in government and industry. In 1975, through competitive exam, Mr. Kenny entered the U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer. His diplomatic career focused on international economics and trade, and included tours in Washington DC and South America. In 1982, Mr. Kenny moved to the private sector joining the Penn Central Corporation, then a $3.0 billion revenues, multi-industry conglomerate. As an officer, he held a variety of positions including VP Corporate Development and Group Executive for the Technical Products and Services companies, which included Penn Central’s activities in Rail Services, Satellite Systems and Nuclear/Environmental engineering. Mr. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University, a Masters of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard University (NYSE: CPO).

Dwight Winstead is Group President of the Clinical Technologies and Services business segment of Cardinal Health. Winstead is responsible for the patient point-of-care strategy of Cardinal Health and key supporting products and services, including Alaris® Products, Pyxis® Products, Pharmacy Services and Integrated Medication Solutions. Prior to assuming his current position in July 2006, Dwight was Chief Operating Officer of Clinical Technologies and Services where he oversaw the Medication Products, Integrated Medication Solutions, Pharmacy Services and Supply Products vertical business units, as well as horizontally integrated functions including Manufacturing Operations, Customer Support Operations, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Standards and Practice and Strategic Marketing. Winstead also served as group president of the Cardinal Health Automation and Information Services segment and of Clinical Services and Consulting, a role he assumed in 2001 after serving four years as President of Owen Healthcare, a subsidiary of Cardinal Health. Prior to joining Cardinal Health in 1997, Winstead served as Executive Vice President of VHA, Inc., a nationwide alliance of community-owned healthcare organizations. At VHA, he co-developed VHA’s supply company, the precursor of what is now Novation, and was responsible for all member services. Before joining VHA, Winstead was Director of Materials Management and Administrative Director of Clinical Laboratories at Alton Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, La. He previously held multiple healthcare sales positions with both Worthington Diagnostics and Johnson & Johnson. Winstead began his healthcare industry career in medical technology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Winstead has served on the board of directors for Sonus Pharmaceuticals since 1995. He holds a bachelor’s degree in medical technology from Delta State University.

Philip L. Francis is Chairman and CEO of PetSmart. He was President and COO of Shaw's Supermarkets, Inc and has 35 years of experience with Roundy's, Cardinal Health and Jewel Companies. Mr. Francis graduated from the University of Illinois and the Indiana University Business School, is involved in the United Way, serves as Chairman of Greater Phoenix Leadership, the ASU WP Carey School of Business Dean's Council of 100 and serves on the Board of SUPERVALU Inc. and Cardinal Health.

Mr. McLoughlin has served as a Director of the Cytomedix board since June 2004. Mr. McLoughlin currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of the Scientific Products Division of Cardinal Health, Inc. In this capacity, he has full general management responsibility for the distribution, marketing and sales of thousands of medical devices and reagents. Prior to joining Cardinal, Mr. McLoughlin was Vice President of Commercial Operations for Norwood Abbey Ltd., an Australian-based medical technology company, he served as President of North American operations for Ion Beam Application, Inc., a Belgium-based global medical technology company, and he worked for several years at Mallinckrodt.

J. Michael Losh was the interim CFO of Cardinal Health from 2004 to 2005, Chairman of Metaldyne Corporation from 2000 to 2002. He served at General Motors from 1964 to 2000, most recently as CFO and Executive Vice President for GM, and received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from General Motors Institute and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He serves on the Boards of AMB Property Corporation, AON, Cardinal Health, H.B. Fuller, MASCO and TRW Automotive, as a trustee for the Detroit Institute of Arts and previously served on the Boards of Delphi, EDS, Hughes Electronics, Metaldyne, Quaker Oats, GMAC and the Economic Alliance for Michigan.

Mr. Darden was Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations of United Parcel Service, Inc., an express carrier and package delivery company, from January 2000 until his retirement in 2005. He is also a director of Target Corporation, a retailer, and Cardinal Health Inc., a provider of products and services supporting the health care industry.

As Vice Chairman of Cardinal Health and Chief Executive Officer of Clinical and Medical Products, Dave Schlotterbeck is responsible for the Clinical Technologies and Services (CTS) and Medical Products and Technologies (MPT) segments. Schlotterbeck leads an organization of approximately 26,000 employees and $6 billion in revenues. Schlotterbeck is also responsible for all of Cardinal Health's businesses outside of North America, the company’s consolidated U.S. hospital sales organization (Integrated Provider Solutions), and global sourcing for the corporation. Prior to assuming his current position, Schlotterbeck was chief executive officer for the Clinical Technologies and Services business segment of Cardinal Health, with responsibility for the company’s patient point-of-care strategy and key supporting products and services, including the Alaris® Products, Pyxis® Products and Pharmacy Services organizations. Schlotterbeck was previously a director, president and chief executive officer of ALARIS Medical Systems. He joined ALARIS Medical Systems on April 19, 1999, as president and chief operating officer. ALARIS was acquired by Cardinal Health in the summer of 2004. Prior to ALARIS, Schlotterbeck was president and chief operating officer of Pacific Scientific Company from 1997 to March 1998, a former NYSE-traded company before it was acquired by Danaher Corporation in March 1998. Pacific Scientific was an international manufacturer of motion control, process measurement and safety products. From 1995 to 1997, he was president and chief executive officer of Vitalcom, Inc., a medical network manufacturer. From 1991 to 1994, Schlotterbeck was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Nellcor, Inc., a medical device manufacturer subsequently acquired by Mallinckrodt, Inc. Schlotterbeck is a graduate of the General Motors Institute with a bachelor's of science degree in electrical engineering. He holds a master's of science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and completed the Executive Institute at Stanford University in 1984.

George Barrett is vice chairman of Cardinal Health and chief executive officer of the company’s Healthcare Supply Chain Services segment, including pharmaceutical distribution, medical/surgical distribution, nuclear pharmacy services and Presource® surgical kitting services. The company’s customers include retail chain and independent pharmacies, hospitals, laboratories, ambulatory care facilities and physician offices. With the expected mid-2009 spinoff of CareFusion Corporation, Barrett will become the chairman and chief executive officer of Cardinal Health. Previously, Barrett served as CEO of Teva North America and corporate executive vice president of Global Pharmaceutical Markets of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. He held the position of president and CEO of Teva Pharmaceuticals USA from March 1999 to December 2004. Prior to joining Teva Pharmaceuticals in 1999, Barrett served as president for a variety of companies including Diad Research, Alpharma Inc. and NMC Laboratories. Barrett received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and an MBA from New York University.

Mike Lynch is Chief Executive Officer of the Medical Segment of Cardinal Health. Supported by more than 17,000 employees in nine countries, the Segment is a leading provider of medical products and supply chain services to hospitals, laboratories, physician offices, surgery centers and other sites of care. The Medical Segment manufactures many of the products it markets and distributes. These product lines are market leaders in the U.S. and many hold leading positions abroad. The Segment also provides integrated services such as procedure-based supply packaging and inventory management solutions to help medical professionals control costs and improve quality in patient care. Mr. Lynch’s career spans 25 years in healthcare. Since joining the corporation in 1984, he has held global sales, marketing, business development and general management roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was Group President of the company’s Medical Products and Technologies Segment, where he was successful in repositioning the offering from a position of declining growth to one of profitable, double-digit growth. Following a restructuring in 2008, which brought together many of the Medical Products and Technologies businesses with the company’s Medical Supply Chain offering, Mr. Lynch was appointed CEO of the Medical Segment. Mr. Lynch is on the board of directors for AdvaMed where he sits on the executive committee as chair for the organization’s legal efforts. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

John Rademacher joined Cardinal Health in November 2007 as the president of Nuclear and Specialty Pharmacy Services within the Pharmaceutical segment, where he oversees business strategy and operations for the nation’s largest network of nuclear pharmacies. During his tenure at Cardinal Health, Rademacher has expanded Cardinal Health’s role in nuclear diagnostics by growing the company’s positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent manufacturing capabilities, including entrance into the PET clinical trial market. He has also established relationships with major research institutions to collaborate on future research programs for molecular imaging. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Rademacher was president of CareAllies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cigna Corporation. CareAllies provides medical and disease management services as well as health advocacy products to more than 14 million members through 1,200 physicians, nurses and health educators. Rademacher earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hillsdale College and an MBA in finance from Wayne State University.

Steve Inacker is president, Presource/Clinical Apparel, Patient Protection (CAPP) where he is responsible for the clinical and procedural businesses within the Medical segment, which includes the kitting business, Convertors drapes and gowns, infection control apparel and facial protection products. Inacker began his career at Cardinal Health in 1992 and has held a number of sales, operations and leadership positions. Prior to his current role, Inacker was executive vice president of Global Supplier Services for the Healthcare Supply Chain Services segment, where he was responsible for the direct spend and supplier relations functions for the branded pharmaceutical, medical/surgical, consumer health and manufacturer services businesses. Prior to Cardinal Health, Inacker spent eight years with a distribution automation company where he held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. Inacker earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Lock Haven University.

Tom Kapfer is president of Medical Supply Chain Products & Services within the Medical segment of Cardinal Health, where he leads the medical product distribution businesses for hospital, surgery center, physician offices and clinical laboratory customers. He also oversees the manufacturing businesses for gloves, fluid management and thermal products. Kapfer joined Cardinal Health in 1986 as a materials handling manager for the Hospital Supply division. Throughout his career, he has held a number of positions of increased responsibility in operations, sales and marketing. Prior to his current role, Kapfer was president of Medical Specialties for Cardinal Health, which included the surgical instruments, special procedures and neuro care businesses. Kapfer holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and economics from the University of Iowa.

Carole Watkins is Chief Human Resources Officer for Cardinal Health. Watkins joined Cardinal Health in 1996 as Vice President of Human Resources for the Cardinal Distribution business and was given additional responsibility in 1999 for the entire Pharmaceutical Distribution and Provider Services business segment. She was promoted to her current position in August 2000. Watkins came to Cardinal Health with more than 20 years of human resources experience with other Central Ohio based companies including The Limited, O. M. Scott & Sons, Lazarus and Huntington Banks. She currently serves as President of the Board of Action for Children, the Source for Child Care and Early Learning Services in Central Ohio. Watkins holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Franklin University.

As Chief Compliance Officer for Cardinal Health, Craig Morford is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations that govern the company’s products, services and operations. In this role, his primary focus is regulatory compliance, environmental health and safety compliance, corporate ethics, and enterprise risk management. Morford joined Cardinal Health in May 2008 after more than 20 years of distinguished service with the United States Department of Justice, including serving as U.S. Attorney in Nashville and Detroit. In 2007, He was appointed by President Bush as acting U.S. deputy attorney general, the second highest ranking official in the Justice Department. There he oversaw 100,000 employees including 93 U.S. attorney offices, and agencies that include the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Beginning his career as a trial attorney specializing in tax litigation for the Internal Revenue Service’s Office of Chief Counsel, Morford then spent 15 years prosecuting high-profile corruption and organized crime cases in Ohio. He has received numerous awards and recognition for his work, including being named the Most Outstanding Assistant United States Attorney in the Nation in 2005, Distinguished Service Awards from the Attorney General in 2003 and 2005 and two awards for superior performance by the Attorney General in 1996 and 2000. In 1999, the Cleveland branch of the FBI named him Attorney of the Year. Morford received his juris doctorate from Valparaiso University’s School of Law and bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hope College.

Ivan K. Fong is Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Cardinal Health. As Chief Legal Officer, Ivan manages all legal and corporate governance matters for the company, serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors and oversees Government Relations. He is a member of the company’s Long Range Planning Committee and Executive Leadership Team and chairs the company’s Diversity and Inclusion Steering Council. Ivan was previously Senior Vice President and General Counsel of GE Vendor Financial Services, a unit of GE Commercial Finance, and prior to that was GE’s first Chief Privacy Leader and Senior Counsel, Information Technology, where he led GE’s global privacy, Internet and information technology, legal, compliance and policy initiatives. Ivan also previously served as Deputy Associate Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice and was a partner with the Washington, D.C. law firm of Covington & Burling, where he specialized in complex civil litigation, white-collar criminal law, intellectual property law and appellate litigation. He was also an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University Law Center. Ivan has been elected to the American Law Institute and is currently a director of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Central Ohio, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Cardinal Health Foundation, the Columbus Bar Foundation, and the Pro Bono Partnership. He has previously served as chair of the ABA’s Section of Science and Technology Law, a trustee of Stanford University and a director of the Fulbright Association and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). Among other honors, Ivan has received the Justice in Action award from the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund and the Trailblazer award from NAPABA. Ivan was a law clerk to Justice Sandra Day O’Connor of the U.S. Supreme Court and to Judge Abner J. Mikva of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He received a B.C.L. with first-class honors from Oxford University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar; a J.D. with distinction from Stanford Law School, where he was president of the Stanford Law Review; and an S.B. in chemical engineering and an S.M. in chemical engineering practice from the Massachessets Institute of Technology, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was editorial chairman of MIT’s student newspaper. A registered patent attorney, he is admitted to the bars of California (inactive), Connecticut, the District of Columbia and Ohio (corporate status).

Jeff Henderson is the Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal Health. Prior to joining Cardinal Health in April 2005, Henderson was President and General Manager of Eli Lilly Canada Inc., and previously Vice President and Corporate Controller of Eli Lilly & Co. Henderson joined Lilly in 1998 as Vice President and Corporate Treasurer. Previously he held positions at General Motors Corp., including executive and managerial posts in Great Britain, Singapore, New York and Canada. He received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University in Flint, Mich., and his master's degree in business administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Frank Segrave is president of Cardinal Health’s generic pharmaceuticals business within the Pharmaceutical segment, where he is responsible for all generic offerings to retail and independent pharmacies, hospitals, laboratories and physician offices. Prior to his current role, Segrave was senior vice president of the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain business, where he led the strategy for the branded pharmaceuticals and consumer health distribution businesses. Before joining Cardinal Health, Segrave was vice president of pharmacy for Wal-Mart, where he was responsible for the pharmacy business including merchandising, third party, managed care, professional and government relations, marketing, and systems and warehouses. Segrave earned his doctor of pharmacy degree from Northeast Louisiana University and is a registered pharmacist.

Gary D. Dolch is executive vice president of Quality and Regulatory Affairs for Cardinal Health. He is responsible for the quality and regulatory function for the company's worldwide operations. Dolch joined Cardinal Health in 2002 from the American Red Cross where he was senior vice president of quality and regulatory affairs. Prior to this position, he was the vice president of quality assurance for BASF's worldwide pharmaceutical operations.

on Giacomin is executive vice president of Pharmaceutical Operations, where he is responsible for efficient and responsive warehouse operations at 25 distribution centers and pharmaceutical repackaging operations. Prior to his current role, which he has held since July 2008, Giacomin served as senior vice president of inventory management for the Healthcare Supply Chain Services segment, a position he held for two years. Giacomin joined Cardinal Health in the Pharmaceutical Repackaging business and served as its vice president and general manager. Prior to Cardinal Health, Giacomin held engineering roles for Griffith Micro Science, Sterigenics and the U.S. Navy. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Shelley Bird brings more than 20 years of international experience in communications, marketing and strategy to her role as Executive Vice President of Global Communications at Cardinal Health. She is responsible for public relations, employee communications, global branding and Internet/intranet marketing communications. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Bird was Chief Communications Officer at NCR Corporation based in the U.S. and Vice President of Marketing Communications and Public Relations for Philips Consumer Communications based in the United States and France. She spent a decade working in Asia, holding a number of positions of increasing responsibility with public relations firm Hill and Knowlton in Hong Kong and later as deputy general manager for their Singapore office. Bird also held several regional management positions in marketing and communications with Motorola Electronics in the Asia Pacific region and as the owner of her own communications and brand consultancy. She began her career in Toronto, Canada with J. Walter Thompson, a global brand communications company. She also taught at the college level in retail management programs. Bird holds a master's degree in communication management from the University of South Australia where she is currently a Ph.D. candidate in communications. She is a regular speaker on communications, change management and public relations measurement. Bird is an accredited business communicator through the International Association of Business Communicators’ (IABC) professional program. In 2001 and 2005, she was honored with communication leadership awards from the IABC and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) respectively. In 2004, she was named the Corporate PR Professional of the Year by PR News, a leading public relations news magazine.

Steve Falk is executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary where he oversees the Legal function and acts as the secretary to the board of directors. Prior to his current role, Falk was executive vice president and general counsel for the Healthcare Supply Chain Services segment. He also served as vice president and general counsel for the Pharmaceutical Technologies and Services segment prior to its sale to the Blackstone Group in 2007. Prior to joining Cardinal Health in 1997, Falk spent four years with Baker & Hostetler, LLP, as an associate attorney. Falk earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from The Ohio State University, and received his juris doctorate from Michigan University.

Tony Caprio is executive vice president for Integrated Provider Sales and segment sales leader for Cardinal Health’s Healthcare Supply Chain Services for the hospital market. In this role, he oversees supply chain sales of Cardinal Health’s integrated selling organization for hospitals. Prior to his current role, he served as executive vice president for the East Group. Caprio began his 33-year career with Cardinal Health in sales for American Hospital Supply and has since held various sales positions of increasing responsibility. Caprio is the immediate past chairman of the Board of the CentraState Health Care System in Freehold, N.J., and a member of the Foundation Board of Trustees. He served on the Robert Wood Johnson Health System Network Board and is currently vice chairman of the Cardinal Health Foundation Board and a regional policy board member and a trustee for the Council of Governance for the American Hospital Association. Caprio is board certified in health care management and a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives. Caprio earned a bachelor's degree in business management and an MBA in Finance from the University of Tampa.

Kathy is focused on small business supplier contracting and relationship management, the development of sales force tools and training to facilitate supplier diversity, and the strategic corporate direction of the Cardinal Health supplier diversity initiative. Kathy has over 26 years of healthcare experience and has held a variety of sales and marketing positions as well as logistic consulting positions. She is a frequent speaker as well as the author of a number of publications on inventory control, OR procedural costing and inventory management, supply standardization and supplier diversity. Kathy has a BA in business administration from Michigan State University and a Master’s of Management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Lamont is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and communicating the Cardinal Health’s Supplier Diversity Program. He also works closely with all 21 Cardinal Health businesses to promote and encourage participation with small, minority and woman-owned businesses. Lamont assists Cardinal Health’s Sales Force and private sector customers with Supplier Diversity needs, as well as seeks joint ventures and other strategic alliance opportunities with diverse suppliers.

Martha’s concentration is in support of Cardinal’s Government Sales Organization’s contracting opportunities. She serves as Cardinal Health’s Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) and is also responsible for negotiating and submitting the annual subcontracting plans, as well as facilitating the federal review process of Cardinal Health’s small business initiatives. Responsibilities also include creating and driving visibility and credibility for Cardinal Health’s small business results with government constituents and overseeing Cardinal Health’s mentoring of small disadvantaged/women-owned businesses under the Department of Defense Mentor/Protégé program. Martha has over 29 years strategic sourcing/supplier diversity experience that spans Facilities, Engineering, and Packaging within the Pharmaceutical industry.

Timothy Mills is the Data Center Manager for Enterprise IT Operations at Cardinal Health's (a fortune 16 company) headquarters in Dublin, Ohio. Mr. Mills has nearly 20 years in electronics, food processing, food service, telecommunications, and healthcare distribution industries. He has held leadership positions as Director, Manager, or Project Manager in the disciplines of Manufacturing, Operations, IT Operations and Customer Service. Mr. Mills is a founding member of Hope Support Services, Inc. a 501 3c non-profit organization dedicated to issues related to infertile and adoption. The services provided include training, professional speakers, and networking. Mr. Mills was raised in Dayton, Ohio. Mr. Mills is a certified Project Manager (PMP), and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Ohio State University (1992) and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology (BSEET) from DeVry Institute of Technology (1985). He has been married to Peggy Ann Mills for 17 years and has three children, Jamie (age 13), Drew (age 12), and Corey (age 8). He has been a member of Xenos Christian Fellowship, a large non-denominational church in the Columbus, Ohio area, for over 20 years.

As senior vice president of Operational Excellence for Cardinal Health, Bill Owad is responsible for the development and implementation of an enterprise approach to operational excellence and the pursuit of becoming a “lean” enterprise. Prior to his current role, Owad served in a number of senior Operational Excellence roles. During his tenure, he served as the primary architect of the company’s enterprise-wide deployment of Lean Six Sigma, which in three years has yielded significant operational and working capital improvements. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Owad held several operations and administrative roles within the health care provider market, most recently as Corporate Director of Quality for ProMedica Health System. Owad also supports the extension of Operational Excellence external to Cardinal Health through his active membership in the Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI) Partner’s Program, The Ohio State University Fisher College Center for Operational Excellence and the Conference Board Quality Council. Owad received his bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences and an MBA from the University of Toledo.

Jo Anne Fasetti's vast experience leading human resources strategies and initiatives spans over 20 years in the health care sector. She has held a number of top-level positions at Baxter, Allegiance Healthcare, and Cardinal Health. Most recently she led the human resources team for a $7.2 billion company with 8500 employees. In partnering with the executive team, she helped to drive the strategic and operating agendas and achieve significant financial results. As a member of Cardinal Health's supply-chain services executive committee, Fasetti worked on organizational design and change management for the integration of the company's 2 largest segments.

Mark Stauffer is senior vice president and chief financial officer for the Clinical Technologies and Services business segment of Cardinal Health. In this role, Mark is responsible for all financial matters relating to the $2.5 billion operations of this segment, which provides integrated technologies, information and services that improve clinical and operational performance in hospitals. Mr. Stauffer earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy and finance from Miami University, Ohio, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Carrie S. Cox is executive vice president and president, Global Pharmaceuticals, for Schering-Plough Corporation. Cox joined Schering-Plough in May 2003. Her appointment consolidated Schering-Plough's prescription pharmaceutical business from several autonomous units into a unified Global Pharmaceutical Business that today includes global sales, marketing, advertising, product public relations, business operations, medical affairs and commercial development. Cox is responsible for leading the transformation of the Global Pharmaceutical Business into a profitable, high-performing organization. Prior to joining Schering-Plough, Cox was the executive vice president and president of the Global Prescription Business at Pharmacia Corporation, prior to its merger with Pfizer. A registered pharmacist, Cox has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She joined Pharmacia's predecessor company, Pharmacia & Upjohn, in 1997 as senior vice president and head of Global Business Management, and was a principal architect of that company's dramatic turnaround. She was appointed executive vice president in 1999. Previously, Cox served as vice president of Women's Health Care at Wyeth, where she worked for seven years. Prior to that assignment, she held a variety of positions in market research, sales and product management during a 10-year career with Sandoz Pharmaceuticals (now Novartis). Cox is a member of the Harvard School of Public Health's Health Policy and Management Executive Council. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Texas Instruments and as a member of that board's audit committee. Cox is also a member of the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology. Fortune magazine twice named Cox to its list of the "50 Most Powerful Women in Business," and the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association named her "Healthcare Businesswoman of the Year." Cox is a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy.
