Prior to joining Cardtronics in 2003, Antonini served as Chairman, President and CEO of Austin-based Globeset, Inc., a supplier of secure ePayment infrastructure services and products. From 1997 to 2000, Antonini was Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking at First Union Corporation of Charlotte, N.C.(now Wachovia), one of the largest banks in the U.S. In the mid-1990s, he served as Vice Chairman and CEO of First USA, N.A., Dallas, one of the largest issuers of VISA and MasterCard credit cards in the U.S. and was Vice Chairman, President and CEO of the $13 billion asset USAA Federal Savings Bank, in San Antonio, from 1991 to 1995. Antonini is a Certified Public Accountant and received a bachelor of science degree in business and accounting from Ferris State University in Michigan. Before joining Cardtronics, Brewster served in positions of increasing responsibility in the finance function at a series of multi-unit service businesses.. "As Executive Vice President of Operations, Jim Bettinger oversees day-to-day operations of Cardtronics U.S. This includes general management of Cardtronics' call center, ATM performance monitoring, technical support, settlement, field operations, inventory, purchasing, cash management, and worldwide vendor relations. Bettinger has direct responsibility for ensuring that Cardtronics ATMs are fully functional and in operation 24/7. Prior to joining Cardtronics, Bettinger served as Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Vice President of EFT Operations at McLane FSP. Bettinger has also held various positions with Container Corporation of America, American Desk Manufacturing Co., and Kloehn Company, Ltd. Bettinger served six years in the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of Captain. He received a bachelor of science degree in education from Ohio State University. "

"Michael E. Keller is General Counsel for Cardtronics. He leads the company's Department of Legal and Corporate Affairs, which is responsible for all legal work and for government, industry, and community affairs activities. In addition, Keller is the company's chief compliance officer ensuring that the company is in full compliance with all card association mandates. Before joining Cardtronics, Keller was a partner in a Houston law firm for 18 years with primary focus in the corporate sector. Keller received a bachelor of science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served five years on active duty with the U.S. Army. Frederick W. Brazelton has served as a Director since June 2001. Mr. Brazelton is a co-founder and President of Platform Partners, LLC. Prior to co-founding Platform Partners in 2006, Mr. Brazelton was a partner of The CapStreet Group, which he joined in August 2000. From July 1996 to July 1998, Mr. Brazelton worked for Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst, a private equity firm in Dallas, and from June 1994 to June 1995, he worked for Willis, Stein & Partners, a private equity firm in Chicago. Jorge was an original founder of a Personix predecessor company, NEC Card Services. He is responsible for all Personix operations serving as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Jorge has been in the card service bureau and personalized printing and mailing business since 1985. As President of the Fiserv Output Solutions Division, Jorge is responsible for Personix, EPSIIA, a document archive and electronic presentment business, and Fiserv DirectSource, a forms distribution and supply procurement business.

Robert P. Barone has served as a director since September 2001. Mr. Barone has more than 40 years of sales, marketing and executive leadership experience from various positions he has held at Diebold, NCR, Xerox and the Electronic Funds Transfer Association. Since December 1999, Mr. Barone has served as a consultant for Smartnet Associates, Inc., a private consulting firm. Additionally, from May 1997 to November 1999, Mr. Barone served as Chairman of the Board of PetsHealth Insurance, Inc., a pet health insurance provider. From September 1988 to September 1994, he served as Board Vice-Chairman, President and Chief Operating Officer at Diebold. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Indiana University. A founder and past Chairman of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association, Mr. Barone is now Chairman Emeritus of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association.

Ron joined Cardtronics through the company's 2005 acquisition of Bank Machine, having been with the company since January 1999. Bank Machine installed the first independent ATM in the UK in 1998, and is recognized as one of the leaders in the European ATM industry. Before joining Bank Machine, Ron ran his own consulting business, specializing in retail and franchising. Prior to his consulting business, Ron was Managing Director of Essanelle Limited, the largest hair and beauty retailer in the UK. In the 1980s, Ron was a Director of Tie Rack PLC, following on from a 6-year stint as a senior manager of the British Airports Authority, with special responsibility for retail innovation. In addition to his responsibilities managing Bank Machine, Ron plays a pivotal role in guiding and shaping the ATM industry in the UK through both his role as Chair of the Association of Independent Cash Machine Operators and as a Director of the UK Payments Council.
