Karen Gray is Director of Human Resources for CareTech Solutions. She is responsible for leading recruiting activities and HR planning, development and implementation for CareTech's network of employees. Under Karen's direction, CareTech recruits and retains talented individuals with IT and healthcare industry expertise, ensuring excellent service delivery for CareTech's clients. Karen brings more than 15 years of human resources experience to CareTech. She most recently served as senior employment practices manager for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, where she managed employee relation issues across five states and provided coaching and direction to the company's management team to address and resolve issues, concerns and development of staff. Gray holds a M.A. in organizational management from the University of Phoenix, and a B.A. in human resources and organizational development from Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Mich.
