Diane is the Vice President, Legal Affairs for Carey International, a leader in the transportation services industry located in Washington, D.C. Before joining Carey, Diane was the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of Litigation at Freddie Mac in McLean, Virginia. She also spent a number of years at the Department of Justice as a Senior Trial Counsel, and before that, practiced in a large law firm. Diane received her undergraduate degree with High Honors from the University of Rochester, and her law degree with Honors from Ohio State University. A proven innovator in software development, Mr. Schwartz co-founded Nova CTI, Inc. in 1994 and served as President, Chief Technology Officer and Director. Phil Gilpin oversees Carey's acquisition program. He formerly managed Carey's operations in the New England and Mid-Atlantic areas of the US. Mr. Gilpin founded Ace Transportation in 1987, a company later acquired by Carey in June 1998. Mr. Gilpin put his vast knowledge of operations to work in Carey Boston and moved from Operations Manager to General Manager in May 1999.
