Marc Mills oversees Carey's reservation call centers, customer care and data management. Mr. Mills joined Carey in September 2002 after having spent 5 years with APAC, a large call center outsourcer, where he managed various areas including implementation, account management and operations. He also spent 8 years with MCI in both information technology and facilities management. Mr. Mills is a member of International Association of Reservations Executives, an organization dedicated to facilitating change and innovation in the reservations industry.
Rae Fawcett oversees Carey's human resources and training and professional development areas. She joined Carey in July 2004 with extensive experience in guiding human capital initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies, including developing human resources policies and procedures, designing and deploying training and leadership development programs, maintaining regulatory compliance and assisting in M&A activities. Most recently, Ms. Fawcett was Executive Vice President, Human Capital for EGL, a $2.2 billion publicly traded company with over 9,000 employees worldwide. Prior to EGL, she spent 10 years as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Quality and as a Regional Vice President with Circle International, an $800 million publicly traded company with over 5,000 employees worldwide. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, American Society for Training and Development and World at Work. Ms. Fawcett received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.

Diane is the Vice President, Legal Affairs for Carey International, a leader in the transportation services industry located in Washington, D.C. Before joining Carey, Diane was the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of Litigation at Freddie Mac in McLean, Virginia. She also spent a number of years at the Department of Justice as a Senior Trial Counsel, and before that, practiced in a large law firm. Diane received her undergraduate degree with High Honors from the University of Rochester, and her law degree with Honors from Ohio State University. She was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Law Journal. She is involved in her community through the schools and sports, and was an officer sponsor of the Freddie Mac Corporate Hoops for the Homeless for several years. She is a 2003 graduate of the DC Cares Board Leadership Program. The scope and depth of the services, as well as the caring people in the organization, first attracted Diane to FSI.

A proven innovator in software development, Mr. Schwartz co-founded Nova CTI, Inc. in 1994 and served as President, Chief Technology Officer and Director. Nova/CTI demonstrated success in the development and sale of call center solutions. With over 21 years experience, he has dedicated his career to developing software and offering consulting services in the software industry. From 1985 to 1994, he lead the product development effort at Nova Systems, creating several significant innovations, including the first call center MIS package for ROLM reporting, the first electronic display board, and the first color code agent monitoring system, among others. Between 1982 and 1985, Mr. Schwartz developed the first international institutional index trading system, which was installed in the United States, Canada, England and Australia.

Howard Winn-Moon oversees all aspects of Carey's franchise and affiliate network outside of North America. In addition to his international franchise and affiliate responsibility, Mr. Winn-Moon is responsible for managing several important customer relationships for Carey UK, Ltd. Prior to joining Carey, Mr. Winn-Moon established a chauffeur drive company which grew from 1 to 100 cars through reputation and acquisition and was later purchased by Carey UK.
Jay Feffer oversees all aspects of Carey's franchise and affiliate network throughout North America. Prior to being responsible for the North American franchise and affiliate network, Mr. Feffer held various positions within the company, including Director of Business Aviation, Director of National Sales and Director of Customer Relations of Carey Limousine Dallas, Inc. Mr. Feffer founded London Limousines in 1990, a company later acquired by Carey Dallas in March 2001. Mr. Feffer received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas.

Joel Barch leads all aspects of Carey's customer care functions in addition to the development and implementation of quality assurance and customer relationship management initiatives. Mr. Barch joined Carey in September 2006. Prior to Carey, he spent 25 years with Delta Air Lines holding various management positions in Customer Care, Reservation Sales and Sales, last serving as General Manager - Customer Care, responsible for Delta's global customer care strategy. Mr. Duftler brings many years of international Sales and Business experience to Avatar. His responsibilities include Avatar's market development in Europe and Asia. Mr. Duftler is currently on the board of Duftler Consulting, specializing in domestic and international financial services. Prior to this, he was the President of International Waste Technologies, a research and development operation that was founded for the purpose of developing Systems to process and destroy all types of waste (Residential, Commercial and Industrial). When the Bell Telephone Company was deregulated, Mr. Duftler co-founded and was President of Westco Communications Inc., owners and operators of telecommunications equipment. His selling expertise was proven with the rapid growth of that company. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Duftler has been a Co-Founder and President of Duftler & Sons Inc., Dufco Products Inc. and Riverdale Products Inc. He now adds his many years of hands on sales, merchandising and general business experience to Avatar's highly sophisticated and experienced management team.
Lou oversees all of Carey's treasury and risk management functions. In this role, he is responsible for working capital management, collections, cash applications, and securing lease financing. He is also responsible for property and casualty insurance management and safety programs. Prior to joining Carey, Lou spent 14 years at DynCorp, a large government services contractor, last serving as the Assistant Treasurer and Director, Risk Management. Mr. Tessier earned a B.B.A. Accounting from Niagara University and a MBA from George Mason University.

Phil Gilpin oversees Carey's acquisition program. He formerly managed Carey's operations in the New England and Mid-Atlantic areas of the US. Mr. Gilpin founded Ace Transportation in 1987, a company later acquired by Carey in June 1998. Mr. Gilpin put his vast knowledge of operations to work in Carey Boston and moved from Operations Manager to General Manager in May 1999. In April 2000, he was promoted to Regional Vice President, Operations for the New England area, and in September 2003, he assumed responsibility for the Mid-Atlantic area. Mr. Gilpin is a member of the National Limousine Association (NLA), Meeting Planners International (MPI), LOC and a founding member of the New England Limousine Association (NELA).

Jim performed a wide range of financial and operational audits for SPS Technologies, Inc., an aerospace manufacturer with annual sales exceeding 220 Million. Prior to that, Mr Brennan was the Senior Accountant at Crown, Cork & Seal Corporation and WYETH International, Ltd of Radnor, PA. Michael S. Shein is a founder and Partner of Chartwell Investments. Mr. Shein has participated in the purchase and sale of businesses with total transaction values in excess of $4 billion. He has experience in all facets of management buyouts and venture capital transactions including valuation, structuring debt and equity financing, portfolio oversight and restructuring. Prior to joining Chartwell in 1992, Mr. Shein was a Senior Vice President of a private New York City based investment firm, and worked at Goldman, Sachs & Company in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department.. Mr. Shein currently serves as a director of Carey International, Inc.; Idaho Timber Corporation; PlayCore Holdings, Inc.; PPC Industries; and Richard Childress Racing. Mr. Shein received a B.S. summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
