"Michael J. Tattersfield has served as a director since April 2, 2009. Mr. Tattersfield has also served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2008. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Tattersfield was Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of lululemon athletica, inc., a yoga-inspired athletic apparel company. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Tattersfield served as Vice President Store Operations for Limited Brands, Inc., an operator of specialty stores that sell apparel, personal care, beauty and lingerie products. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Tattersfield was President of A&W All American Food Restaurants of Yum! Brands, Inc., a quick service restaurant company, and from 1992 to 2002, Mr. Tattersfield served in various positions for Yum! Brands, Inc.

Tim joined Caribou Coffee in September 2008. His career spans 20 years with key leadership positions in finance, strategic planning, acquisitions and accounting. He most recently was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a leading European based global travel management company, providing over $25 billion in travel-related services with 22,000 employees and operations in over 150 countries and territories (including franchise partners). Hennessy also served as CFO-Americas and Vice President, Group Controller during his tenure at Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Prior to that, Hennessy worked in acquisitions and strategic planning for Carlson Companies, Inc., a global company in the hospitality, marketing and travel industries and worked 9 years with the international public accounting and consulting firm now known internationally as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Hennessy holds a B.S. in business administration/accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and an M.B.A. in Finance/Marketing/Policy Studies from the University of Chicago.
Amy K. O'Neil has served as our Senior Vice President of Store Operations since March 2005. From July 2003 through February 2005, Ms. O'Neil was our Vice President of Store Operations, and from January 2001 through June 2003 she was our Director of Retail Operations. Ms. O'Neil also served as our Director of Marketing from January 2000 through December 2000, and prior to that time, she held various other positions with us from the time she joined us in 1993.
Dan recently joined Caribou and oversees all aspects of the legal function for the company. He has over 20 years of legal experience in a variety of legal and business roles. Immediately prior to joining Caribou, Dan served as in house counsel for MoneyGram International, Inc., a global payment services company. From 1988 to 2004, he worked with Carlson Companies, Inc. a large private company, in the hospitality, marketing and travel industries. From 1986 to 1988, Dan was the Associate General Counsel of GE Capital Fleet Services an operating company of GE Capital and managed the GE subsidiary's legal department. Prior to 1986 he was an attorney with Adams Communications Corporation, Minneapolis. Dan earned a B.S. degree in marketing and a B.A. degree in biology at St. Cloud State University. He earned his MBA at Minnesota State University, Mankato while also attending Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul where he earned a Juris Doctor. He also is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program - Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
Deb Jones joined Caribou Coffee in June of 1995 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Training. Her training team is responsible for the design, development and delivery of all Caribou Coffee field training. Prior to joining Caribou Coffee, Deb spent 15 years working with not-for-profit organizations in the areas of training, organizational behavior and fund development. In 2005, Deb was selected by the Coffee Quality Institute as one of ten women in North America to serve as a mentor for women in the coffee industry from Central America.
Eddie joined Caribou Coffee in 1996 and is currently Vice President of Research and Development with key responsibilities including, food and beverage development, loss prevention and operational process, procedures and functional engineering. Eddie began his restaurant career as a Manager in Training in the Steak and Ale Restaurant Company in the Bennigan's concept. After training and moving within all the various departments, he became a Store Manager in 1987 and eventually managed and operated 7 restaurants in 2 states.
Janet D. Astor has served as our Vice President of Real Estate and Store Development since December 2004. Ms. Astor served as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development at Buffets, Inc., a buffet and cafeteria restaurant operator, from 2002 to 2004. From 1993 to 2002, Ms. Astor served in various management capacities at YUM! Brands, Inc., a quick service restaurant company, including serving as Director of Development from 2000 to 2002.
"Karen joined Caribou Coffee in July of 1995. She currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources. Karen has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining Caribou, she was the Human Resources Manager for Zurich Reinsurance Centre, Inc., the largest U.S. writer of broker-marketed property and casualty reinsurance, and an Employee Relations and Staffing Specialist for Bain & Company, an international consulting firm specializing in strategy consulting.

Mike joined Caribou Coffee in May of 1997 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance, Controller. Mike leads a team of finance professionals who are responsible for processing and managing the Company's internal and external financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales auditing, inventory costing and control, treasury, risk management, payroll and taxes. Prior to joining Caribou Coffee, Mike held various accounting positions in high growth multi-unit retail companies including Barnes & Noble, Software Etc. and Nordictrack. Mike began his career with the regional public accounting firm of Pannel Kerr Forster.

Hank joined Caribou Coffee in April 2009. He brings extensive commercial and consumer products experience having been Senior Vice President of Business Alliances with Starbucks Coffee Company. In that role, Suerth was responsible for the performance of Starbucks Foodservice, Licensing and Consumer Products channels. Suerth has also held roles as President and CEO of Infinity Systems, a global audio company; CEO of Recoton Corporation's multi brand home audio business, as well as general management roles at Ethan Allen, the Cahners Exposition Group and FMC Corporation. He also managed his own Connecticut-based management consulting company, Decision Resources, for six years. Suerth has an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University.

"Charles H. Ogburn has served as a director since January 2003. Mr. Ogburn has been an Executive Director of Arcapita Bank B.S.C. (c) since March 2001. Prior to joining Arcapita, Mr. Ogburn spent more than 15 years at the investment banking firm of The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc., most recently as Senior Managing Director and co-head of Investment Banking. Mr. Ogburn currently serves on the Board of Directors of Crawford & Company, an insurance Claims management and related services provider.

Mr. Griffith has been a director since September 12, 2005. Mr. Griffith has been an executive director of Arcapita since February 2005. From 2003 until 2004, he served as group president for Johns Manville, a Berkshire Hathaway-owned company that manufactures insulation and building products. From 2002 until 2003, Mr. Griffith served as executive vice president of Electronic Data Systems Corporation, a global technology services company. Mr. Griffith serves on the board of directors of Caribou Coffee Company, Inc.
Mr. Caffey is a Managing Director with Cary Street Partners and serves on the firm's Investment Banking management committee and as head of the Atlanta office. From 1999 to early 2004, Mr. Caffey was a Senior Managing Director with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. In addition to serving as Co-Head of Investment Banking at Robinson Humphrey, he was a driving force in launching that firm's wealth management business, Alexander Key, which focuses on providing services to high net worth individuals. Prior to joining Robinson Humphrey, Mr. Caffey spent 18 years in investment banking with J.C. Bradford & Co., where he was a Partner in the firm. In 1996, Mr. Caffey opened Bradford's first satellite investment banking office in Atlanta. Mr. Caffey has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate finance transactions for both public and private entities. Mr. Caffey also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOU). Mr. Caffey received an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Business School and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
