Prior to joining Torridon, Mr. Selbach was employed by Carlisle Companies Inc. for 12 years, first as Vice President & General Counsel, then as Vice President, Europe (residing in London, England) and most recently as Vice President - Corporate Development, where he managed acquisition, joint venture and divestiture activities for the company involving more than 30 domestic and global transactions over the last four years. Mr. Selbach has extensive experience in planning, structuring, negotiating and completing all types of buy/sell business transactions. Prior to Carlisle, Mr. Selbach was an attorney with the Syracuse law firm of Bond, Schoeneck & King, where he was involved in tax planning and business transactional work for five years.

Lawrence A. Sala joined the Company in 1984.
