Douglas Anderson was named president and chief executive officer of Carlson Wagonlit Travel by the company’s board of directors in April 2008. He joined CWT as executive vice president and chief financial officer one year earlier. He is based in Paris. Anderson is a U.S. citizen with extensive international experience in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe. He spent 25 years at UPS, based in the United States, Hong Kong, London and Brussels. In his most recent position, he was senior vice president, Finance, and chief financial officer, UPS Logistics Group. He also worked in Geneva as senior vice president and chief financial officer for the SITA Group, the IT and telecommunications service provider to the air transport industry. Before joining CWT, Anderson was director of finance and business transformation for the Consumer Digital and Film Products Group of the Eastman Kodak Company and was based in Switzerland. An American citizen, Anderson is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska.

Nathan J. Schecter is an experienced finance and marketing professional, with significant local/national/global contacts. He is currently applying his skills for the benefit of Albany Travel and its clients.

Roger E. Block, CTC, CFE, is president of The Travel Franchise Group, part of Travel Acquisitions Group (TAG), a new North American travel company that includes more than 1,700 company-owned and franchised travel agencies in Canada and the United States. Block reports directly to Michael Batt, chairman and CEO of TAG, which is based in Minneapolis, Minn.. TAG was formed when the management team of Carlson Leisure Group (CLG) acquired CLG's extensive portfolio of businesses from Carlson in January 2008. The Travel Franchise Group, formerly known as Carlson Travel Franchise Group and led by Block, was part of that acquisition. Most recently, he had served as executive vice president of CLG's Carlson Travel Franchise Group, responsible for the company's travel franchise operations, including the Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associates, Cruise Holidays, Results! Travel and SeaMaster Cruises brands. Under Block, Carlson Travel Franchise Group grew to more than 1,700 locations with annual travel sales volume in excess of $5 billion. During his tenure, Carlson Travel Franchise Group maintained its edge as the leading travel franchisor in North America. A Carlson Travel Franchise Group brand had been named as the top travel business franchise by Entrepreneur for each of the last 12 years and the Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associate Program was ranked as the third overall franchiser in 2007 by Franchise Times for the seventh consecutive year. Block joined Carlson in 1997 following the acquisition of Travel Agents International (TAI) by Carlson Leisure Group, into which most TAI franchisees converted. Block was the chairman, president and founder of TAI. Before TAI, Block was senior vice president, director and corporate treasurer of Community Banks of Florida, Inc., with responsibility for fund management of the Holding Company banks. Block holds a bachelor's of science degree in Finance from the University of Florida, and is also a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE). In addition to having earned his Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) designation from The Travel Institute, Block also served on its Board of Trustees for four years. He represents The Travel Franchise Group on the ASTA Corporate Advisory Council, serving as its vice chairman while also serving on ASTA's Board of Directors of ASTA. Additionally, Block has served on several Advisory Boards with companies such as Globus & Cosmos and Starwood Hotels.

As Vice President, Sales and Marketing EMEA of Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Isabelle Koch is responsible for growth strategy within the EMEA region. Her responsibilities also include the supervision of Public Relations and the role of spokesperson for the region. Based at the European head office in Paris, she is a member of the European Management Committee. Koch is a French citizen who has spent most of her career in executive positions within the travel industry. She held positions at British Airways and Air France as General Manager in the United Kingdom, before joining Carlson Wagonlit Travel France in 1999 as Commercial Director in charge of Sales, Account Management & Marketing. She also spent two years as Vice President Sales & Distribution for Disneyland Resort Paris. Koch began her career with Bull, and is a graduate from the Dijon Business School and has a senior degree in business law.

Sherie Braun has been the General Manager of Albany Travel Unlimited, Inc. d/b/a Travel Leaders/Albany Travel since 1985. Her responsibilities include: managing travel operations at one corporate location and five leisure offices (3 owned and 2 affiliated), and management of 24 travel agents and related staff.

Debbie has been with Carlson Wagonlit Travel for over 14 years. She is our resident 'Aussie Specialist' and LOVES to sell and travel to Australia and the South Pacific. In fact, she's been there 5 times! In addition to her many trips to Australia, Debbie has traveled to London; Paris; Mexico, including Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, the Riviera Maya, and Ixtapa; Jamaica; the Bahamas; Hawaii; Seattle; New York; the Florida Keys; skiing in Colorado; several cruises, including NCL, Carnival, and Disney Cruise Lines; Walt Disney World; and Disneyland. Debbie says, 'I have been to Australia 5 times and love to talk about it! I would love to make your dream trip to the South Pacific come true.'

Debbie has been with Middleton Travel/Carlson Wagonlit Travel since 1990. She has traveled to the Caribbean, Mexico, London, Paris, Rome, South Africa and Costa Rica, and specializes in the Caribbean.

Elaine has been with the Carlson Wagonlit Travel Group Department since July of 1999. She has traveled to Europe, including Great Britain, Belgium, Luxembourg, and France; Punta Cana: Mexico; the Bahamas; Canada; and various U.S. destinations. Her favorite destination is Paris, France.

Kathy is an industry veteran of over 7 years and joined Carlson Wagonlit Travel in 1999. She has traveled to Cancun, Riviera Maya, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Jamaica, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Hawaii, Ireland, London, and Paris. In addition to an Alaskan cruise, she has traveled extensively in the U.S. to Florida, Arizona, California, Washington, and Nevada. She hopes her future travel plans will take her to Australia, St. Lucia, and Hong Kong. Kathy's thirst for knowledge to better serve her clients has lead her to earn the following Designation Specialist: Certified Sandals Specialist, SuperClubs Specialist, College of Disney Knowledge, Cancun Specialist, Ke Kula o Hawaii Specialist, Bahamas Specialist, Ireland Shamrock Club Specialist and Globus and Cosmos Escorted Tour Specialist. Kathy enjoys helping couples, families and honeymooners find the best value for their dollar. She loves to sell all-inclusive vacations in Mexico and the Caribbean, Bed & Breakfast Fly Drives in Ireland, and Island-hopping in Hawaii.
