Ann Sherry assumed the role of CEO of Carnival Australia in July 2007 following a diverse career in public affairs and banking. She has held senior bureaucratic roles in Australian state government in the areas of health, child care, employment and women's policy. Nationally, she led the Office of the Status of Women (1992-94). Recruited to Westpac in 1994, Sherry commenced a 13-year career with the organization. Her first eight years with Westpac spanned senior leadership roles within the HR and public affairs functions, and working through key acquisitions (including Challenge Bank and Bank of Melbourne). Sherry's success as Chief Executive Officer of the Bank of Melbourne led to her appointment as Chief Executive of the New Zealand and Pacific banking business. Sherry made a powerful impact in the New Zealand operation, resuscitating the brand in business and retail sectors, as well as turning staff morale around and delivering a real and highly visible Westpac presence in a tightly congested, diverse and participant-rich financial services market. In addition to her business contributions, Sherry instituted some major cultural initiatives at Westpac. In particular, the paid maternity-leave policy and the focus on women in business, where Westpac became an industry leader. Each of these initiatives had a measurable impact on staff retention and the overall profitability of the business.

Micky Arison , age 59, has been Chairman of the board of directors of Carnival Corporation since October 1990 and a director since June 1987. He became a director and Chairman of the board of directors of Carnival plc in April 2003. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Corporation since 1979 and became Chief Executive Officer of Carnival plc in April 2003.

Ian Gaunt, senior vice president international for Carnival Corporation & plc, is based at Carnival's London office where he has overall responsibility for management and supervision of the company's newbuilding projects, acquisitions and various other ventures in Europe and the U.K. Gaunt, also serves as liaison for Carnival's interests and ventures in the European and British markets. Prior to joining Carnival Gaunt was senior partner at Sinclair, Roche & Temperley, the London-based law firm responsible for negotiating all of Carnival's shipbuilding contracts. Gaunt earned his law degree from Cambridge University. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong, and is fluent in English, German, French, Italian and Mandarin Chinese.

John Johnston is a Professor of English and Comparative Literature at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He is the author of Carnival of Repetition, Information Multiplicity, and an edited book, literature, media, information systems, as well as a forthcoming book from MIT Press, The Allure of Machinic Life: Cybernetics, Artificial Life, and the New AI. His current interests include Media Theory, electronic textuality, contemporary science and technology, and postmodern cultural studies.

Mary brings 25 years experience in the dance industry to West Linn. She received her formal ballet training at the San Francisco Ballet School as a scholarship student. It was there she solidified her life long passion for ballet. Mary went on to dance with several ballet companies in the San Francisco Bay area. As a company member of the San Francisco Dance Theater she was chosen to be a soloist in the PBS nationally broadcast ballet "Women Song". Mary then was offered the exciting opportunity to be a soloist for Carnival and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Upon completing two contracts, Mary spent a year in NYC studying and dancing with many dancers she had admired as a child. Upon returning to California, Mary began teaching ballet and jazz while attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco. She has been teaching and making dance costumes ever since. Mary lives in West Linn with her husband and two children. Opening a dance studio is fulfilling her life long dream.

As president and managing director of Cunard Line, Carol Marlow heads a company with more than 169 years of maritime history and home to the "most famous ocean liners in the world". This luxury brand includes the already legendary Queen Mary 2 and the new Queen Victoria. Queen Elizabeth will also debut in October 2010. In this role, Marlow reports to Peter Shanks, Chief Commercial Officer of Carnival UK, the Carnival Corporation division which includes Cunard Line. Prior to her appointment to her current position, Marlow served as Cunard's managing director of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as UK managing director for Princess Cruises and chairman of Swan Hellenic.

He is currently a corporate director, author and business consultant. From 1992 to 1993, Ambassador Capen served as United States Ambassador to Spain. From 1989 to 1991, Ambassador Capen served as Vice Chairman of Knight-Ridder, Inc. Ambassador Capen was Chairman and Publisher of the Miami Herald from 1983 to 1989. Ambassador Capen is a member of the board of directors of the Fixed Income Funds of The Capital Group, the New Economy Fund, and Smallcap World Fund.
