Amber DeForest, MD, FAAFP earned her medical degree and masteris degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston Texas. She received her bacheloris degrees from Texas Womanis University. She is board certified in family practice. Previously with Talbert Medical Group,Dr. DeForest joined Carondelet Medical Group in 1998.
Amy Tees received her family nurse practitioner's degree from the University of Arizona in 2004. After working as a high acuity intensive care nurse for more than eight years, she returned to the U of A to obtain her master's degree as a family nurse practitioner in 2004. She is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Nursing. In addition, she has been certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Tees began with Carondelet Medical Group as a student in 2003 and joined as a family nurse practitioner in 2004. She primarily sees patients in Dr. Christine Donnelly's practice. Her medical interests include women's health, pediatrics and neurology. She believes that patient education is important in all aspects of health care. Ms. Tees is a Tucson native and lives with her husband and young daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Barbara Lynn Caldwell received her doctor of medicine degree from the University of California at San Francisco and her bachelor's degree in animal science from the University of California at Davis. She completed her residency in family practice, serving as Chief Resident in 1995-96, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix. Dr. Caldwell joined Carondelet Medical Group in 1996. Dr. Popovici is originally from Bucharest, Romania, where she received her Medical Degree from Carol Davila University. Following the completion of her studies, Dr. Popovici practiced general medicine at Carol Davila Hospital. In 1997, Dr. Popovici moved to Miami, Florida, where she worked in Clinical Immunology. She completed her Family Practice Residency Program in Connecticut and is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Popovici is pleased to have found a home in Tucson. Dr. Branson received his osteopathic medical degree fro the University of Health Sciences in Missouri and completed his family practice residency at Trinity Lutheran Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. He is Board Certified I and is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Branson worked for thirteen years at a community health center in Colorado, providing care to the medically underserved and to migrant workers. In addition, Dr. Branson was in a private medical practice for three years in rural west Kentucky. Dr. Branson is very excited about working and living in Tucson. He and his wife enjoy outdoor activities.
Dr. Carlson graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and interned with Mount Clemens General Hospital. Board Certified in General Practice, he has practiced family medicine for over 30 years. Dr. Leary received his medical degree from University College Galway, Ireland. He is a charter fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Leary practiced medicine in upstate New York for 35 years. In 1995 he moved to Green Valley and opened Cigna's Green Valley office. He is a Vietnam Veteran, having served as a Senior Medical Officer for the U.S. Navy SEA-BEE Center in Gulfport, Mississippi and as Senior Medical Officer of the 20th Naval Construction Regiment. Dr. Leary has been happily married for more than 40 years and has six children and seven grandchildren. He is an avid golfer, enjoys travel, fine dining and his family.
Dr. Crawford received his doctor of medicine degree from Wayne State University and his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Albion College. He completed his internship and residency in family practice at Providence Hospital in Michigan. Dr. Crawford is board certified and has been in practice since 1983. In 1995, he joined Carondelet Medical Group in Nogales.

Dr. Nestor received his bachelor's degree in History from the University of Rhode Island. He then went on to obtain a master's degree in Social Work from Boston University. His Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine was earned at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He completed his Family Practice residency at University of Massachusetts in Fitchburg. He feels fortunate to live in Tucson and to be able to raise his family in such a beautiful part of the country. Dr. Nestor believes in carefully treating the whole person. Prior to becoming a physician, he was a social worker and helped many families in crisis. Dr. Nestor is married and has two daughters. In his spare time he enjoys reading, music and spending time with his family.

Maria Johnston, C-FNP, received her family nurse practitioner degree in 1996 and her bachelor's degree in nursing in 1981 from the University of Arizona. She is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Nursing. She began her nursing career in 1981. Her professional interests include well women and well child clinics and working with the underserved. Ms. Johnston is married and has two sons. A native Tucsonan, she is fluent in English and Spanish. In her spare time she enjoys reading and running.
Dr. Brown received his medical degree from the University of Arizona and completed his family practice residency at Ventura County Medical Center in Ventura, California. He is board-certified in family medicine. Dr. Brown's medical career began in Tucson with CIGNA. He then practiced at a rural hospital in Yemen for eight years. Prior to joining Carondelet Medical Group Dr. Brown worked at Indian Health Service, Sells Hospital. Dr. Brown enjoys the wide spectrum of opportunities that family medicine affords, and looks forward to practicing in Tucson.
Dr. Depaso received his medical degree from Wright State University and completed his family practice residency at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, both in Dayton, Ohio. He is board certified in Family Medicine and before moving to Tucson, he was a family practitioner in Hamilton, Ohio for 16 years.

Rosalia Kame, MD received her doctor of medicine degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine and her bachelor's degree in medical technology from the University of Arizona. She completed a residency in family practice in the Department of Family and Community Medicine, where she now is an associate teaching assistant. Dr. Schwartz is a graduate of the College of St. Benedict, Saba University and the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the Mayo Clinic/St. Cloud Hospital in Minnesota and has spent the past two years practicing in Grinnell, Iowa. Her scope of practice includes neonates, pediatrics and adolescents, as well as adult medicine and geriatrics. Dr. Schwartz is trained in caring for every member of the family and her special interests include women's health and preventative medicine.
Dr. Tompkins received his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Arizona and his bachelor's degree in Spanish from Calvin College, Grand Rapids, Michigan. He completed his family practice internship and residency at Mercy Hospital in Merced, California. Dr. Tompkins is board certified in Family Practice and has a special interest in pediatrics. In 2001, he joined Carondelet Medical Group. Dr. Tompkins is married and has five children. He enjoys sports, church activities, traveling and the time he spends with his family.
Dr. Inboden has been in family practice in Tucson since 1974. After graduating from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed his internship at Tucson General Hospital and served two years with the U. S. Public Health Service. Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Inboden has particular expertise in adolescent and young adult medicine. He has served as Medical Director of the Westcenter Adolescent Program, The Mark Youth and Family Care Campus, and Cottonwood de Tucson. In 1999, he was named the "Physician of the Year" by the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. He relates well to people from diverse backgrounds and welcomes all ages - from five-year-olds to geriatric patients. Dr. Inboden is married and has three adult children. Away from the office, he enjoys hiking, bicycling, reading and travel.
