Haluk Dincer began his career in the U.S. as a project engineer at the General Motors Technical Center in 1985. He proceeded to work in various sectors within and outside Turkey over the next ten years. Dincer joined Sabanci Group in 1995, serving as the Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of TemSA for six years. He was appointed Vice President of the Food and Retail Group in 2001, and Food Group President in 2002. Haluk Dincer has been serving as the Retail Group President since 2004, as well as the Chairman of the Board of the Group's retail companies CarrefourSA (Mass Merchant Chain), DiaSA (Discount Market Chain) and TeknoSA (Consumer Electronics Chain). Dincer is the Chairman of DEIK/Turkish-American Business Council, and also serves on the board of TUSIAD Turkish Industrialists and Businessmen's Association, American Turkish Council in Washington D.C. and American Turkish Society in New York.

Ahmet Aykac, Prof. Dr., is Founder, Managing Partner and Co-Chairperson of Golden Horn Ventures. Ahmet Aykac has been a consultant and coach at board level to several national and international organizations such as British Gas, Price Waterhouse, Volvo, ABB, NWL, KNP BT, A. AhlstA A m Corp., ESKOM, Novo Group, KPMG and Swiss Life. Dr. Aykac sits on the board of Trustees of several institutions and foundations, and is non-executive director of several companies. He was a founding member of the Supervisory Board, JOMED SA, Switzerland. Dr. Aykac has been involved in startups and lived through start-up to IPO lifecycle with several technology-related companies. He is a member of the several industry and technology boards, among which are Telecom Valley in France and Supervisory Board of CarrefourSA. He was also a director of the Theseus Institute, Management School, which specializes in IT and innovation management. Dr. Aykac sold it to EDHEC; a very well known management school. He is the founder member of the board of trustees and board member of several institutions such as Sabanci University and Medsat. He also served as a member of the boards of trustees of INSEAD and IMD.
