Gary Gatchell brings over twenty years of progressive experience in financial and operational management positions, including public accounting at KPMG. From August 1999 to January 2004, Gary was the CFO of Voyant Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of enhanced voice and conferencing solutions for switched and IP-based networks. During his tenure at Voyant, Gary managed seventeen consecutive quarters of profitability as the company expanded market share, and he developed significant business skills in managing a communications growth company. While at Voyant, Gary completed two rounds of funding totaling $17 million and completed the acquisition of Octave Communications, Inc. for approximately $12 million. Voyant was subsequently acquired by Polycom, Inc. in January 2004. After leaving Voyant, Gary was engaged in providing professional financial and consulting services including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance work. As CFO of Carrier Access, Gary is responsible for Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources, Administration, Treasury, Accounting, and public financial reporting. Gary is providing leadership for these core infrastructure teams of Carrier Access, in addition to our public-facing investor relations. Gary has a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Denver. He also maintains active Certified Public Accounting registration and is a member of AICPA, CSCPA and FEI.

Kevin Antill has more than 15 years of professional sales experience in the telecommunications equipment industry, working with RBOCs, ILECs, CLECs, wireless carriers and enterprises to deliver products and solutions to meet their various network needs. Antill joined Carrier Access in 1999, as director of Strategic Accounts. In 2000, he was promoted to regional vice president of Sales, managing the East Coast sales team. One year later, Antill was named vice president of National Sales responsible for managing the North American sales team. In 2002, Antill was named senior vice president of Sales and now oversees Carrier Access' worldwide sales team. Before joining Carrier Access, Antill served 10 years at Walker and Associates, his last three years as vice president of Sales, growing revenue to more than $300 million annually. Antill started his telecommunications career at Penn Telecom, a subsidiary of North Pittsburgh Telephone Company.

Nancy G. Pierce has served as Corporate Development Officer since April 2000 and has been a Director of the Company since its formation in September 1992. From November 2004 to June 2005, Ms. Pierce served as interim Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Pierce previously served as Corporate Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Administration and Treasurer of the Company from September 1992 through April of 2000 and as Secretary of the Company from 1992 to 2005. Prior to co-founding Carrier Access, Ms. Pierce served as the Controller of Koenig Communications, Inc., an equipment systems integration and consulting firm and held positions at IBM Corporation and ROLM Corporation. Ms. Pierce earned a B.S. degree from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. from California State University, Chico. In addition, Ms. Pierce holds an honorary doctorate degree in Commercial Science from St. Thomas Aquinas University.

Dave Laube is a well-known and respected veteran of the telecommunications industry, with 17 years of senior executive service at US WEST, the former Regional Bell Operating Company (RBOC) that is now part of Qwest Communications where he was most recently Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), leading an organization of nearly 6000 people that was known for its cost effectiveness and customer service. Laube, who is a certified public accountant (CPA), held a number of leadership positions in technology and finance at the company, including vice president, controller, and treasurer of US WEST Communications, and CFO of Mountain Bell and US WEST Cellular. Appointed by Colorado Governor Bill Owens as a commissioner for the Colorado Commission on Science and Technology, he also presently serves on the board of directors for Carrier Access Corporation as well as advisory boards for the business schools of Seattle Pacific University and the University of Colorado at Denver. He is also a contributing author and co-editor of the book "Business Driven Information Technology: Answers to 100 Critical Questions for Every Manager" published by Stanford University Press in 2003.

John Barnett has served as an independent director of Carrier Access since December 1998. Currently, Barnett is a telecommunications consultant and private investor. He previously served as a senior executive of McLeod USA. Prior to that, Barnett was president of the Wholesale Services division of MCI WorldCom, Inc. Barnett has also served as president of WorldCom International, Inc., senior vice president of Sales and Marketing of Williams Communications, and president of WilTel International, a division of WilTel Network Services, a predecessor of WorldCom, Inc. In addition, Barnett has served as a director of the Competitive Telecommunications Association, America's Carriers Telecommunication Association, the Multimedia Telecommunications Association and several privately held corporations. He received a B.A. in political science from Tulane University.
