Doug Talley is Director, Quality Control with responsibilities for development and operation of quality control systems, application and analysis of testing and inspection procedures, and the use of metrology and statistical methods to diagnose and correct improper quality control practices. He is also responsible for technology transfer from research and development to manufacturing. Mr. Talley joined Carrington in September 2001 and previously was a Quality Engineer and an analytical chemist in Carrington's drug, research and development department. Mr. Talley has pharmaceutical experience as an analytical chemist with Allergan, as well with Zenith Goldline where he worked from 1994 to 1997. He has a Master of Science in chemical engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Louisiana State University in Shreveport.

Dr. Alex McPherson, 68, has served as director of the Company since June 2007. From 1991 until his retirement in 2006, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Biomira Inc., after serving on its board of directors since 1987. He received his medical degree from the University of Alberta in 1962 and his Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne in Australia in 1969. He has served as a Professor for 25 years at the University of Alberta, Director of Medicine at the Cross Cancer Clinic, Deputy Minister of Alberta Hospitals and Medical Care and Deputy Commissioner and Executive Director of the Premier's Commission on Future Health Care for Albertans.

Edwin Meese, III was the U.S. Attorney General under President Ronald Reagan from 1985 to 1988 and a Counselor to the President from 1981 to 1985. As Attorney General, he chaired the Domestic Policy Council and the National Drug Policy Board and was a member of the National Security Council. He served previously as Director of the Center for Criminal Justice Policy and Management and a Professor of Law at the University of San Diego, and as the Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff to Ronald Reagan's gubernatorial staff. A graduate of Yale University and the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), Mr. Meese is Chairman of the Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation, a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution, and served as a member of the Iraq Study Group. Mr. Meese is also a retired colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve.

Mr. R. Dale Bowerman has served as a director of Carrington since January 1991. Mr. Bowerman was President and Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Health Alliances, L.L.C. from May 1994 until his retirement in October 1997. From 1973 to April 1994, he was Chief Financial Officer of High Plains Baptist Health Systems, a nonprofit hospital system. Mr. Bowerman is also a director of Sunrise Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded company.
