Ms. Hughes oversees all operations and activities for the Property and Facility Management group across the eight states where Carter operates. She is responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and providing strategic direction for the group while maintaining solid relationships with existing clients. In addition, Ms. Hughes is responsible for overseeing Carter's Client Services group, which includes accounting, human resources, information technology and marketing.

Mr. Long acts as Carter's primary liaison between the Atlanta, Orlando and Tampa offices. Additionally, Mr. Long and his team provide support platform services for Carter Investments. He also serves as the ONCOR manager for Carter.
Mr. Shelton primarily focuses on managing the day-to-day activities of The Carter Fund. Mr. Shelton's considerable experience and expertise in sourcing equity and co-investment opportunities is utilized in growing this area of the company's business. Additionally, he is responsible for expanding the investment sales platform.
Mr. Terrell has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He oversees the broker transaction services team in Atlanta while also assisting in identifying new business opportunities and growing the business unit.

Shane joined Studley in 2004 after over 12 years of commercial real estate brokerage as a Senior Vice President/Oncor Manager with Carter & Associates/Oncor International in Tampa, Florida. Throughout his career, Shane has built an impressive portfolio of clients through his focus on tenant representation and his ability to implement sound strategic real estate plans for his clients. Shane's cient base includes Fortune 500 companies such as Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., ABN Amro/LaSalle Bank, Computer Associates International and Guardian Insurance. As a team leader and senior strategist, Shane delivers up-front value before real estate assignments are conceived by providing critical insight during the development of his clients' business initiatives. Shane focuses on reducing clients operating costs through effectively analyzing and understanding the overall costs associated with a real estate requirement and then focuses his efforts on developing, negotiating, and implementing innovative real estate solutions that are specifically geared to optimize the desired result. Shane applies an aggressive negotiating style that achieves superior results for his clients without creating a landlord adversarial relationship.

As senior vice president, Ms. Rose oversees all reporting functions to Carter's members and managers, as well as the treasury, banking, payroll and regulatory functions of the company. In addition, Ms. Rose is in charge of the accounting department.
In 2001, Scott Wetch joined Art Carter and Associates (now, Carter-Wetch Associates) as a partner and began his tenure as the State Pipe Trades Legislative Advocate. Scott brings over 16 years experience working in and around the State Capitol as a lobbyist and policy consultant. Prior to representing the Pipe Trades, Scott served as both the Political and Legislative Director for the State Building and Construction Trades Council. The Building Trades Council is the State umbrella organization representing over 250 construction trade unions with approximately 400,000 members. Prior to becoming a legislative advocate, Mr. Wetch served as a policy consultant in both the State Senate and Assembly for 12 years. Mr. Wetch's legislative experience includes serving as a Legislative Aide to Senate President Pro-Tempore David Roberti, Legislative Director for State Senator Mike Thompson, Principal Consultant to the Senate Committee on Housing and Urban Development, Chief Consultant to the Assembly Insurance Committee, and as Chief of Staff to then Assemblymember and current State Senator Jack Scott. Mr. Wetch received a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University , Sacramento in 1989.

Jay Gordon is a senior consultant/facilitator/trainer of Carter & Associates, Inc. and is recently retired from the position of Director of Strategic Plans and Policies for the Arizona Army National Guard (AZARNG). Jay has over twenty years of experience in the military and has been actively involved in the Performance Excellence initiative at the AZARNG since its inception in 1992. Jay was initial catalyst in bringing Total Quality Management to the Logistics division. During that time, a methodology for Performance Improvement was crafted for the division that has since been replicated throughout the Guard. One of his Supply division process improvement teams received national recognition for being best in class for cycle time reduction. Additionally, he joined in championing the Guard's Baldrige-based internal assessment process and application for the Army Community of Excellence Award in 1994. The AZ Guard received "Gold" recognition in that competition and continues to win high honors nationally. Upon assuming his current position, Jay became an integral member of the team sponsoring broad implementation of strategic planning and the supporting strategies/plans for Information Technology, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Performance Excellence. His BA in Liberal Arts (1969) and MS in Education (1983) were awarded from Arizona State University.

Russell Hanson is president of TransTech, an Arizona-based organization development consulting firm. TransTech specializes in organizational change efforts, including the design and implementation of high performance work teams, business process improvement, Total Quality Management, Partnering, employee involvement processes, and the management of new technology introduction. He also works one-on-one as an Executive Coach to enhance individual leadership and personal performance. Mr. Hanson has an extensive background in leading organizational change projects. While employed by Honeywell, he helped pioneer the design and development of the Total Employee Involvement process, a team-based system that resulted in a 330% productivity improvement, 54% reduction in product cost, and a 94% reduction in scrap during its first year of operation. He later co-authored Corporate Madness, a book detailing this work team design model and methodology that has been used so successfully at Honeywell and many other companies. His team building experience includes group assessment and diagnoses, use of 360-degree feedback instruments, and outdoor adventure experiential education. He is certified to facilitate both low and high-ropes team building programs. Hanson is also an acknowledged authority in the field of Total Quality Management and has assisted such organizations as Motorola, SEMATECH and the State of Arizona with their TQM efforts. As a consultant, he has helped companies design, plan and implement TQM processes for their organizations. He is an instructor of many quality improvement courses, including Process Mapping and Analysis, Cycle Time Management, Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, Problem Solving Skills and Design for Manufacturability. Hanson has developed and teaches specialized courses in Managing Organizational Change and Managing the Introduction of New Technology. The latter program focuses on the human aspects of technological change, including how to gain the support and commitment of those people who are affected by new technology and how to integrate new systems into the company's work environment. For over 15 years, Hanson has worked with corporations and government agencies to design and facilitate Partnering Workshops. Partnering is the process of establishing mutually beneficial relationships among the key stakeholders of a project through team-building, shared goals and an agreement for resolving issues based upon trust and respect. Billy joined Carter in 1967, serving as the senior development officer until 1987 when he assumed the position of chief investment officer. In 1991 he was appointed president of the company, and he assumed the position of chief executive officer in 1994. In July 2000 Billy was appointed chairman of Carter, and in 2005 he was named chairman emeritus. During his 20 years of responsibility for development activity, more than 16 million square feet of office and retail space were developed for corporate clients. In addition Billy has been involved on numerous boards, including Charis Community Housing, Darlington School, Miller Valentine Group, Montreat College and Atlanta Resource Foundation.
Currently Frank is the head of the Atlanta office and responsible for building and managing business in the Southeast region. He has more than 35 years of experience in the Property/Casualty and Excess and Surplus lines of business, with a strong background in the aviation, retail and manufacturing sectors. Frank is the former chairman and CEO of London Agency where he served for 22 years, and the former President and CEO of Sedgwick of Georgia for six years prior to selling the business to Marsh McClellan. Frank has been actively involved in the community by serving on numerous boards such as the Lovett School Board of Trustees, the High Museum of Art, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board, the American Cancer Society and the Buckhead Club.
