Sanjeev Dheer co-founded CashEdge in 1999 and oversees all corporate strategy, implementation and direction for the company. He has more than 10 years of experience serving the financial services industry. Prior to starting CashEdge, Mr. Dheer was a partner at McKinsey & Company where he served financial institutions on a range of strategy and operational issues and was a leader of the firm's global e-commerce practice. Previously, Mr. Dheer worked as a systems analyst and IT consultant at the United Nations Development Program. Mr. Dheer earned an MBA from Stanford Business School, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and an MA in History from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi.

John Rogers is responsible for overseeing and driving the financial, accounting, tax and treasury functions at CashEdge. He is a senior executive with more than 20 years of financial strategy and management experience within growth oriented international technology organizations including publicly held companies and start-up ventures. Most recently Mr. Rogers was the Chief Financial Officer, North America at LogicaCMG, a major international organization in IT services and wireless telecoms. Previously, he was the senior vice president and chief financial officer at Celox Networks, a network routing and IP service products company. His prior roles include executive and senior level management positions with ScanSoft, PADS Software, Cognex Corporation, Waters, and Bolt, Beranek and Newman. Mr. Rogers received his BS in Accounting from Bentley College and earned his CPA license while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Amir Sunderji is responsible for risk management and payment operations at CashEdge. He has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the team, Mr. Sunderji was with BarterTrust.com, a business-to-business barter exchange, where as chief credit officer he led the risk and economy management efforts. Previously, he was vice president of risk management and credit policy at Advanta Business Services, a subsidiary of Advanta Corporation. Mr. Sunderji also directed risk management efforts for Mercedes-Benz Credit Corporation's $8 billion portfolio. Before that, he held a number of positions at HSBC in audit and risk examination, capital markets and consumer finance, and was vice president of risk management for a $4 billion portfolio. Mr. Sunderji earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Dar-es-Salaam in Tanzania and a BS in Accounting from the University of Poona in India.

Chuck Tremblay is responsible for the Professional Services organization at CashEdge, which manages the implementation of CashEdge products and services for customers and integration with customer systems. Mr. Tremblay has more than 15 years of software development, implementation and integration experience. He was recently the director of Account Services for WebMD, where he was responsible for all private portal implementation, integration projects, and the follow-on account management. At Accenture-owned SYSTOR AG and ANDERSEN LLP he managed systems implementation and reengineering project teams. Mr. Tremblay graduated magna cum laude from Southern Oregon State University with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science.

Deborah Kovacs is responsible for product design and implementation. She has spent most of her career developing software for the financial services industry and has more than 20 years of experience in information technology and enterprise software management. Prior to joining CashEdge, Ms. Kovacs served a variety of technology companies including Sanchez Computer Associates, now part of Fidelity Information Services. As Senior Vice President of Product Management at Sanchez she managed a team of 120 people and was responsible for building and managing all product development functions. Ms. Kovacs received a BS in Information Systems from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Jeremy Sokolic is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management. He has more than 15 years of experience in financial services and technology. Prior to joining CarryQuote, Mr. Sokolic served as both Vice President of Product Management and Vice President of Marketing for CashEdge Inc., a financial services technology company that provides money movement and data consolidation services to banks, brokerages, and wealth management firms. During his tenure at CashEdge, Mr. Sokolic built the product management and marketing organizations from scratch, taking the company from pre-revenue to over $40 million in sales. Previously, Mr. Sokolic was an Associate and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where he served a range of clients in the areas of healthcare and financial services and an Associate with Atlantic Medical Partners, a private equity investor. Mr. Sokolic received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania

Neil Platt is responsible for all sales, marketing and business development at CashEdge. He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining CashEdge, Mr. Platt was vice president and senior analyst at Scott's Cove Capital Management, an affiliate of Fleming Asset Management, where he was responsible for investing in distressed companies, turnarounds, and special situations. Previously, he was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company, where he served financial institution clients on a variety of strategic and operational issues. Mr. Platt received an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a Samuel Bronfman Fellow, and a BA from Princeton University.

Steve Zorn is responsible for overseeing customer care including customer support, the customer help desk, and training at CashEdge. He has more than 11 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, Mr. Zorn was VP of Professional Services. Prior to joining CashEdge, Mr. Zorn was director of marketing at Teknowledge Corporation where he was responsible for marketing activities that primarily included product management, channel partner management, and outbound PR activities. Previously, he worked for Edify Corporation's Internet Banking team as a principal project manager for new customer implementations. Before that he held a variety of positions in IBM's Global Services Financial and Utilities sectors. Mr. Zorn received MBA and MS Computer Science degrees from Santa Clara University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
