Hugh Mose has been employed in the public transportation industry for over 25 years. A graduate in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University, he also holds an M.S. degree in Transportation and Urban Systems from the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland. Mr. Mose's professional background includes five years as Transit Manager for the City of Iowa City, Iowa; four years as Assistant Transit Director for the City of Fresno, California; and eight years as General Manager for Intercity Transit, Olympia, Washington. He has served as CATA's General Manager since 1995. Mr. Mose is very involved in the public transportation industry, serving on the the American Public Transportation Association Board of Directors and as Chair of the Small Operations Committee. He's also active in the State College community, where he is a member of the United Way campaign cabinet, the Board of Directors of the SPE Federal Credit Union, and the Rotary Club of State College/Downtown, where he is the Immediate Past President. Mr. Mose and his wife, Janyce, live in the Borough of State College, where they share their home with a retired professional athlete - a Greyhound dog. A Clinical Audiologist, Janyce specializes in the fitting of high-tech hearing aids. Together both Hugh and Janyce enjoy traveling, golf, being involved in the community, and enjoying all the amenities that Penn State brings to the community. Mr. Mose was born and reared in Elmira, New York. Prior to his career in the transit industry, he was employed by Consolidated Gas Supply Corporation, where he attained his registration as a Professional Engineer.

Paul Talbot was appointed Administrator of the Cape Ann Transportation Authority in November of 1996. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Talbot had a long and distinguished career in municipal government as a city/town manager in five municipalities of Massachusetts, Connecticut and Maine. Mr. Talbot served three years as paratrooper with the 82nd airborne division and one year with the United States Marine Corps Reserve.

Gabriele Craig's work as senior interior designer encompasses being chief designer for the various departments of CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation), the residence of the Chancellor of the German Embassy, Ottawa; special colour consultant for the Ottawa General Hospital, as well as various medical and dental offices. She is known for her creation of specialized environments and recognized for achieving high standards for her clients. At present Gabriele Craig's Consulting office is involved in the renovation and restoration of Perram House, a hospice for the terminally ill, providing design concepts, specialized colour consultation and co-ordination, creating a healing environment. During the past six years Gabriele Craig has combined her more than twenty years of interior design background with her career as a psycho-therapist and has specialized as a colour consultant in creating healing environments for hospitals, medical offices, clinics and offices, as well as the homes of private clients.

Mr. Sifri, who has been a director since July 14, 2004, has extensive experience in information technology and telecommunications, having founded and led several companies in these fields, including: CTI Datacom (Chair and CEO), an International communication network services firm; SIC partnership (Managing Partner), an investment management partnership; and Applications Technologies Inc., a Virginia-based software company, which was sold in 1998 to Lernout & Hauspie (L&H). He also founded Polymore Circuit Technologies, a Tennessee-based innovative circuit board manufacturing company. Mr. Sifri also serves on the board of the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATA) and the Wireless Communications Association International (WCA). Mr. Sifri holds an MBA degree in Finance from George Washington University and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Washington College of Law at American University.

Mr. Barletta served as an elected member of the Rockport Board of Selectmen for 36 years. He was elected Board Chairman many times. In April 2003, he was elected to another three-year term. He possesses an intimate knowledge of the Cape Ann community and has served as Rockport Representative to CATA for the last nine years. He has worked with the MBTA Steering Committee to improve North Shore Commuter Rail service and to upgrade the Rockport Railroad Station. He Attends CATA Meetings with community representatives (Gloucester, Essex, Ipswich, Rockport) and CATA administrator Paul Talbot to approve plans, policy and yearly budgets.
