Sam Goodner is the Chief Executive Officer for Catapult Systems Inc. Sam fosters the continuing excellence of Catapult's vision, culture and core values. He formulates and manages Catapult's corporate strategy, directs its management team, and builds key business and strategic relationships for the company. Sam founded Catapult Systems in 1993 at the age of 26. Prior to starting Catapult, Sam worked at Service Systems International, where he opened the company's European headquarters in England. He also developed software applications for Dell Computer Corporation's international offices. Sam initially honed his leadership skills and style as a mountain infantry officer in the Swiss Army. He is a graduate of the MIT/Inc Birthing of Giants program and a member of the Austin chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization (YEO). Sam has been repeatedly recognized for his innovation in leadership, and was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 1997, 1998, and 1999. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.

Mark Jensen is the Vice President of Market Development for Catapult Systems. He is responsible for overseeing Catapult's national expansion and strategic development of new markets. As a part of the leadership team, Mark plays a vital role in developing new markets, industries and geographies while continuing to strengthen Catapult's Microsoft alliance. Mark joins the Catapult team with more than 25 years of IT services experience in executive management, new market expansion, delivery operations and sales. Most recently, he served as the Chief Operating Officer with Software Architects, where he played a pivotal role in architecting company growth from $2.5M to over $100M in annual revenue through organic national expansion. Prior to Software Architects, Mark worked with Keane and Decision Consultants. Mark is an avid golfer and currently resides with his wife, Cathy in Chicago, Illinois.

David Fuess is the General Manager for Catapult Systems' new Dallas office. As an integral part of the management team's strategy to expand into the Dallas market, David is responsible for developing new business, building strategic partnerships and overseeing consulting operations including successful delivery of solutions and engagements. David comes to Catapult with seventeen years of sales and management experience, including a decade of experience in the IT services industry. Previously with Fujitsu Consulting/Born Information Services, David was responsible for sales, operations, consulting and recruiting. He launched Born's Dallas practice in 1997 and built three new practice groups during his tenure there. David was also responsible for driving a 40 percent increase in revenue over three years and establishing Born as one of Microsoft's top partners in the South Central District. David graduated from The University of Tulsa, where he also played football, in 1989 with a B.S. in Business Management. He resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and two children.

Liam Collopy is the General Manager for the Catapult Systems' Austin office. Liam started his career in the technology industry in Houston in 1996 as the Contract Services Branch Manager for the International recruiting firm, Hall Kinion. Liam joined Catapult Systems in 1998 during the height of the technology boom as the Director of Recruiting and handled strategic marketing initiatives as well. Under Liam's leadership, Catapult's recruiting and marketing efforts have been extraordinarily successful. He has been instrumental in shaping and implementing the company's hiring philosophy and promoting Catapult's unique culture, as well as driving revenues through numerous marketing initiatives and campaigns. Liam's contributions to Catapult's growth strategy have been instrumental in Catapult's success, resulting in him recently being named General Manager for the Catapult Systems Austin practice. Prior to his career in recruiting, Liam served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 4 years, after which he attended college at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Liam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University.

Mark Whitmire is the General Manager for Catapult Systems' Houston office. In addition to leading business development and consulting operations in Houston, Mark assists in corporate strategy, management activities, and building partnerships. Mark has extensive experience in the management of large-scale, technology-enabled, business change projects. His 21 years of cross-discipline experience in process analysis and design, business strategy, application development, systems integration, and organization change management provide him a rich background for guiding the planning and delivery of Catapult's most complex projects. Prior to his current role, Mark was Vice President of Consulting for BSI Consulting and played an instrumental role in leading the growth of the company into a highly successful systems integration and web solutions firm. Mark led the establishment and operations of offices in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, and Austin. BSI was recognized on the Inc 500 list as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States. Mark spent the first 11 years of his career with the organization now named Accenture. During this time, he developed his foundation of experience and expertise in leading business transformation projects, working with global companies across multiple industries. Mark is an honors graduate from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
