As Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Catcher Inc. Charles brings more than two decades of technical, sales and business management experience focused in technology, services and security to the company. A veteran, Charles' deep experience at both small and large companies, positions him well to lead Catcher Inc.'s sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Catcher, Charles was Founder, CEO and President of CyberShield Networks, Inc., a provider of high end custom information security software solutions for the banking and Federal DoD Sectors. In 2005, he sold his interest and spent a year in the Caribbean investing in and developing real estate. Prior, Charles was Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of RISCManagement, Inc., a CRM and Security Solutions VAR. There Charles was responsible for managing their national sales, marketing and business development divisions consisting of 41 sales and technical staff, with a $26M budget. Prior to RISC, as a Regional Manager for Analytical Graphics, Inc, Charles was instrumental in coordinating and orchestrating the implementation of satellite communications products and services for NASA Space Programs, as well as numerous secure programs in other agencies in the Department of Defense, intelligence and aerospace markets. He spent his first 12 years after college in various roles at IBM. Charles earned his BS from University of Alabama.

James Newman joins the Catcher team with over 25 years of experience in business to business technology hardware and software sales. Mr. Newman has been an instrumental force, hiring and managing independent manufacturer representatives over the past 15 years, targeting technology based startups. Mr. Newman was formerly Vice-President of Sales for Z-Tel Communications, Inc., a CLEC that developed sophisticated applications delivered over the phone, in Tampa, FL. He was a founding member and investor in ZTEL established in 1997. Prior to Z-Tel Mr. Newman founded THE FIRM, a national rep firm that sold computer peripherals to the 15 major computer chains on a national level. In conjunction, Mr. Newman co-founded an ISP in Northern California that later became the first national cable internet provider. ISP Channel went public in 1996. Mr. Newman co-founded Pacific Micro Marketing in 1985, a northern California rep firm. As Vice President of Sales, the company grew to over 100 million dollars in sustained annual sales. He has also owned and operated a multi million dollar tourist business he began at the age of 21 for 10 years.
Mr. Brown was formerly held the positions of Vice-President of Marketing, vice-President of Sales and Marketing, and Vice-President of Business Development for Z-Tel Communications, Inc., a CLEC that developed sophisticated applications delivered over the phone, in Tampa, FL. He was a founding member and investor in ZTEL established in 1997. The company went public with an S1 in 1999 and reached a market cap of over 1.5 Billion dollars; Mr. Brown was responsible for development of all marketing materials, brand strategy, channel partner development, and partner marketing. Prior to Z-Tel, Mr. Brown was Marketing Director for Premiere Communications, Inc. and developed all marketing collateral and sales tools used to sell calling cards and other services that were tied to unique server based applications, delivered over the phone. Premiere went public in 1995 with an S1 offering, also reaching a market cap of well over a Billion and half dollars. Mr. Brown was responsible for setting up multiple distribution partners including MBNA, HSBC, Fry's Electronics, CompuServe, and many others. Brown spent the first 10 years of his career as an investment wholesaler, raising investment dollars through the NASD Broker/Dealer community. He also represented such Fortune 500 companies as Southmark and McDonnell Douglas and carried a Series 7, 22, and 63 NASD Securities Licenses.

Mr. Grady brings 27 years of experience in IT sales and sales management to the position, both in government and commercial markets. Grady's background includes creating his own IT company which still operates, successfully operating a sales consulting business and several VP level positions. Prior to joining Catcher, Inc. Grady represented three companies simultaneously in the capacity of a sales and business development consultant. He is also a Director on the Board of Airtime Manager, Inc. Since 2003, Grady has held several senior level positions, including VP of Government Affairs for Digital Lightwave, Inc, Director of Government Sales for Incert Software, and Director of Government Sales for Windward Consulting Group. Prior to From August of 1999 to February of 2001, Mr. Grady was Eastern Regional VP for Aptial Networks, which merged with CAT Technology, Inc. Grady has recent sales IT sales experience in the fields of network operations management, fiber optic network testing, software fault management, wireless network location technology and network managed services.

Mr. Sander became a director on May 25, 2005 and our chief executive officer on May 4, 2005. Mr. Sander has more than 30 years' experience in the aviation security/operations arena. From June 2002 until joining Catcher, Mr. Sander was Vice President and Partner at the Global Transportation Unit of Unisys Corp., a publicly traded company. At Unisys, he headed the airports business practice in the development and marketing of aviation products and services. From September 2000 to June 2002, Mr. Sander was Vice President for Aviation Sales at Scanz Communications, Inc. From March 1998 to September 2000, Mr. Sander was first an Executive Account Manager and, in December of 1999, Regional Director, Aviation Sales for TYCO/ADT Security Services, Inc., a publicly traded company. Mr. Sander launched Tyco's aviation security group. Mr. Sander started his professional career as a military air traffic controller and also held the position of airport general manager at the Baltimore Washington International airport. Mr. Sander also serves as director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Catcher.
Harry Casari has served on the Company's Board of Directors since August 2004. Since 1994, Mr. Casari has been a private investor. Mr. Casari worked as a certified public accountant for Ernst & Young LLP from 1969 until 1994 when he retired as a partner. Mr. Casari currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Meade Instruments Corporation (NASDAQ: MEAD), an optics and telescope manufacturer; a member of the Board of Directors of Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ: COHU), a semiconductor equipment, television camera, metal detection instrumentation and microwave communications equipment manufacturer; a member of the Board of Directors of Catcher Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: CTHH), a development stage company developing a portable, ruggedized, wireless, hand-held computer and integrated communications device built to military specifications; and a member of the Board of Directors of RedEnvelope, Inc. (NASDAQ: REDE) a specialty gift retailer.
