Mike brings more than 20 years of insurance experience with industry-leading companies to Cat Insurance. As the president of Caterpillar's captive insurance group, he has responsibility for Caterpillar Insurance Holdings Inc., Caterpillar Insurance Services Corp., Caterpillar Product Services Corp. and other legal entities that support the sale and service of Caterpillar machines and engines. Gerry joined Caterpillar in 1981 as a management accountant and has had a variety of assignments in Accounting, Information Services, and Manufacturing Operations during his career. During the 1980s and early 1990s, Gerry was a Senior I/T systems developer for Caterpillar's MAMM and PWAF systems environments which were both piloted for the enterprise in Aurora, Illinois. He later served in an I/T Manager capacity in various business units including Aurora, Joliet, Mexico, and multiple business units in the Peoria area including Corporate Information Services. Gerry has held leadership positions serving as a Lean Manufacturing / Class A Champion in Joliet and also as S+PD's 6 Sigma Division Champion. Prior to joining Caterpillar Financial, Gerry served three years in Singapore as Global Information Services' Senior I/T Manager in Asia Pacific responsible for I/T services in that rapidly growing region. Chris Regas was appointed vice president of Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation on February 1, 2008. He has sales and marketing responsibility for retail and direct financing for the Eastern and Western regions of the U.S., which include seven area offices. Chris is also responsible for the operations of FCC Equipment Financing, located in Jacksonville, Florida. He began his Caterpillar career in 2002, when Caterpillar Financial Services acquired FCC. Chris has been the President of FCC, previously known as Forke Credit Corporation, since helping to start the company in 1996. FCC provides financing for the construction and transportation industries including on-highway trucking, rail and motor coach. Products include loans and leases for equipment acquisition and revolving lines of credit and working capital loans for debt restructuring and cash flow enhancement. Prior to establishing FCC, Chris had 20 years of experience in heavy equipment lending. In 1987, he founded Regas Financial Services to provide financing services to middle market companies. Prior to that, Chris spent twelve years at CIT Equipment Financing, where he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.

Ed Goodrich is Vice President of Cat Financial with administrative responsibility for the Marine Division, Power Finance Division, Global Accounts and Latin American operations. Ed began his career with Caterpillar Inc. in 1977, and then worked as Finance Manager for Caterpillar dealer Mustang Tractor in Houston, Texas before rejoining the company with Cat Financial in 1986. Prior to becoming Vice President in February 2004, Ed held several management positions within Cat Financial. He's served as Territory Manager in Texas, Sales Manager of Cat Financial Australia, and Deputy Managing Director of Caterpillar Finance France at its inception. He was Northeastern Region Manager in Baltimore from 1996 until 2000 when he accepted the responsibility of managing the consolidation of U.S. customer and dealer finance, portfolio management, and customer service activity into the Customer Business Center (CBC). He served as the Manager of the CBC until accepting his current position. Ed received his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and has completed the Stanford University Executive Program. Joel is based in Geneva, Switzerland and has responsibility for operations in Europe, Africa, and Middle East (EAME) and the Confederation of Independent States (CIS). The EAME Offices lend to Caterpillar customers through local subsidiaries (i.e., Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia and Sweden). Tom Frautschy is Vice President of Caterpillar Financial Products Division (FPD) Marketing, Remarketing and HR Departments. In his role, Tom provides financial and strategic leadership, as well as oversight of Caterpillar's global machine remarketing operations and FPD's marketing functions. He serves as a member of FPD's Business Excellence Council. Tom joined Caterpillar in 1973. He served in a variety of field and staff support jobs in machine sales and marketing throughout North America for eleven years. He moved to Melbourne, Australia in 1984 and held several machine sales and marketing management positions with responsibility for Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. He moved to his current position in January 2006. Mike Sposato serves as the General Counsel and Secretary of Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation and has responsibility for managing the legal affairs of all entities within the Financial Products Division. This responsibility includes all the affiliates of Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, Caterpillar Insurance Services Corporation and its affiliates, Caterpillar Redistribution Services Inc. and Caterpillar Power Ventures Corporation and its affiliates. Mike was appointed to his current position in 2005. Mike began his career with Caterpillar in 1994 at Solar Turbines where he provided legal support to the purchasing and engineering groups. In 1996, Mike was promoted to manage the legal affairs of Solar Turbines Europe and moved to Gosselies Belgium. After four years in Belgium, Mike joined FPD first as a lawyer providing legal support to the Power Ventures group and then as a Managing Attorney with responsibility for overseeing legal support for Global, Human Resources, Power Ventures and Power Finance. In 2002, Mike moved to Peterborough, England to serve as the Associate General Counsel of Caterpillar Inc. with responsibility for managing the legal services section for the United Kingdom. Mike held that position until returning to FPD in his present role. Mike holds a bachelor's degree in foreign service and a Juris Doctorate, both from Georgetown University. Prior to joining Caterpillar, Mike was a lawyer with the Philadelphia-based firm of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll.
