Mr Lyons has 5 years experience as Director of Accounting for a 2 billion dollar insurance company in Chicago and 8 years accounting experience in both audit and tax with KPMG Peat Marwick. He earned a BS in Accounting from Marquette University. Mr. Lyons is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), the Maine Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a past president of the Board of Directors for the Community Counseling Center.

"Steven H. Wunning is a group president and executive office member of Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, Ill. Wunning has administrative responsibility for the Advanced Systems Division, Core Components Division, Electronics & Connected Worksite Division, Logistics Division, Product Development Center of Excellence, and Global Purchasing Division.
Since joining Caterpillar in 1973, Wunning has held numerous positions with increasing responsibility in the areas of quality, manufacturing, product support and logistics. In 1987, he was one of the first employees in the newly formed subsidiary Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc. (Cat Logistics), which was established to leverage Caterpillar's expertise by providing logistics services to other companies. He became vice president of Cat Logistics in 1990 and president in 1994. In 1998, Wunning was named corporate vice president with responsibility for the Logistics & Product Services Division. In 2000, he became corporate vice president with responsibility for the Logistics Division, which combined all of the internal Caterpillar and external client logistics operations into a single unit. In 2004, the Caterpillar Board of Directors named Wunning to group president.
Wunning has a bachelor's degree from University of Missouri Rolla and an Executive M.B.A from the University of Illinois.

Lynda is responsible for Zoup-ah!'s social marketing program. She is a successful sales and marketing executive with 20 years experience of providing strategic marketing services for Fortune 500 clients, including Nissan, Caterpillar, and Shell Oil. Most recently, she served as senior executive for BI (Business Improvement, Inc), where she handled training for the Nissan account. Prior to BI, Lynda spent fourteen years at Maritz Inc., a $2 billion dollar performance improvement company that provided incentives, training and communications to help clients achieve measurable business results. As a Maritz Account Manager, she designed, sold and implemented more than $81 million of integrated marketing initiatives. Lynda graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Political Science and Education. She also did graduate studies at the University of London, School of Oriental & African Studies and University of Paris, Sorbonne.
William Osborn is General Partner of Commons Capital LP, a "double bottom line" venture capital fund investing in private companies with significant growth potential whose products, services or corporate cultures promote a sustainable economy by delivering market solutions to social and environmental problems. The fund is an active investor in small companies in the environment, clean energy, healthcare and education markets. Mr. Osborn is also a special partner with Arete Corporation, a venture firm managing investments in the telecommunications, software and energy industries. Prior to that he was a principal at Venture Investment Management Company, LLC (VIMAC), a Boston group managing "angel" investments in early stage companies. There Mr. Osborn focused on renewable energy and healthcare opportunities. Mr. Osborn has been an entrepreneur in the environmental and energy field, founding and managing an electric vehicle distribution subsidiary for a major utility company and starting a green business development and consulting firm. Earlier he co-managed a venture capital fund for automaker BMW and was a management consultant with Arthur D. Little, where he led a consulting practice involved with new energy technologies. Before his consulting work, Mr. Osborn practiced law and managed a state government office promoting solar energy. He also was a staff attorney at Ralph Nader's Center for the Study of Responsive Law, where he authored The Paper Plantation, a book about the environmental and social impact of the pulp and paper industry on the state of Maine. Mr. Osborn sits or has been on the boards of several start-up and expansion-stage companies, including Evergreen Solar, Inc. (photovoltaic modules), World Power Technologies, Inc. (power quality instrumentation), Surgical Sealants, Inc. (surgical wound products), Fingerlakes Aquaculture LLC (recycled-water aquaculture), and Conservation Services Group (energy efficiency services). He is a founding Trustee of the Domini Social Equity Fund and a Board Member of Investors' Circle, where he has also chaired the Selection Committee that chooses companies to present to members for investment. He has also been President of the Brookline Foundation, a local education foundation raising private funds for public school teacher development. He has a BA from Princeton University and a JD from George Washington Law School.

David B. Burritt is chief financial officer and vice president of Caterpillar's Global Finance and Strategic Services Division in Peoria, Ill. Daniel M. Murphy is vice president with administrative responsibility for the Global Purchasing Division, which is responsible for consolidating various purchasing functions and fabrication operations to achieve synergies in global cost reduction and supplier quality improvements.
Murphy joined Caterpillar in 1969 as a trainee in plant operations in East Peoria, Ill. He held various manufacturing and engineering positions in Decatur, Ill., before being named an assistant division manager in Products Control in 1976 in Peoria, Ill. In 1978 he was named Products Control supervisor for Caterpillar Overseas S.A., based in Geneva, Switzerland. He returned to Decatur in 1980 as a factory superintendent, later serving as superintendent in Facility Planning and as a manager in Indirect Planning.
Murphy became corporate assistant director of manufacturing in 1986, a position he held until 1990 when he was named manufacturing manager in Aurora. After a corporate-wide reorganization that year, he was named a product manager of excavators. In 1996, he was named general manager of the Mossville Engine Center, and was elected a vice president later that year. As part of a reorganization at Caterpillar's Engine Division in 1996, Murphy's group was renamed Performance Engine Products Division. There he assumed responsibility for the company's diesel engine production facilities in Mossville, Ill., and Greenville, S.C.; foundry operation in Mapleton, Ill., and administration of branded engine programs.
In December 2001, the Caterpillar Board of Directors named Murphy vice president of the Global Purchasing Division. This division is headquartered in Mossville, Ill., but covers purchasing activities worldwide.
Murphy received a master's degree in business administration from Illinois State University in 1974. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Louisiana State University.
He is on the Advisory Board of the AAA Chicago Motor Club and a Commissioner on the Peoria Civic Center Authority.

Gary A. Stroup is the vice president of Caterpillar's Large Power Systems Division. He joined the company in 1972 as a machine shop trainee. He became a training instructor in 1974 and a machine shop foreman in 1978 at the company's East Peoria, Ill. manufacturing facility.
Starting in 1979, Stroup served in a variety of management positions, including planning and tooling manager at the East Peoria manufacturing facility, assistant director of manufacturing, and manager of the Transmission business unit in the Component Products Division. He was elected vice president in 1992 with responsibility for the company's Hauling Units and Motor Graders business unit in Decatur, Ill. He took over responsibility for the Component Products Division in 1995 and was named President of Solar in November 1998. In January 2003 he assumed responsibility for the Large Power Systems Division.
A native of East Peoria, Ill., Stroup is a 1971 graduate of Bradley University. He received an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1989. He completed the Brookings Institute program, Inside Washington: Business & Public Policy, in 1993. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Methodist Health Services Corporation.

Jim Buda is vice president of the Legal Services Division at Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, Ill. He is also general counsel and secretary of Caterpillar Inc.
Buda joined Caterpillar in 1987 as an attorney in the legal department. He has served in a number of senior corporate attorney positions and was named associate general counsel in 1996. "Jim Waters is a vice president of Caterpillar Inc. with responsibility for the Caterpillar Production Center of Excellence.
After joining the company as an engineering co-op trainee in 1978, Waters held numerous staff engineering positions in planning and manufacturing and systems. He moved to Japan in 1990 to the Hydraulic Excavator Design Center with Shin Caterpillar Mitsubishi (SCM) – now Caterpillar Japan Ltd. (CJL), where he held positions in component design and production. He became managing director of production there in 1993. He served as managing director and general manager of the Leicester, England, Building Construction Products Division facility from 1996 to 2002, when he became general manager of the hydraulics and hydraulic systems business in Joliet, Ill. Waters was previously manager of the Hydraulics and Hydraulic Systems business unit in Joliet, Ill., a position he had held since 2002. He was responsible for the company's hydraulic components and integrated systems, including operations in Joliet, Ill., Sumter, S.C. and Jesi, Italy.
Waters has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University.
He is chairman of the Engineering College Industrial Advisory Council at Iowa State University. Waters is also co-chair of Rialto Square Theater Capital Campaign, a member of the Community Advisory Panel for 2008 Central Illinois Walk to Cure Juvenile Diabetes.

Baunton began his career in 1969 at U.K.-based Automotive Products. He joined Tenneco Inc. in 1985 as managing director of Monroe Australia, and then served as managing director of Monroe Europe, in Belgium, from 1987 to1993. Baunton was president of Walker Manufacturing, a division of Tenneco Inc., in Racine, Wisconsin, from 1993 to 1995. He joined Perkins Group Ltd. as group chief executive in 1995 and became president of Perkins Engines Company in March 1998, following Caterpillar's acquisition of Perkins. He was elected a Caterpillar vice president in November 1998.
Baunton has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Coventry University in Coventry, U.K., a master's degree in business analysis from Lancaster University in the U.K., and is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. He was awarded the honor of CBE for his services to the UK automotive and engineering industries in 2004.

MPSD also includes three service organizations: Cat World Trade, Job Site Solutions Group, and the Emissions Solutions Group.
