Benjamin R. Williams is SVP/Chief Information Officer for Catholic Healthcare West and leads the organization's information technology efforts including strategic development and integration of advanced clinical information systems known as the EHR Alliance. This comprehensive health record initiative provides electronic patient records and ordering systems for physicians and nurses in both the hospital and ambulatory setting and equips caregivers with best practice guidelines and clinical alerts, proactive care management, clarity of physician orders and collaboration among providers. Integrating both the acute care and physician office setting information is the CHW "alliance" of health information. Mr. Williams brings more than 25 years of experience in developing strategy, improving operational effectiveness and building high performance teams to CHW. He is the former Senior Vice President of Information Services and Chief Information Officer at St. Joseph Health System, in Orange, California. Mr. Williams also served in similar positions at Horizon/CMS Healthcare Corporation in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and at Continental Medical Systems in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He began his career at Ernst & Young as a manager of audit and business services and later served as senior manager of consulting services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2004, Mr. Williams was selected as the Innovator of the Year by the College of Health Information Executives for demonstrating value to his organization through the creative application of technology in support of key strategic business objectives. Additionally, he was honored with the 2005 CIO Magazine Top 100 Award for his work in creating a high-level IT consulting group, establishing a new governance model, and aggregating multiple service and technology partners in order to create a safer patient care model. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He is a retired Certified Public Accountant.

Marvin O'Quinn is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Catholic Healthcare West and is responsible for the service areas in Arizona, Nevada, and in California from San Luis Obispo south. He is also responsible for integrated process management and ambulatory operations. Mr. O'Quinn joined CHW on January 1, 2009 and previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Jackson Health System in Miami, Florida. Before assuming this role at Jackson Health System in 2003, Mr. O'Quinn served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Atlantic Health System in Florham Park, New Jersey and held executive positions with New York Presbyterian Health System, Providence Medical Center and Providence Milwaukee Hospital in Portland, Oregon. Additionally, he has held key positions with other hospital and medical centers in Portland, Fresno and Seattle. Mr. O'Quinn received his bachelor's degree in biology and master's degree in health administration from the University of Washington.
Robert L. Wiebe, MD, MPH, MBA, is SVP/Chief Medical Officer for Catholic Healthcare West. Dr. Wiebe leads CHW's organization-wide clinical and patient care efforts, including quality, patient safety, patient satisfaction, risk services and physician leadership development. Additionally, he oversees CHW's home health services and is instrumental in the full implementation of CHW's clinical information systems. Dr. Wiebe was recently Director of the Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 in San Francisco, reporting to the Deputy Undersecretary of Health for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), an agency of the US Department of Veterans Affairs. The network includes six major healthcare systems in California, Nevada, Hawaii and the Pacific Region, including the Philippines, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands. Under his leadership, Network 21 achieved status as VHA's highest ranked network in overall performance based on an aggregation of quality, access, patient satisfaction and business metrics. Dr. Wiebe has held leadership positions within the VHA for more than 22 years. Dr. Wiebe received his bachelor of arts in mathematics, summa cum laude, and his doctor of medicine at the University of Missouri at Columbia. He earned a master in public health at the University of California, Berkeley School of Public Health, and an MBA at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is licensed to practice medicine in California and Nevada.
Thomas Garthwaite is executive vice president and chief medical officer of Catholic Health East. He previously served as director and chief medical officer of the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services. Garthwaite earlier served as undersecretary for health with the Veterans Health Administration in Washington, D.C. and was chief of staff and associate dean at the VA Medical Center and Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Garthwaite holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He is a member of the American College of Physician Executives and the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States.
With over 35 years of experience in healthcare as a practicing physician assistant, educator and administrator, Mr. Hunt has been a member of the Catholic Healthcare West (CHW) leadership team since 1996. He currently is the EVP and Chief Operating Officer for CHW, responsible for overseeing the operations of 22 hospitals throughout Northern California. He also serves as the President/Chief Executive Officer of CHW Medical Foundation, a 300+ physician group practice in Northern California. He serves on the Board of Directors for Western Health Advantage, an HMO jointly owned by Catholic Healthcare West, North Bay Health System and University of California Davis and Saint Mary's Health Plans in Reno Nevada. Prior to his current CHW role he served as the President Group Operations for CHW, as the Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Mercy Healthcare Sacramento and as the Hospital President of Woodland Healthcare. Prior to joining CHW, Mr. Hunt served as the Regional Administrator for the Thomas-Davis Medical Centers, a 230-provider multi-specialty medical group based in Tucson, Arizona managing the group's Phoenix operations. He held progressive administrative roles at the Geisinger Health System in Pennsylvania, including responsibilities with this integrated systems hospital, health plan and clinic operations. Before entering the administrative arena, Mr. Hunt practiced as a Physician Assistant from 1976 to 1986. During that time, in addition to his clinical practice, he served as a faculty member at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and King's College in Willkes Barre, Pennsylvania. He is a Vietnam Veteran who served on active duty in the United States Air Force for seven years. Mr. Hunt has held various leadership roles with civic, business, government and professional trade organizations. Mr. Hunt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a Masters of Science in Management from Houston Baptist University. He is a Fellow of the Medical Group Management Association and American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Dr. Priya Radhakrishnan completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Lincoln Hospital in New York and St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois. Dr. Radhakrishnan graduated in 2001 and continued on as Chief Resident at St. Francis Hospital. She subsequently became the Assistant Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency program at St. Francis Hospital.
Dr. McLean graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1987. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kentucky in 1991 and her fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Clinical Genetics at the University of California, San Francisco in 1995. Dr. McLean moved to the Sacramento area in 1995. She is one of the founding members of the Sacramento Maternal-Fetal Medicine Medical Group. She was the Medical Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento from 1996 to 2006. Dr. McLean is currently the Medical Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine for Catholic Healthcare West, Sacramento region. Dr. McLean is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Clinical Genetics. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, member of the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, as well as a member of the American Society of Human Genetics. Dr. McLean has been accepted into the Pacific Coast Obstetrical and Gynecological Society. Molly Harrington is the Health Sciences Librarian at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. She has a BA in Sociology and English from Drake University, and a Masters in Library Science from the University of Iowa. She is a senior member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals. Her first professional position was as Library Director at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa where she worked from 1989 to 1997. After moving to the Valley of the Sun, Molly acquired a job as associate librarian at Maricopa Medical Center, where she worked for two years. She has been the Manager of Library Services at St. Joseph's since July of 2000. Molly is active in many professional associations including the Medical Library Association, the Medical Library Group of Southern California and Arizona, the Central Arizona Biomedical Consortium, and the Arizona Health Information Network. In 2003, the Department of Medical Education at St. Joseph's awarded Molly the John Shaw Billings Medical Informatics Award.

Judy Rimbey, OP is the CHW Corporate Members Chair and is General Councilor-Administrator of the Adrian Dominican Sisters, following a ten-year career with CHW. At CHW she served in the Internal Audit department, as Manager of Community Grants and Investments, and as Director of Community Benefit Initiatives.
Andrew Agwunobi is chief executive officer of Providence Health Care in Spokane, Washington. He previously served as Secretary of the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. Dr. Agwunobi has also held senior executive positions with Grady Health System and South Fulton Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Additionally, Dr. Agwunobi has served as Chief of the Main Pediatric Urgent-Care Department for Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in Boston, Massachusetts. Caretha Coleman is an experienced consultant to organizations focusing on early stage investment and development. For 14 years, as a principal of Coleman Consulting, Caretha has worked with start-ups and new ventures on strategy development, executive coaching and organizational effectiveness. An advocate of women and minorities in business, Caretha is an active community volunteer and mentor to young professionals and entrepreneurs across the country. Caretha's career spans 30 years in the technology industry with companies such as Interval Research, Software Publishing Corporation, Hewlett Packard and Spectra Physics. She oversaw the corporate administration division at Interval and served as vice president of human resources at Software Publishing Corporation, helping to build one of the Valley's first successful desk-top software businesses. Caretha is an American Leadership Forum fellow and an advisory committee member of The Angels' Forum, an "angel investment" organization in Palo Alto. She also serves on the boards of the YMCA Mid-Peninsula and the East Palo Alto YMCA, where, as campaign chair she helped to raise $15 million to build and endow a YMCA for the community. Judy Carle, RSM, began her career of service in the education ministries of the Sisters of Mercy at schools in Burlingame, San Francisco and San Mateo, California. Following numerous years of service in leadership positions with the Sisters of Mercy Burlingame Regional Community, the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas and Mercy Housing, Sister Judy has returned to the field of education at Mercy High School in San Francisco. From 1997 to 2003, Sister Judy was called to serve as President of the Sisters of Mercy Burlingame Regional Community. In this role she was responsible for promoting the mission of the community, community life and development, sponsored ministries, administration of community assets, legal and corporate functions, as well as long range and strategic planning. Kenneth Mills, M.D., is currently President of the Medical Staff at St. Mary's Medical Center in San Francisco, California and is a board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine. Dr. Mills has a long-standing affiliation with St. Mary's, serving on the hospital's Board of Directors since 1992. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, a graduate degree in Microbiology from Wayne State University and a Doctorate in Medicine from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, Dr. Mills became an intern at St. Mary's Medical Center in 1973. In 1989, Dr. Mills organized a national AIDS update conference for Bay Area Physicians for Human Rights in San Francisco. In addition to his role as Medical Director for HIV Services at St. Mary's Medical Center, he has delivered several lectures to medical professionals on the care and treatment of patients with HIV and AIDS. An investigator for several HIV related clinical trials, he has been an active member of Community Consortium, an organization of HIV health care providers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area involved in community clinical trials.

Mark DeMichele is currently the Chairman and CEO of Urban Realty Partners, a limited liability corporation that develops high quality office buildings in Arizona and California. He is also the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Arizona Public Service Company, an electric utility serving all or part of 11 of Arizona's 15 counties, and he continues to serve the organization as a member of the company's Board of Directors. Under his leadership in 1993, the utility was awarded its industry's highest honor, The Edison Award. Mr. DeMichele joined APS in 1978 as Vice President of Corporate Relations, and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 1981 and President and Chief Operating Officer in 1982. He assumed the additional duties of Chief Executive Officer in 1988. Prior to moving to Arizona, he was Vice President of Niagara-Mohawk Power Corporation, headquartered in Syracuse, New York. He is a former board member of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and America West Airlines, and helped the latter successfully emerge from bankruptcy. He is active in a variety of environmental and electric industry issues and is the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Environmental Education and Training Foundation, Inc., as well as a member of the U.S. Secretary of Energy Advisory Board. Mr. DeMichele supports several community organizations in Arizona and has held leadership roles in numerous philanthropic foundations that support education and the arts. Mr. DeMichele received the prestigious Phoenix of the Year Award in 1992, the 1991 Torch of Liberty Award from the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith, and the 1995 Humanitarian Award from the National Conference of Christians and Jews. In 1955, he graduated from Syracuse University and in 1997 he received an honorary Doctorate Degree in humane letters from Northern Arizona University.

Rodney Hochman is chief executive officer of Swedish Medical Center in Seattle. He previously served in a number of positions with Sentara Healthcare in Norfolk, Virginia, including executive vice president and senior vice president/chief medical officer. Earlier, he served as senior executive officer of Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati and held medical instructional positions at Guthrie Healthcare System in Sayre, Pennsylvania and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, New Hampshire. Dr. Hochman holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Boston University School of Medicine as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University. He has delivered numerous lectures and keynote addresses to governance and medical leadership at hospitals and health systems across the nation. Dr. Hochman has also published several articles in medical journals including the Journal of the American Medical Association and the Archives of Internal Medicine.
Tessie Guillermo is the CHW Board Vice Chair and is the President and CEO for ZeroDivide, a foundation that invests in community enterprises that leverage technology to benefit people in low-income and other underserved communities. Through its community, philanthropic and corporate partnerships, ZeroDivide helps nonprofit organizations find new revenue sources to become more self-sustaining. Prior to her work with ZeroDivide, Ms. Guillermo was one of the founders and the longtime president of the Asian and Pacific Islander American Health Forum from 1986 to 2002. Under her leadership, the Health Forum established an extraordinary record of legislative and regulatory policy successes that positively impacted Asian and Pacific Islander communities nationwide. The numerous advocacy achievements of the Forum included the Asian and Pacific Islander Health Improvement Act of 1990, the 1997 U.S. Department of Health and Human Services API Initiative and Healthy People 2010 Objectives for the Nation. Under Ms. Guillermo's guidance, the Health Forum also played the lead role in establishing the White House Initiative on Asian American and Pacific Islanders under the Clinton Administration. This effort resulted in the formation of the President's Advisory Commission on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, on which Ms. Guillermo served as one of the inaugural members. Ms. Guillermo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the California State University Hayward.
