George N. Miller, Jr. has over 25 years experience in health care related administrative and financial management. Mr. Miller is very passionate about his profession and has served as the Regional President/Chief Executive Officer of COMMUNITY MERCHY HEALTH PARTNERS in Springfield, OH (CMHP) since September 2006. Mr. Miller has served on the Board of Directors of the American Hospital Association (AHA) for 2004-2006 Mr. Miller received a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH. A MSHA in Health Services Administration, from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, MI. Mr. Miller is currently an Adjutant Professor of Health Services Administration for the Masters Program for CMU. Mr. Miller has given more than 200 speeches nationwide including having been selected to give commencement address for University Graduations. Mr. Miller is married to Marcia and they have two beautiful girls, Brianna and Grace along with a son, George III (Trey). The family is active members of their church. Terie Zimmerman has joined Catholic Healthcare Partners (CHP) as a patient safety officer. Terie is the first of four divisional patient safety officers hired to help accelerate patient safety and clinical transformation across the entire system as part of a strategic focus to be a leader in quality and patient safety. Terie brings a wealth of knowledge and a broad perspective in part because of her background as both a registered nurse and an attorney at law. Terie has been active on corporate, state and national committees that address risk management; patient safety; legislative and regulatory issues; research, and other initiatives. She is well-known nationally because of her presentations on patient safety and risk management, as well as testimony to state and national hearings on risk, legal and regulatory topics. She is past president of the Ohio Society of Risk Managers and was voted the Ohio Risk Manager of the Year in 2003. DAVID B. NASH, MD, MBA, FACP , was appointed to the InforMedix Board of Directors on March 14, 2006 and was elected by the shareholders on March 14, 2006. He is Founder and Dr. Raymond C. and Doris N. Grandon Professor and Chairman of the Department of Health Policy, at Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Internationally recognized for his work in outcomes management, disease management, medical staff development and quality-of-care improvement, his publications have appeared in more than 100 articles in major journals. He has edited fifteen books, including A Systems Approach to Disease Management by Jossey-Bass, Connecting with the New Healthcare Consumer by Aspen and The Quality Solution by Jones and Bartlett. Dr. Nash has served on the Board of Directors of five companies, including two publicly-traded companies, three disease management companies, and two companies that were acquired while he served as a Director. These companies include: Patient InfoSystems (PATI:NASDAQ) from 1996 -2000; I-Trax Corporation (DMX:AMEX) from 2002 to current; Future Health, which was recently acquired by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company from 2003 to current ; Pharma Detailing.Com from 1999 to 2000; and DoctorQuality which was also acquired from 2000 to 2003. In addition, Dr. Nash has served on the Advisory Boards of nine other companies including Pfizer Health Solutions.
