George N. Miller, Jr. has over 25 years experience in health care related administrative and financial management. Mr. Miller is very passionate about his profession and has served as the Regional President/Chief Executive Officer of COMMUNITY MERCHY HEALTH PARTNERS in Springfield, OH (CMHP) since September 2006. He also serves as Senior Vice President of Catholic HealthCare Partners (CHP) the largest not-for-profit healthcare provider in Ohio and serves on the Executive Management Team of CHP. Before coming to Springfield, Mr. Miller served as the President /CEO of Provena St. Mary's Hospital in Kankakee, IL for 5 years. In his new role Mr. Miller is responsible for three hospitals, four long-term care facilities, two assisted living facilities, regional cancer center, Hospice and Home Care and a variety of ambulatory and outreach facilities. One of his priority's is to build a new State of the Art $300 Million hospital. Mr. Miller is the National President of the National Rural Health Association for 2007. Mr. Miller has served on the Board of Directors of the American Hospital Association (AHA) for 2004-2006 Mr. Miller received a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH. A MSHA in Health Services Administration, from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, MI. Mr. Miller is currently an Adjutant Professor of Health Services Administration for the Masters Program for CMU. Mr. Miller has given more than 200 speeches nationwide including having been selected to give commencement address for University Graduations. Mr. Miller is married to Marcia and they have two beautiful girls, Brianna and Grace along with a son, George III (Trey). The family is active members of their church. He enjoys a host of activities along with most sports including golf, skiing, softball, and basketball. He is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan as a season tickets holder for better than 11 years.

Terie Zimmerman has joined Catholic Healthcare Partners (CHP) as a patient safety officer. Terie is the first of four divisional patient safety officers hired to help accelerate patient safety and clinical transformation across the entire system as part of a strategic focus to be a leader in quality and patient safety. Terie brings a wealth of knowledge and a broad perspective in part because of her background as both a registered nurse and an attorney at law. Terie has been active on corporate, state and national committees that address risk management; patient safety; legislative and regulatory issues; research, and other initiatives. She is well-known nationally because of her presentations on patient safety and risk management, as well as testimony to state and national hearings on risk, legal and regulatory topics. She is past president of the Ohio Society of Risk Managers and was voted the Ohio Risk Manager of the Year in 2003. She is currently a fellow in and a member of the board of the American Society of Healthcare Risk Managers.

DAVID B. NASH, MD, MBA, FACP , was appointed to the InforMedix Board of Directors on March 14, 2006 and was elected by the shareholders on March 14, 2006. He is Founder and Dr. Raymond C. and Doris N. Grandon Professor and Chairman of the Department of Health Policy, at Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Internationally recognized for his work in outcomes management, disease management, medical staff development and quality-of-care improvement, his publications have appeared in more than 100 articles in major journals. He has edited fifteen books, including A Systems Approach to Disease Management by Jossey-Bass, Connecting with the New Healthcare Consumer by Aspen and The Quality Solution by Jones and Bartlett. Dr. Nash has served on the Board of Directors of five companies, including two publicly-traded companies, three disease management companies, and two companies that were acquired while he served as a Director. These companies include: Patient InfoSystems (PATI:NASDAQ) from 1996 -2000; I-Trax Corporation (DMX:AMEX) from 2002 to current; Future Health, which was recently acquired by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company from 2003 to current ; Pharma Detailing.Com from 1999 to 2000; and DoctorQuality which was also acquired from 2000 to 2003. In addition, Dr. Nash has served on the Advisory Boards of nine other companies including Pfizer Health Solutions. Repeatedly named by Modern Healthcare to the top 100 most powerful persons in healthcare list, his national activities include appointment to the JCAHO Advisory Committee on Performance Measurement, the CIGNA Physician Advisory Committee, membership on the Board of Directors of the Disease Management Association of America (DMAA) and Chair of an NQF Technical Advisory Panel - four key national groups focusing on quality measurement and improvement. Dr. Nash was also named as a finalist in the 15 th Annual Discover Awards for Innovation in Public Health by Discover magazine. In 1995, he was awarded the Latiolais ("Lay-shee-o-lay") Prize by the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy for his leadership in disease management and pharmacoeconomics. Currently, he is Editor-in-Chief of four major national journals including P&T , Disease Management , Biotechnology Healthcare and the American Journal of Medical Quality . Dr. Nash received his BA in economics (Phi Beta Kappa) from Vassar College in 1977; his MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1981; and his MBA in Health Administration (with honors) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1986. While at Penn, he was a former Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholar and Medical Director of a nine physician faculty group practice in general internal medicine.

Mr. Kennedy has been the vice president, deputy general counsel and secretary of American Financial Group, Inc., parent of our largest shareholder, since 1998. Mr. Kennedy joined American Financial Group, Inc. in 1976, was named secretary in 1984, deputy general counsel in 1988 and vice president in 1998. Mr. Kennedy is the Chair of the Nominating/Governance Committee.

Mr. Somers has been the president of Somers & Associates LLC, a management-consulting firm, since 2002. Prior to founding Somers & Associates, Mr. Somers was senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of KeyCorp from 1996 to 2002. Mr. Somers serves on the board of directors of The Boyds Collection Ltd. where he is chairman of the Audit Committee. He also serves on the board of Catholic Healthcare Partners, where he is chairman of the finance and strategy committee. Mr. Somers is a member of the Compensation Committee and is Chair of the Audit Committee.

Katherine S. Napier, age 53, has served as a director of Alberto Culver since December 2006. She retired in 2002 from The Procter & Gamble Company as Vice President, after a 23 year career. She served as Senior Vice President, Marketing at McDonald’s Corporation from 2002 to 2006. Ms. Napier is also a director of Mentor Corporation.

Kay Napier is a former senior executive at The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) and McDonald's Corporation, where she was instrumental in reaching health care and women's markets in the promotion of products at both organizations. She rose from assistant brand manager to vice president and general manager of Procter & Gamble's then $800 million North American pharmaceutical business, where she launched the osteoporosis drug Actonel. Then, as senior vice president of marketing at McDonalds in 2002, she led the development and execution of the company's strategy to reinvigorate its business with women and families with launches of McDonald's Premium Salads and other balanced lifestyle offerings. Napier now serves as a Director on the Board of the Alberto Culver Company, the Board of Exact Sciences and the Board of Catholic Health Care Partners. She holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BA from Georgetown University.
