Peter is Chairman and CEO of Managed Technology Partners (MTP), formerly CBE Technologies. Peter joined MTP/CBE Technologies as Chairman and CEO in 2001 and oversaw its growth from $20 million in 2001 to over $75 million in 2008 revenue to become the areas leading Managed IT Services provider. Peter oversaw the 2008 sale of CBE's government and education division to Gores Equity, LLC. at which time he and his partner renamed the company to Managed Technology Partners, and now operate the company solely focused on the IT needs of the small and medium-size business community. Peter currently serves on partner advisory boards for several of MTP's key partners, including HP and Microsoft. Prior to CBE, Peter was managing partner of Reach Ventures an early stage technology fund. Prior to Reach Ventures, Peter founded Charter Systems in 1984, a provider of enterprise network services. As chairman and CEO, he built Charter into a leading network service provider to Fortune 1000 clients and expanded its presence throughout the United States. Charter was ranked 4th in 1995's Info World 100 and Vice President Al Gore recognized Charter in 1996 as one of six winners of the National Information Infrastructure Award. During this time, Peter served on advisory boards to Microsoft, Novell and Cisco Systems. In 1997, he successfully merged Charter with The BISYS Group, Inc. (NYCE: BSG) and served as president of the merged organization's Network Services division through January 1999. Peter serves on the board of several technology companies including, BrandMuscle www.brandmuscle.com, Blacksmith www.blacksmithapps.com and BrainShark www.brainshark.com. Peter was also chairman of the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, NFTE /New England from 1996 through 2006. NFTE is an organization devoted to teaching entrepreneurship to at risk youths across the US.

David Rembis has over 20 years of professional experience developing and managing financial, administrative and operational systems within organizations of varying sizes and in various industries. Before joining CBE Technologies in early 2009, David was COO, after serving as CFO, of a major non-profit organization in New England, overseeing human resources, financial and operational professionals . He has held several senior financial roles in both public accounting and private accounting and served as Controller for an IT firm in the early 2000s.

Bill is responsible for all of commercial sales throughout New England. Bill also oversees all sales with CBE Technologies' channel partners. Previous to his current position, Bill was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the technical engineering staff, field staff deployment, inventory management, dispatch and CBE's national network of service partners. Prior to joining CBE, Bill spent twenty-four years at Data General in various technical and management roles where he developed the company's service partner network.

John Mann is our Vice President of Sales for southern New England, responsible for managing vendor and customer relationships in that area. John has been in the IT industry working with Education, Government and Commercial markets for over 27 years. The leadership and expertise he has brought to CBE coupled with his Erate and government funding experience has helped to grow our education business. Prior to working in the IT Industry he was in K12 education as an administrator and teacher.

Robert Pesa brings over 20 years of experience in the technology industry to CBE Technologies. As the Vice President of Managed Service and Support, Robert works to refine our IT practices and improve customer satisfaction. Before coming to CBE, Robert began his career as a systems engineer, quickly moving up the ranks at New England Systems. He moved on to become a founding partner at Prominence Group Inc., joining CBE through acquisition of that company.

Sean Kelley heads the IP Communications division at CBE Technologies. The IPC team at CBE leads New England in the number of pure IP Telephony and IP Call Center installations. Sean's team has redefined scope definition, installation, training and support of this evolutionary technology. The team also works with customers to find hard dollar savings as well as productivity enhancements to benefit their business. Sean has been published in several trade magazines including Business Communications Review (BCR). Prior to his employment at CBE, Sean was the president of the Prominence Group for nine years. Prominence Group was the leading IP Communications firm in New England. Sean holds an MBA and a bachelors of science degree from Boston College.

Warren joined CBE in 1991 having sold his office equipment business to CBE. He has been actively involved in all aspects of sales and business development within the company and has played key roles in integrating acquired companies into CBE. His current responsibilities include the oversight of all government and educational activities and relationships.

Lori Koch is the Director of Marketing and Communications for CBE Technologies, responsible for marketing strategy and execution. Joining CBE technologies in 2006, Lori utilizes her marketing skills to build awareness of the CBE Technologies brand. Prior to joining CBE Lori began her career at Kessler Financial Services working on credit card campaigns for Norwegian Cruise Lines, Bass Pro Shops and Staples, among others. She moved on to Elsevier where she quickly gained momentum in the marketing department, helping to increase their computer engineering line sales by 8% each year.

Fred Collett is the Practice Manager in Connecticut and is responsible for Project Integration and Technology Services in that area. Since 2000 Fred has maintained his routing and switching CCIE. Fred joined CBE Technologies 2005 as the Practice Manager for Connecticut and has been designing and implementing some of the largest Networks in the area ever since. Prior to joining CBE Technologies, Fred held management, pre-sales and client development positions for over 10 years with consulting companies such as Jannon Solutions and Alpine Computer Systems.
