CBOT Holdings Inc.

Glen M. Johnson was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Chicago Board of Trade in February 1995. He has been Vice President and Treasurer of the CBOT since December 1982. He is responsible for the exchange's financial operations, principally finance, accounting, and administrative services, and serves as staff liaison to the exchange's Audit and Finance Committee. Johnson joined the exchange in May 1978. He was supervisor and then manager of the Accounting Department before promotion to controller in December 1979. Before coming to the exchange, Johnson served in various financial capacities with the Medical Systems Division of Litton Industries, Des Plaines, Ill. Born and raised in Oak Park, Illinois, Johnson was a 1970 graduate of Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and received a master's degree in business administration from Roosevelt University in 1978. He became a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois in 1979 and serves the Board of the Chicago Metro History Education Center and Finance Committee of Advocate Health Care. In addition, he is a member of the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations, Executives Club of Chicago, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, and the Financial Executives Institute.

Mr. Robert F. Corvino has served as a director of CME Group since July 2007. Previously, Mr. Corvino served as Vice Chairman of the Chicago Board of Trade since March, 2004. Mr. Corvino is an independent local trader and has been a member of our exchange since 1984.

Mr. Charles P. Carey has served as Vice Chairman of CME Group since July 2007. Previously Mr. Carey served as Chairman of the Board of Trade since 2003, as First Vice Chairman beginning in December 1999-2001 and 1992-1994, as a full-member Director of the Exchange in December 1996-1999, and as Exchange Director, starting in January 1993. A partner in the firm Henning and Carey, Mr. Carey is chairman of the Finance Committee and a member of the Human Resources Committee. As a member of the Chicago Board of Trade, Mr. Carey had previously served as First Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Chairman of the Finance Committee. He has been a member of our exchange since 1978 and was a member of the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange from 1976 to 1978.

Mr. Stewart was elected to serve as a director in May 2006. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Gelber Group LLC, a clearing member firm, since 2000 and has been employed by Gelber Group since 1983. The Gelber Group and its affiliates hold four Series B-1 (Full) memberships, one Series B-2 (Associate) membership, one Series B-4 (IDEM) membership and one Series B-5 (COM) membership in the CBOT.

Jackie M. Clegg was appointed as a director of Blockbuster in July 2003. She serves as Managing Partner of Clegg International Consultants, LLC, an international strategic consulting firm she founded in September 2001, specializing in emerging markets. In July 2001, Ms. Clegg stepped down as Vice Chairman and First Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, financier to foreign buyers of U.S. goods and services, after serving in that role since June 1997. She also served as its Chief Operating Officer from January 1999 through fiscal year 2000. Ms. Clegg also serves on the board of directors and audit committees of CBOT Holdings Inc. (Chicago Board of Trade), Brookdale Senior Living Inc., Cardiome Pharma Corp. and Javelin Pharmaceuticals Inc. In accordance with the listing standards of the NYSE, Blockbuster’s Board of Directors has determined that Ms. Clegg’s simultaneous service on Blockbuster’s Audit Committee and on the audit committees of the foregoing public companies does not impair Ms. Clegg’s ability to effectively serve on Blockbuster’s Audit Committee.

James A. Donaldson has served as a director of CME Group since July, 2007. Previously he served as a non-resident Full Member Director of the Chicago Board of Trade since 2004. Prior to that Mr. Donaldson served as partner of Kelly Grain Company, Executive Vice President and Secretary of Kelly Commodities, Inc and a broker in the Soybean Oil pit. He was also at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) and Kohlmeyer & Company. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Donaldson has been a member of our exchange since 1968 and is an independent trader.

John L. Pietrzak has served as a director of CME Group since July, 2007. Previously, Mr. Pietrzak served as Full Member Director at the Chicago Board of Trade since May, 2006 and as director 1993-1995. Mr. Pietrzak serves as Managing Partner, Longwood Partners, a private equity firm, since 2002 and as General Partner, Sparta Group, a proprietary trading group, since 1997.

Larry G. Gerdes has served as a director of CME Group since July, 2007. Previously, he served as a non-member Director of the Chicago Board of Trade since February 2005. He is President/CEO and Chairman of Transcend Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:TRCR), the third largest medical transcription company in the United States. Mr. Gerdes is also a General Partner of Gerdes Huff Investments. Since 1983, Gerdes has served as General Partner of Sand Hill Financial Company, a venture capital partnership. Gerdes is a major shareholder and President of Friesland Farms, LLC. Mr. Gerdes is also on the board of Alliance HealthCard Inc.

Mark E. Cermak has served as a director of CME Group since July 2007. Previously, Mr. Cermak served as Full Member Director of the Exchange since 2003 and from 1999-2002. He serves as Director of Execution Services at Fortis Clearing Americas and President of the William F. O'Connor Foundation. Mr. Cermak served in the U.S. Army from 1969-1971 and has been a member of our exchange since 1987.
