CBRE Realty Finance Inc.

Keith is chief executive officer and president of CBRE Realty Finance. He has 25 years of experience in all facets of real estate debt and equity finance and investment, including lending, structured investing and securitization. Prior to his current position, he led CIGNA Investment Management's Capital Markets Group which focused on securitizing and structuring activities, including securitized lending, loan syndications, and collateralized loan obligation operations. In such capacity he was also responsible for investing in structured and real estate securities, including B Note, mezzanine, CMBS, CDO and REIT debt investment.

Dan Farr is chief financial officer and executive vice president of Realty Finance Corporation. Prior to becoming CFO, Dan was responsible for Realty Finance Corporation's financial planning, strategic analysis and management of $1.6 billion of collateralized debt obligations. Prior to joining Realty Finance Corporation, Mr. Farr worked at General Electric Capital Corporation for seven years in risk and finance roles, most recently as Assistant Vice President of Risk for GE Energy Financial Services, a division of GE Capital with $12 billion in investments. From 1996 until 1999, Mr. Farr served as a Senior Tax Consultant and Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Farr received his Master of Business Administration from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jim is one of the executive vice presidents and oversees new business development and all investment in the high yield program for CBRE Realty Finance. He has 23 years of experience in real estate investing, capital markets and new product development. In his previous positions with Copley Real Estate Advisors, EGI Capital Markets and Keating Partners, he invested nearly $1 billion in various real estate transactions. He has also raised/participated in equity offerings totaling over $2.75 billion while with Security Capital, Equity Group Investments and Greystar Partners.

Tom is one of the executive vice presidents and along with Paul Martin oversees all investment in mortgage loan products for CBRE Realty Finance. Prior to his current position, he was a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group of CIGNA Investment Management where he was responsible for originating, structuring and securitizing real estate-related assets.

Susan M. Orr is senior vice president and general counsel of Realty Finance Corporation. Susan is a magna cum laude graduate of Colgate University and received her law degree from Boston University School of Law. She has 28 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and business law, and has handled real estate transactions in nearly every state and several foreign countries. Prior to joining Realty Finance Corporation, Susan was a partner in the law firm of Pepe & Hazard LLP where her practice concentrated in commercial real estate finance, workouts and restructuring, acquisitions and sales, leasing, development, and asset management, and in corporate law.

Mike Melody has been one of our directors and an executive managing director of our Manager since May 2005. Mr. Melody is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of L.J. Melody & Company and is responsible for co-managing its national production operations. During 2003 and 2004, L.J. Melody & Company closed approximately 1900 separate commercial real estate financings and structured equity transactions. Mr. Melody joined L.J. Melody & Company in 1987, during which time he has focused on strategic initiatives for Melody, including the acquisition and integration of a number of commercial mortgage banking companies, as well as major accounts and direct origination. During the past ten years, Mr. Melody has directly originated, structured and placed real estate financings with various life insurance companies, pension funds, commercial banks and other CMBS lenders. Mr. Melody was previously the chairman of the commercial division for the California Mortgage Bankers Association and has been a frequent speaker at various industry events and conferences.

Mr. Eby has served as a director since June 2005. Mr. Eby has been president of Robert E. Torray & Co. Inc. and executive vice-president of The Torray Corporation since 1997. Prior to joining The Torray Corporation in 1992, Mr. Eby co-managed assets for the clients of Robert E. Torray & Co., Inc. as well as The Torray Fund and The Torray Institutional Fund. Prior to joining Robert E. Torray & Co. Inc., Mr. Eby was an investment manager and research analyst for seven years at Thomson Advisory Group. Mr. Eby currently serves on the Board of Directors of Markel Corporation and Suburban Hospital. Mr. Eby earned his B.A. in Economics from Catholic University and received an M.B.A. from Indiana University.
