Mr. Woodhouse has 24 years of experience in the restaurant industry and 15 years of experience in the retail industry.

Mr. Scruggs assumed his current position in 2003. He has been employed by the Company or its subsidiaries in various capacities since 1989. He has 19 years of experience in the restaurant and retail industries.

Prior to joining Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., she was Vice President, Treasury for Blockbuster, Inc. She served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer for Metromedia Restaurant Group before joining Blockbuster. Ms. Wynne began her career with Price WaterhouseCoopers and has over 29 years of experience in the restaurant and retail industries.

From August 1996 to October 2005, he worked for Restaurant Services, Inc., the independent purchasing cooperative which provides supply chain management services for Burger King Corporation and its franchisees, serving most recently as its Vice President, Food and Packaging Purchasing. Mr. Greene began his career with The Pillsbury Company and has over 30 years of combined experience in the restaurant and food processing industries.

Mr. Shoaf was named interim chief financial officer in March 2008 following the February resignation of Larry White, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. CFO. Mr. Shoaf will hold this position until a replacement for Mr. White is found. Prior to joining Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., Mr. Shoaf was Managing Director of Investment Banking for Avondale Partners, LLC. From 1996 to 2000, he was a Managing Director of J.C. Bradford and from 2000 to 2002, a Managing Director in the investment banking group of Morgan Keegan, a Memphis, Tennessee based investment banking firm and head of its Nashville Corporate Finance Office. He is a graduate of West Point and Harvard Law School.

Mr. Maxwell was promoted to Senior Vice President, Retail in February 2006. Prior to his promotion, he served as Senior Vice President, Operations. During his 28 years of experience at Cracker Barrel, Maxwell has held management positions in both restaurant and retail operations including general manager at several stores. In 1994, he became a Regional Director and from 1997 to 2003, he was a Regional Vice President.

Andrea M. Weiss has been a director since June 2006. Since August 2002, she has served as president and chief executive officer of Retail Consulting Inc., an international retail consulting company she owns. From April 2001 to August 2002, she served as president of dELiA*s Corp., a direct marketing and retail company comprised of lifestyle brands for teenage girls. From May 1998 to February 2001, she served as executive vice president and chief stores officer of Limited Brands Inc., a specialty retail business. She is also a director of CBRL Group Inc. and eDiets.com Inc.
