Mr. Lancaster was appointed CCL's executive vice president and CFO in December 2003. He oversees CCL's treasury, Tax, Risk Management, Real Estate and Corporate Controllership operations. He joined CCL Industries with the acquisition of Continental Can in 1983 where he was the corporate controller, and has gained considerable experience in a number of financial positions. He was appointed treasurer of CCL in 1987 and vice president and treasurer in 1990. He has played a vital role in the implementation of large debt and equity placements over the years, allowing CCL to finance its acquisitions in specialty packaging. Mr. Lancaster received his CMA designation in 1975.
Janis Wade was appointed senior vice president, Human Resources and Corporate Communications at CCL Industries in 1995. Ms. Wade joined the Company in 1977 in the Human Resources area and, after several promotions, was appointed to the position of vice president, Human Resources in 1990. In her current role, she actively works to enhance CCL's continued commitment to grow and develop its employees as well as overseeing the Company's internal and external communications. Ms. Wade holds a degree in Psychology and a diploma in Education from York University and McGill University respectively.

Richard Zakaib was appointed senior vice president, Corporate Development in December 2003. In this role, Mr. Zakaib is responsible for acquisitions and divestitures as well as the strategic planning process. Mr. Zakaib has been a key person in the growth and management of CCL and has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility, for finance, strategic planning, purchasing, human resources, and information technology. Mr. Zakaib holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology as well as a law degree.

Susan Snelgrove worked for 16 years in various Risk Management positions with George Weston Limited, culminating as director, Risk Management for Weston and its subsidiary Loblaw Companies Limited. Susan joined CCL in September 1999 as director, Risk Management, and was promoted to vice president, Risk & Environmental Management in 2005. Susan holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, and a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation, and is a former director of the Ontario Risk & Insurance Management Society. Susan has primary responsibility for managing the Company's global environmental and health & safety risks, as well as managing the Company's overall risk management policies, including the placement of insurance.

Bo Sirota is general counsel and secretary to CCL Industries Inc. Mr. Sirota is responsible in the first instance for legal matters involving the Company and its subsidiaries. This includes drafting and review of contracts, leases and licenses as well as management of litigious claims by or against the Company. Other areas of responsibility include corporate regulatory compliance, securities regulatory compliance, guidance and counsel on the general administration of patents and trademarks, environmental claims and employment law issues. Mr. Sirota received a Bachelor of Arts degree in modern languages from the University of Toronto in 1973, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen's University at Kingston in 1977, and a Master of Laws degree in Business Law from Osgoode Hall at York University in 1984. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1979. His work experience includes three years as counsel to Imasco Limited and five years as general counsel at Lawson Mardon Group before joining CCL Industries in 1989.

Jon K. Grant is chairman of the Board of CCL Industries, and an Officer of the Order of Canada. Mr. Grant is also chairman of the board of Atlas Cold Storage and vice chair of Agricore United and a director of AXA (Canada) Insurance. He is also retired chairman and CEO of Quaker Oats Company of Canada Limited, retired chairman of Laurentian Bank, and past chair of the board of governors of Trent University. Lawrence G. Tapp retired as dean of the Richard Ivey School of Business in June 2003. He is an international chief executive officer as well as an innovative educator. Mr. Tapp is the chairman and director of ATS Automation, lead director of Wescast Industries and a director of Talisman Energy and of Mainstreet Equities. Mr. Tapp is a past chair of Call-Net Sprint and director of Husky Moulding. A CCL director since 1994, Mr. Tapp was vice chairman, president and CEO of Lawson Mardon Group Ltd. from 1985 to 1992.
Tom Peddie is senior vice president and CFO of Corus Entertainment. Mr. Peddie also has extensive media experience both in broadcast and print, as president of WIC Western International Communication. He held the CFO position at CTV Television Network, Toronto Sun Publishing Corporation, and Canada Packers. Mr. Peddie previously held the position of CFO for Campbell Soup's international operation in the U.S. Mr. Peddie is a chartered accountant and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor.
