Michael R. Stanfield co-founded CreditComm, the predecessor to Intersections, in May 1996 and has been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a Director since that time. Mr. Stanfield joined Loeb Partners Corporation in November 1993 and served as a Managing Director at the time of his resignation in August 1999. Mr. Stanfield has been involved in management information services and direct marketing through investments and management since 1982, and has served as a director of CCC Information Services Inc. and BWIA West Indies Airways. Prior to beginning his operational career, Mr. Stanfield was an investment banker with Loeb, Rhoades & Co. and Wertheim & Co. He holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Emory University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Chris Shenefelt joined Intersections in January 2003 and was appointed to Executive Vice President of Global Operations in January 2008. Prior to Intersections, Mr. Shenefelt held executive level positions at AES and Winstar where he lead groups responsible for network planning, engineering, business analysis and operations. During his career, Mr. Shenefelt has also held key management and technical positions at SAIC, Lockheed Martin and E-Systems. Mr. Shenefelt holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Tech, a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and a Masters of Business Administration from George Washington University. Mr. Shenefelt is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

John Scanlon joined Intersections in November 2006 and was named Executive Vice President, Strategic Growth in January 2007, and Chief Operating Officer for Intersections Business Services division in January 2008. Prior to Intersections, Mr. Scanlon served as President and Chief Operating Officer for National Auto Inspection, LLC, a venture capital-backed start up company. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Scanlon held a number of senior executive positions at Capital One Financial Corporation. During his career, Mr. Scanlon has also held key management positions at Columbia Energy Group, A.T. Kearney and J.P. Morgan & Co. Mr. Scanlon holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University, and a Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of the National Capital Area.

Steve Schwartz was named Executive Vice President, Endorsed Credit and Security Sales, in October 2006, after serving as Senior Vice President of the Client Services division since joining Intersections in July 2003. Prior to Intersections, Mr. Schwartz served as Senior Vice President at The Motley Fool, as well as Vice President at Time Life, Inc. During his career, Mr. Schwartz has worked extensively in the direct response marketing field, including positions at Book-of-the-Month Club and Columbia House. Mr. Schwartz holds a B.S. from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Diane joined CCP Equity Partners in 2000 and specializes in healthcare services, specialty managed care, disease management, healthcare information technologies and related outsourcing services. Diane has several years of healthcare services operating experience in addition to private equity investing experience with GE Capital and Signal Capital. She is a past President of the Hartford Chapter of the Connecticut Venture Group and sat on its statewide board from 1998 - 2005. Diane holds a BA degree in Economics from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

James L. Kempner has served on our Board of Directors since August 2006. Mr. Kempner is a Managing Director at Lazard Freres & Co. LLC, which he joined in 1983, and was named a General Partner in 1993. Mr. Kempner has been involved in numerous banking and capital markets transactions, including advising Intersections on its initial public offering, and ran Lazard s Corporate Finance department from 1995-1998. Mr. Kempner serves on the Board of The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and its Finance Committee. Mr. Kempner is the son of Thomas L. Kempner. Thomas L. Kempner has served on our Board of Directors since the inception of CreditComm, the predecessor to Intersections Inc. Mr. Kempner has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Loeb Partners Corporation and its predecessors since 1979. Mr. Kempner is currently a director of Dyax Corporation, FuelCell Energy, Inc. and IGENE Biotechnology, Inc., and is currently a director emeritus at Northwest Airlines, Inc. Mr. Kempner is the father of James L. Kempner.

Steve brings over 20 years of investing experience in financial services, business services and health insurance, including serving on 14 public and private boards. Most recently, he has served as a Managing Partner of CCP Equity Partners where he led the firm's expansion from insurance to financial services and successfully invested $168 million in 14 companies. Prior to joining CCP in 1994, Steve was a Senior Vice President of Conseco, where he helped establish the Private Capital Group to make select private investments and assist in corporate transactions. From 1988-1992, Steve served as a founding member of the Financial Services Group within GE Capital's leveraged buyout finance organization where he helped finance sponsor-backed LBOs and assisted with parent company acquisitions. He began his career in the Financial Institutions Group of Chase Manhattan Bank. Steve holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA from the University of Rochester, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Thomas G. Amato has served on our Board of Directors since January 2004. Mr. Amato currently serves as Managing Director of Amato Ventures, which is engaged in domestic oil and natural gas development. Mr. Amato was the Chief Financial Officer of Sentinel Business Systems, Inc. Mr. Amato served as Chief Financial Officer of Wavesmith Networks, Inc. from October 2001 until August 2002, and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tachion Networks, Inc., from January 2000 to September 2001, both of which are privately held telecommunications equipment companies. Mr. Amato currently serves as a director of Globalprivateequities.com.
