Liam Day is Pioneer's Development Manager. Liam played a year of professional basketball in Northern Ireland, where he also ran a program that brought Catholic and Protestant children together through basketball, before returning to the States and teaching for six years. Most recently, he was an administrator at a public charter school in Framingham. On the side, Liam helped start and secured initial funding for a non-profit that works with adjudicated youth and ran and advised campaigns for state representative and Boston City Council. Liam has also taught Film Studies and 20th Century Literature at the university level. He is a graduate of Harvard and holds a Master's degree in English Literature from Middlebury College.

As principal consultant and founder of Credo Advisors, Peter cares deeply about making a positive impact in the world and business community. His career has connected him with a wide variety of clientele, businesses, and industries throughout the United States. Peter has worked in numerous industries including the non-profit sector, executive consulting, medical data research, natural foods manufacturing, and commercial real estate. Combined with his deep belief in using his skills to improve the world around him, Peter incorporates his experience in business and as an entrepreneur, to bring effective, complete, and ethical solutions to your company.

Mr. Ocampo is a Audit Principal at Quezada & Co., a CPA firm in Pasadena and has over 15 years experience in public and private accounting practice. Previously he was an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in San Francisco, an audit manager with Ernst & Young, Vietnam and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Manila, Philippines. He also previously worked as an assistant controller of a public-listed apparel company in Woodland Hills.

April Sorensen, Office Manager. April brings three decades of office management experience to The Pioneer. She loves her pets, her friends, and her golf games.

Beverly has been at Pioneer for 24 years. She maintains daily operations of Human Resources and all accounting functions. She also assists all levels of personnel and management with the operation of Pioneer. During her time at Pioneer Beverly has served as an EMT & First Responder. After a safety class for Pioneer employees, a mother of one of the employees asked him what he should do if he needed help. His answer: Call Beverly.

He joined Pioneer in 1974 as a corn breeder. Mr. Oestreich held positions in Information Management between 1980 and 1990. He became director of Worldwide Parent Seed in 1990. After three years in this role, Mr. Oestreich was named Supply Management director responsible for seed production operations in Latin America, Africa, Asia, Middle East, and Pacific. He was named vice president for the Africa, Middle East, Asia and Pacific business in 1999. He became vice president of global production operations in 2001 and was named vice president and business director, North America Operations in 2002. In January 2004, Mr. Oestreich became president of Pioneer. He was named to his current position in November 2007. He is a director-at-large for the American Seed Trade Association, and a director for the Chinese Cultural Center of America, and an advisor to the Iowa State University chairperson for Sustainable Agriculture. He is a member of the Iowa Business Council and serves on the executive committee of the Biosciences Alliance of Iowa, as well as the board of trustees for the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines. He received a degree in agronomy from the University of Minnesota.

Ed is a teacher at Pioneer and his wife Charlene is a teacher at Twin Lakes. They have 2 children. Both Ed and Charlene are avid golfers.

With over forty years experience in tool design, machining and injection molding, Mr. Anderson brings a variety of solutions to support Pioneer's customers worldwide. After serving in the U.S. Army, he began his career at General Mills in the early 1960s. Over the years, Mr. Anderson has worked with many of Minnesota's recognizable organizations such as Grand Engineering, Lakeland Tool & Engineering, Blanda Inc., McKechnie Tool & Engineering, American Mold & Engineering, Ecowater Systems as well as others. Since joining Pioneer, Mr. Anderson has expanded Pioneer's project management and process management services to include everything from tool and product design consultation to product packaging. Moreover, Mr. Anderson's ability to engage with customers early during the product design stage has reduced time to market and has saved production costs for many Fortune 500 companies, including Delphi, 3M, IMI, Cornelius, Igloo, Lear and Ecowater Systems.

With a Masters Degree in Forestry from the School of Natural Resources, University of Vermont and a Bachelors degree in Geology, Ms. Reinhart's expertise is in stormwater management, hydrologic modeling and permitting, habitat restoration and mitigation, and watershed planning and management. As Senior Watershed Scientist at Pioneer, Ms. Reinhart manages projects focusing on stormwater planning/assessment for new development and retrofits, wetland assessment/mitigation planning and implementation, water quality remediation planning, modeling, and implementation. Ms. Reinhart has spearheaded the development of a TMDL for Potash Brook for the City of South Burlington, has participated in the design and narratives for several Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control (EPSC) Plans within the State of Vermont. These include EPSC for construction under General Permit 3-9001 and a special Winter EPSC Plan for Chase Enterprises' Green Mountain Plaza Expansion in Rutland, Vermont, Winter ESPC for Lowe's Home Centers construction in South Burlington, Vermont, and an ESPC for Jay Peak Resort Golf Course in Jay, Vermont.

Linda Gage has served as the Executive Director of Pioneer Camp & Retreat Center since 1997. Linda joined Pioneer in 1985 and has held a variety of administrative positions during her tenure on Pioneer's ministry team. Linda's connection to camp encompasses a lifetime. Being a lifelong Eastern District member, Linda fondly remembers coming to Camp Pioneer with her parents and grandparents for picnics and waterfront fun, and then attending a week of Confirmand's Camp. As a member of First Trinity Lutheran Church, Tonawanda, while growing up she was taught by Elmer "Hap" Schroeter, previous Pioneer Director, in Youth Choir, and attended other retreats hosted at Pioneer.

Pat Sweeney is an intellectual property attorney, specializing in biotechnology, with over 20 years of experience. Prior to having her own practice, she was the Chief Patent Counsel at Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. Before working for Pioneer, she practiced with a private intellectual property law firm focusing on patent prosecution and litigation. Currently she advises start-ups and established companies on intellectual property matters, including development of intellectual property strategy; development of in-house systems; integration of international intellectual property issues; freedom to operate analysis; reviewing, monitoring and analyzing competitors' intellectual property positions; coordinating research planning with intellectual property issues; review opportunities for patent protection; intellectual property portfolio planning; reviewing contracts; training, as well as providing patent prosecution of national and international biotechnology inventions. Ms. Sweeney received her J.D. with honors in 1984 from Drake Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. She was admitted to the Iowa Bar in1984 and the Patent Bar in 1987. She is admitted to practice in the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of Iowa and before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Sweeney has a B.S. from Iowa State University with a double major in Botany and Journalism/Mass Communications.

Rae O'Brien has been with Pioneer since 1981. Her focus initially was on individual properties, managing accounts for owners with a few units. Her education and experience took her into small apartment communities and eventually working with condominium association. Rae enjoys the one-on-one relationships developed with tenants and owners over the years. Among her many duties are those of handling matters before the small claims court.

Stephanie has been with Pioneer since April 2007. She previously worked in a large law-firm, and with this experience is a "good fit" as our Bail Accounts Manager.

Mr. Wilson John is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. John is a well-known, more feared than admired, defence journalist. He has been a journalist for over two decades. He is currently the Consulting Editor of The Pioneer, New Delhi. Mr. John, 40, is a first class graduate of Delhi University. For the past several years, he has been one of the most prolific and controversial defence writers in the country. He is passionate about defence issues and has boldly gone against the wind when it mattered. He has authored a book on the downfall of former Indian Navy chief Admiral Vishnu Bhagwat. The book is titled An Admiral?s Fall.

Filicia serves as the Public Relations specialist on the Pioneer board. As a former Pioneer staff member, she wanted to get involved with the company again by serving on the board. Filicia hopes that Pioneer will become more self-sufficient through the development of new products and services.

Jerry has served on the Pioneer board for five years. He remains involved with Pioneer because of his desire to assist those who are inspired to work but may have a limitation. His goals for Pioneer include providing training for individuals to obtain the resources for independent living, provide meaningful employment to individuals with a disability, and create awareness of the industrial community of the job placement services at Pioneer.

Marvin E. Lesser is Managing Partner of Sigma Partners, L.P., a private investment partnership, and President of Alpina Management, L.L.C., an investment advisor, for more than the past five years. Mr. Lesser is a director of Golfsmith International Holdings, Inc. and St. Moritz 2000 Fund, Ltd. Mr. Lesser has been a director of the Corporation since May 1993 and is a member of the Board's Audit and Compensation and Organization Committees.
