Mark Sutcliffe is president for the company's CDC Factory solution, a packaged manufacturing operations management solution. Sutcliffe is an acknowledged authority on continuous improvement and change management practices, centered on technology. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences in Europe and the U.S. on the subject of deploying technology to leverage "human capital" and achieve "breakthrough performance" across the whole enterprise. After an outstanding career in enterprise software sales, Mark formed MVI technology in 1991 to provide leading-edge improvement technology to the food & beverage manufacturing sector. In the fourth quarter of 2006, MVI was acquired by CDC Software and the product line has posted consistent record sales quarters.

Matthew Lavelle is Chief Financial Officer for CDC Corporation, CDC Software and is responsible for forecasting and budgeting, monthly reporting and analysis, developing and tracking operating performance metrics, and establishing monthly business review processes for CDC Software, CDC Global Services, CDC Games, and China.com Mr. Lavelle is a results-driven senior professional with a proven track record of success in the finance and accounting field. His expertise ranges from annual strategic planning coordination and the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to management of audits and business case financials. For more than 20 years, Mr. Lavelle has worked in the financing and accounting industry and has previously held senior level finance positions with SITA, Inc., UPS Supply Chain Solutions, UPS SCS Canada, UPS Logistics Group Inc, amongst others. Mr. Lavelle holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Sammy Cheng is Chief Operating Officer and chief financial officer for China.com, a business unit of CDC Corporation, and brings a range of extensive financial and management experience to the organization. He also serves as Vice President of Finance for CDC Corporation and Chief Accounting Officer for CDC Games. Mr. Cheng has previously held senior management positions in international institutions including Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd, Salomon Smith Barney Ltd, Citibank, Bank of America Trust, Hong Kong and Unisys Corporation Hong Kong and Singapore. He holds a doctoral degree in Business Administration from University of South Australia and a master's degree in Business Administration from University of Hull, United Kingdom. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom; and an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom.

As senior vice president, worldwide major accounts and channels, Fred Dilkes is responsible for expanding the Company's global base of channel partners and leveraging the Franchise Partner Program to invest in selected partners in strategic geographies. He is also responsible for expanding the Company's business, across all product lines, within selected major accounts.

As Senior Vice President of North America for Ross Systems, a subsidiary of CDC Software, Mr. Nowacki is responsible for sales, professional services, and solution delivery in North America. Prior to this role, Mr. Nowacki held several positions at Ross Systems, including Vice President of North American Sales and Vice President of E-Business Strategy and Initiatives. Under his leadership, the North American operations have delivered steady license revenue growth despite the flat overall market in the early 2000s.

Lee R. Riesterer is Senior Vice President of Professional Services for CDC Software Corporation. He joined CDC Software in 2007, where he previously served as Vice President of CRM Professional Services for CDC Software. From June of 2004 to July of 2007, Mr. Riesterer was the President of The Brookhaven Group, LLC, a privately held consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia focused on the enterprise applications market including customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, web-based collaboration and training, information security, and governance, risk and compliance solutions. Mr. Riesterer has provided clients with a range of consulting services including business strategy development, go-to-market planning, market and product positioning, and new product and services development and packaging. He began his professional career at Digital Equipment Corporation where he held a number of leadership roles in the Sales and Professional Services organization including management of the North American Solutions Business Practice, providing complex enterprise-wide systems integration and consulting services to Fortune 500 corporate clients. Mr. Riesterer majored in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration at the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Loren Wimpfheimer is Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) for CDC Corporation and is responsible for managing the mergers and acquisition activities primarily at CDC Software. Mr. Wimpfheimer has more than 15 years of experience in the M&A lifecycle, from identifying growth areas to negotiating purchases and sales to integrating acquired companies. He has completed more than 80 M&A transactions with an aggregate value of more than $10 billion. Prior to joining CDC Corporation, Mr. Wimpfheimer was Chief Executive Officer and President of Iventa Corporation, a privately-held, Southern California-based software provider of eCommerce SaaS applications, where he led the restructuring and ultimate sale of the company. Earlier, he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Witness Systems, a workforce optimization software provider, where he led strategic growth initiatives that contributed to their ten-fold revenue growth and later sale to another public company. Before that, he was Senior Vice President of Business Development for Harbinger Corporation. He holds a BA in economics from Emory University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Columbia University Law School.

Niklas Ronnback is Senior Vice President at CDC Software. He is responsible for the CDC Supply Chain product line throughout EMEA, the company's supply chain management solutions for high volume wholesalers, retail- and manufacturing distribution companies. Mr. Ronnback is also responsible for all of CDC Software product lines in the Nordic region. Since 1997, he has served in a variety of management roles at CDC Software including Vice President, Operations at CDC Supply Chain and Senior Vice President, Services responsible for all customer service, across all product lines in EMEA. Ronnback brings more than 15 years of enterprise software experience, specifically in the implementation of ERP, order management and warehouse management systems. Earlier, he was President at ohrwall & Ronnback, a privately held logistics and supply chain firm.

As Senior Vice President, Latin America for CDC Software, Mr. Pierre is responsible for operations activity for all of South Europe and Latin America. In this role, he works closely with other global division heads to deliver solutions that meet area customer needs. Prior to this role, Mr. Pierre served as Vice President, European and Latin American Operations for Ross Systems. He joined Ross Systems when it acquired the company he founded, Software International SA, and became the Managing Director of the Spanish-speaking markets. Prior to Ross Systems, he worked at Data-Pack SA, an ERP software distributor, where he was a Managing Director before its acquisition by Computer Associates. He then assumed the duties of Divisional Manager and Vice General Manager of Computer Associates' Spanish branch.

In his role as senior vice president, mergers and acquisitions, Sam Anidjar is responsible for driving all acquisitions on a global basis for CDC Software. He will also assist with select opportunities driven by CDC Corporation and China.com.

Mr. McLeod is responsible for all aspects of corporate and product marketing across the global software organization, as well as corporate communications. Formerly Vice President of Marketing for Ross Systems, Mr. McLeod brings a solid track record of leadership in operational management and software marketing to his position at CDC Software. Prior to joining Ross Systems, Mr. McLeod was Vice President of Marketing for BT Squared Technologies, a vendor of pricing and sales channel management solutions for manufacturers. Earlier in his career, Mr. McLeod gained 10 years of experience with Management Science America and Dun & Bradstreet Software, serving in product management and product marketing for the Manufacturing Systems, Expert Systems, and Open Systems divisions.

Timothy F. Coen joined the company in April 2008 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of CDC Corporation. Most recently, from April 2005 to January 2008, Mr. Coen was Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for IP Unity Glenayre, Inc. and its predecessor Glenayre Technologies, Inc., a publicly-held global company engaged in the worldwide distribution of complex mobile messaging systems platforms, mobile applications and entertainment media. Mr. Coen brings over twenty five years of domestic and international corporate and transaction-oriented experience, during which time he has been an attorney in major law firms and an executive-level in-house lawyer. Mr. Coen was formerly of counsel with King & Spalding, LLP from January 1996 to March 1997, a partner in the law firm of Powell Goldstein LLP from March 1997 to March 2003, in house counsel with Concert Communications from February 1992 to September 1995 and with BellSouth Corporation from January 1986 to March 1997. Mr. Coen has represented numerous technology companies in complex software, technology and professional IT services transactions, as well as in corporate, securities and compliance matters and other complex commercial and financial transactions. Mr. Coen holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Pre-Law from Georgia Southern University and a J.D. degree from University of Georgia School of Law.

Anil Dwivedi has served as CDC Software s Vice President, Country Manager, Japan and Korea since April 2008. In this role, Mr. Dwivedi is responsible for expanding reseller channels in those countries, and identifying and evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities, including the expansion of the CDC Software franchise partner program to Japan and Korea. Prior to joining CDC Software in April 2008, Mr. Dwivedi served in various executive leadership positions in the enterprise software industry in China and Japan including senior business development management roles at Wipro Japan KK in Yokohama, Japan from June 2000 to March 2008, where his responsibilities included consulting large Japanese corporations on their IT and off-shoring strategies and selling services related to web technologies, Infrastructure, security and ERP; and at HCL in Japan and India from May 1997, where his role was focused on sales of SAP services and alliance with SAP. Mr. Dwivedi is a graduate of the premier Institutes IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) and Management Graduate of IIM (Indian Institute of Management).

Donald L. Novajosky has served as General Counsel for CDC Software Corporation since June 2009, and has served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of CDC Corporation since April 2009. Mr. Novajosky joined CDC Corporation as Corporate Counsel in November 2006. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Novajosky held positions with the law firms of Reed Smith LLP and Hutchison Law Group PLLC, where his practice focused on general corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters. From June 2003 to July 2005, Mr. Novajosky was the Director, Legal of Cytogen Corporation, a publicly-traded biopharmaceutical company in Princeton, New Jersey. Prior to that, Mr. Novajosky held positions with the law firms of Hale and Dorr LLP (now Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr) and Buchanan Ingersoll Rooney PC. Mr. Novajosky received a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude , from New York Law School, where he was a member, editor and published author of the New York Law School Law Review. Mr. Novajosky also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Jim Ferencik comes to CDC Global Services with more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience. Prior to joining CDC Global Services, Mr. Ferencik was Vice President Business Development with Satyam Computer Services, Ltd. an India based Outsourcing Company. In this role, he was focused on new business development for U.S. Fortune 500 manufacturing companies. Previous experience includes consulting practice leadership at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Director - Global PeopleSoft Supply Chain and Operational Systems (SCOS) Consulting Practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Vice President at Technology Solutions Company (TSC) and Sextant Corporation, an ERP vendor focused on the Process Manufacturing Industry, where he was a founder and Vice President of Consulting Services.

Jeff Bayer is a Vice President, Director and Principal Owner at Curtain Wall Design and Consulting, Inc. Mr. Bayer received his degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech University in 1979. From there he worked as a structural engineer for CRS Group designing and building structures for commercial and institutional buildings. In 1983, Mr. Bayer joined Curtain Wall Design and Consulting, Inc. where he is responsible for the production, drafting and engineering divisions. In 1989, he was appointed Vice President. In 1993, he became a partner in the firm. Mr. Bayer has traveled throughout the world providing engineering services to various clients. He has served as the engineer of record for projects in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Philippines, England, Saudi Arabia and Mexico as well as the United States. He currently manages 45 full-time engineers, designers and technicians responsible for design, drawing and calculation preparation.

Marty Scarborough is a Vice President, Director and Principal Owner at Curtain Wall Design and Consulting, Inc. Mr. Scarborough began with CDC in 1982 as a draftsman, completing shop and fabrication drawings on curtain wall projects. He remained at CDC while attending the University of Texas at Arlington where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1990. Mr. Scarborough then spent several years in the engineering group at CDC performing structural calculations on curtain wall projects. In 1992, Mr. Scarborough returned to the drafting group as a project manager where he was responsible for all aspects of a project from design through fabrication. In 1997, he became an Associate in the firm and was appointed as Curtain Wall Group Manager. As group manager, he was responsible for managing a team of project managers and cad technicians for all curtain wall projects. In 2005, he was appointed Vice President and became a partner in the firm. Mr. Scarborough has provided engineering services and on-site assistance to CDC clients on mock-ups and projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines, United Arab Emirates and the United States. He is actively involved in GANA having made presentations and was a member of the committee that created the "Project Manager's Reference Manual".

Mr. Bahl is responsible for communicating the company's financial and other relevant information to shareholders and the financial community. He has held a variety of management positions with publicly traded companies and has extensive experience with Wall Street. Prior to joining CDC Software, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations of Verso Technologies, a next generation telecommunications equipment provider in Atlanta. In this role, he communicated the company's strategy to the investment community, was involved in two equity capital raises, as well as mergers and acquisitions activity. Earlier, he was one of the founding members of HarborPayments, an e-commerce financial services company that was later sold to American Express Corporation. Prior to HarborPayments, he worked as Assistant Vice President for Parker/Hunter, a sell-side brokerage house later sold to Janney Montgomery. In that capacity, he served as a senior equity analyst covering technology stocks such as Computer Associates, Ansys and others. He was also involved in five public equity offerings. He holds a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor of science from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.

Mr. Anderson is Vice President and General Manager of CDC Global Services. Mr. Anderson manages DB Professionals (DBPI) and OST International (OSTI), business units of CDC Global Services. DBPI provides a full range of integrated business solutions and a portfolio of services including IT staffing, support, project-based resources and IT Services. OST International provides premium IT staff augmentation services in a wide range of industries such as retail, technology, automotive, financial services and manufacturing. Prior to joining CDC Global Services, Mr. Anderson was Project Director at Wausau Financial Services. Previously, he also held variety of senior management roles at Fidelity National Financial, Keane Inc., and FiServ Integration Services. He holds a number of industry certifications including ISO 9001, CMMI and Project Management.

Jingqing Sun is General Manager of CDC Games. He entered the Chinese online game industry in 2000. During this time, Jingqing successfully worked in several high-level positions at game companies such as Beijing Wayi, Hongxiang and 17GAME which was acquired by CDC Games. He became the general manager of 17GAME in November 2007. Under his direction, 17GAME continuously improved its growth and efficiency.

Ian Whitehouse has served as Managing Director, Asia for CDC Software since January 1, 2006 and is responsible for operations activity for Asia excluding Japan. In this role, Mr. Whitehouse works closely with other global division heads to deliver solutions that meet area customer needs. Prior to this role, Mr. Whitehouse served as Director of Professional Services, CDC Software Asia. He joined CDC Software in 2002 when it acquired the company he co-founded, Platinum China, where he was also Director of Professional Services. Prior to Platinum China he worked for an ERP software distributor of Dun & Bradstreet Software in Hong Kong from April 1991 to September 1993 and Xerox in Australia from January 1990 to January 1991.

Rajan Vaz, brings over 25 years of broad experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry initially as a practitioner and subsequently as a founder manager. Prior to his role as Managing Director, Mr. Vaz has been a serial entrepreneur and founded several successful technology firms including Integral Information Systems whose products are now part of larger enterprises such as AspenTech (Nasdaq: AZPN).

Mariela Alarcon-Yohe, MPH, the Program Director, CDC cooperative agreement. She has been working in the field of public health for twelve years. She holds an MPH in international public health and a BA in biology and French from George Washington University. Prior to working for DHPE, Ms. Alarcon-Yohe was the manager of public health outreach and education at the National Safety Council. She worked on the development and implementation of several educational outreach projects specifically targeted to African Americans and Hispanics in the areas of asthma, lead-poisoning prevention, and occupational safety. Before coming to the National Safety Council, Ms. Alarcon-Yohe was director of maternal and child health programs at the National Council of La Raza, the nation's largest Hispanic constituency-based organization working in the areas of diabetes, immunization, and reproductive health. Ms Alarcon-Yohe specializes in the development and implementation of health education and health communication programs and campaigns. She has authored bilingual training manuals and information guides in the areas of breast and cervical cancer, immunizations, and asthma. Ms. Alarcon-Yohe has been with DHPE since April 2002 and provides overall programmatic supervision for the cooperative agreement with CDC. She is specifically responsible for the initiative on the Internship Program for Minority-Serving Institutions.

Mr. Tam is the chairman and CEO of Group Sense (International) Limited, overseeing the overall strategy formulation and creation of business and technology partnerships. Mr. Tam and his brother co-founded Group Sense Limited in 1988 and launched the world's first English-Chinese electronic dictionary in 1989, under the brand name "Instant-Dict". In 1993, the company was restructured and was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the holding vehicle Group Sense (International) Limited. Mr. Tam is currently the chairman of the Hong Kong Electronics Industry Council and is also sitting on a number of different key advisory committees and councils in the public sector. He is often invited to speak at conferences and seminars on technology, industry and management. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1986 with a Bachelor's degree in Science and Electronics and holds a Ph.D. from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

As Manager of the Kansas City - Chronic Disease Coalition (KC-CDC), which operates under the Missouri Primary Care Association, Marianne is responsible for the overall implementation of the "Healthy Habits" Community Action Plan in Kansas City, Missouri's urban core. This MPCA project is funded under the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as part of CDC's REACH 2010 initiative. Provides program liaison networking involving a wide range of partnerships across community sectors and oversees networking and collaborations with other Kansas City area health initiatives. Manages MPCA's Kansas City-based office located at 2700 East 18th Street, Room 201/203, Kansas City, MO 64127.

Melissa M. Trumbull, Program Manager (2006). She is the program manager for the International Association of Emergency Managers, the National Association of State EMS Officials, and the National Association of Government Communicators. She also serves as the contracts manager for the CDC-TIIDE and the FEMA-CEM projects. Her education includes a B.S. in Physical Education, Teacher Certification and a minor in Sports Management from the State University of New York College at Brockport. Her past experiences include teaching, developing and managing a children's business, program management of an accreditation program for a non-profit association, and an analyst on a Department of Defense U.S. Navy contract. Specialties include program and project management, business development, meeting and event planning, and government contract management.

Donald Goldmann, MD, Senior Vice President, Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), is responsible for Fellowship training, faculty relations, the innovation pipeline, and publications/knowledge management. He is also the principal IHI liaison to a number of strategic allies, including the Joint Commission, CMS, AMA, CDC, and AHRQ. Dr. Goldmann's career in clinical infectious diseases and epidemiology (with a focus on hospital-acquired infections) spans more than three decades. He remains on the infectious diseases clinical staff at Children's Hospital Boston, and he is Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and Professor of Immunology and Infectious Diseases at the Harvard School of Public Health.

Ed Thompson, M.D., MPH is Chief of Public Health Practice of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. As Chief of Public Health Practice, Dr. Thompson is responsible for assuring the U.S. public health system is strengthened, and that CDC provides leadership in building and supporting public health infrastructure. The CDC working with states and international partners provides a system of health surveillance to monitor and prevent disease outbreaks (including bioterrorism), implement disease prevention strategies, and maintain national health statistics. It also provides for immunization services, workplace safety, and environmental disease prevention. Working with the World Health Organization, CDC also guards against international disease transmission, with personnel stationed in more than 25 foreign countries. The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) also reports to the CDC. ATSDR helps prevent exposure to hazardous substances from waste sites on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's National Priorities List, and develops toxicological profiles of chemicals at these sites. The CDC was established in 1946 as the Communicable Disease Center and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. CDC has 8,569 employees with a budget of US $7 billion in 2004. Before coming to CDC, Dr. Thompson served for nine years as the State Health Officer of Mississippi. He holds an M.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and an M.P.H. degree from John Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health. He is board certified in Preventive Medicine. Prior to becoming Mississippi's State Health Officer, he served as Mississippi's State Epidemiologist for ten years. He is past president of the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE), and the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO).

Eric Musser is President and CEO of CDC Software. For nearly 15 years, Mr. Musser has served in a variety of management roles at CDC Software and its acquired enterprise software companies. He has built a successful track record of working closely with customers, partners, analysts, and industry associations to deliver leading, industry-specific enterprise solutions and services that enable competitive advantage for customers and create value for the company's stakeholders. Under his leadership, the Customer-Driven Company (CDC) has consistently reported record revenue primarily because of aggressive organic growth through sales to new customers and expansion through well-targeted acquisitions. These impressive results were largely driven by the resounding success of his strategy to transition CDC Software from a developer of enterprise solutions for the horizontal market to one that delivers industry-specific enterprise solutions and services that directly addresses the unique business needs of customers' vertical markets. He also has built a formidable management team, with extensive expertise in the enterprise software, services and capital markets, that is moving the company to new levels of success. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Musser served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Chief Technology Officer for CDC Software, where he spearheaded the company's innovative product architecture, new vertical market product strategy, support of advanced technology platforms and development of the company's acquisition strategies. In addition to that role, he also successfully expanded CDC Software's Asia Pacific operations through closely working with business partners and customers there, as well as establishing its first major development center in China. As President of CDC Software's Industri-Matematik (IMI), Eric returned the business to profitability after multiple years of losses and set the foundation for future expansion. He focused IMI on its current blue-chip customer base and started the transition of IMI into a customer-driven company. At Ross Systems, Mr.Musser held senior management positions in services, marketing and development, including Chief Technology Officer. During his tenure there, he also was responsible for shifting the company to a major new technology direction --- from client/server to Internet-based solutions. Prior to Ross Systems, Mr. Musser held IT management and production engineering positions in the process industries, where he implemented projects spanning from shop floor automation to ERP integration. As a software entrepreneur earlier in his career, he developed CRM solutions running on the Apple Macintosh platform for non-profit organizations.

Mr. Yip is Executive Chairman of CDC Software, a leading integrated enterprise software company currently ranked #18 of the global top 100 enterprise software providers. Mr. Yip is the architect of the acquisitions of Pivotal Corporation and Ross Systems that together form the core foundation for CDC Software. Mr. Yip is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of CDC Corporation. Mr. Yip was a founder of CDC Corporation and was the founding CEO between January 1999 and February 2005. Under his leadership, CDC Corporation was one of the first successful initial public offerings of an Internet company from Greater China to be listed on NASDAQ, opening the door for other Chinese entrepreneurs to list their ventures in the US capital markets. Mr. Yip co-founded Yipkon Business Systems in 1978 with his Indian partner from Bangalore, Kumar Konanur. Yipkon, as one of the first Indian outsourcing companies based in New York, pioneered outsourcing for US companies using Indian resources from Bangalore and successfully grew to US$100M revenue, securing major federal government contracts with the US Army, US Treasury, DOD Logistics Agency, and financial institutions including Equitable Life, Morgan Guarantee Trust, Bankers Trust, New York Life, and Citibank. Mr. Yip sold Yipkon to MCI Worldcom in 1987, just before the market crash, and returned to Hong Kong to make investments in software and IT companies. Mr. Yip has made a number of successful co-investments with institutional investors, corporate investors and high net worth individuals. These include investments in Temasek Holdings company, Xinhua News Agency, Bechtel Enterprises Inc., Mitsui & Co. Ltd., America Online, Inc., Merrill Lynch-Fred Adler Technology Fund II, and the New World Group. Mr. Yip previously held management positions at KPMG Consulting and Wharton Applied Research. Mr. Yip is a frequent speaker at various international conferences and institutions, including the Harvard Business School, Fortune CEO Global Forum, World Economics Forum, Forbes CEO Forum, Businessweek CIO Forum, M.I.T. Enterprise Forum, US/Japan Symposium on Corporate Partnership, United Nations Conference on Science & Technology, Harvard University's Conference on Internet & Society, and the Nikkei International Conference. CDC Corporation's business model was a case study at Harvard Business School in 1996. He has authored research papers published by Harvard Asia Pacific Review, Nanjing University Press, and the National Science Foundation. He recently co-authored a book titled The China's Century with former Chinese Premier Zhu Yongji, amongst others. Mr. Yip received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his MSEE and BSEE from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr Yip also received an associate degree in Engineering and an honorary doctorate degree in Business from Vincennes University, Indiana.

The Director of Operations develops and implements the cruise industry position on regulatory matters involving shipboard operations, safety, security, the environment and health-safety and sanitation. Stan represents the industry at numerous Committee and Subcommittee meetings of the IMO, chairs the ICCL Security Committee and coordinates numerous issues of national importance through direct interface with U.S. government agencies such as the U.S. Coast Guard, the CBP, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of State, and the Transportation Security Administration and the CDC.

Dr. Morse is the editor of two books, Emerging Viruses (Oxford University Press, 1993; paperback, 1996), which was selected by "American Scientist" for its list of "100 Top Science Books of the 20th Century", and The Evolutionary Biology of Viruses (Raven Press, 1994). He currently serves as a Section Editor of the CDC journal "Emerging Infectious Diseases" and was formerly an Editor-in-Chief of the Pasteur Institute's journal "Research in Virology".

Fred, Cheung Yu Wang, has served as an independent director of our board of directors since October 2005. The Wang family founded Salon Films (Hong Kong) Limited ("Salon") in 1969. Mr. Wang has been a director of Salon since 1970 and he has worked with various major Hollywood film and television companies in setting up projects in Asia. Since 1985, Mr. Wang has been involved with various investment groups in Asia notably Unifund S.A., a Geneva based investment service company. Mr. Wang's current projects include a multimedia satellite investment business covering the Pacific Asia region as well as high definition technology of film and TV development in Asia. Mr. Wang is the Hon. Vice President of the China Film Foundation, a member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Entertainment Industry Advisory Committee, a member of the Board of Governors of the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide and Director of the Board of the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Limited. Mr. Wang graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Economics from Whittier College, California.

Raymond K. F. Ch ien has served as Chairman of the board of directors of CDC Corporation since January 1999. He served as acting chief executive officer of CDC Corporation between March 2004 and March 2005, and chief executive officer of CDC Corporation from March 2005 until August 2005. Dr. Ch ien is Chairman and a member of the executive and remuneration committees of CDC Corporation s Hong Kong listed subsidiary, China.com. Dr. Ch ien is also Chairman of MTR Corporation Limited and Hong Seng Bank Limited, serves on the boards of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Swiss Reinsurance Company, Convenience Retail Asia Limited and The Wharf (Holdings) Limited. Dr. Ch ien received a Doctoral Degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978 and became a Trustee of the University in 2006. He was appointed a Justice of the Peace in 1993 and a Commander in the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in 1994. In 1999, he was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star medal.

Bill Van Vliet serves as Executive Director of NOAH. Bill joined NOAH early in 1998 as the organization's loan officer, and became Executive Director during 1999. Before joining NOAH, Bill served as Finance Coordinator at the Portland Development Commission, and previously was Vice President for First Interstate Bank of Oregon providing construction financing for affordable housing projects statewide. Bill is a Co-Chair of the Housing and Community Development Commission and is a member of the commission's Special Needs Housing Committee. Bill is also a Board member of REACH CDC.

Carrick John Clough has served as an independent member of our board of directors since December 2003. In addition, Mr. Clough has served as the Chairman of the executive committee of our board of directors since August 2005 and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the board of directors of CDC Software since May 2006 and Chairman of the board of Praxa Limited. Mr. Clough also currently serves as Chairman of Corgi International Ltd, a NASDAQ listed company. Further, he has been a special advisor to General Atlantic Partners since December 2000. Before joining General Atlantic Partners, Mr. Clough gained over 25 years of management experience in the IT industry internationally. He was a co-founder and managing director of the CSSL Group, a midrange software distributor and hardware reseller in Asia. Prior to co-founding the CSSL Group, Mr. Clough held the position of general manager of JBA in Asia, an Australia-based worldwide mid-range software distributor, and gained working experience as a consultant in the United Kingdom and Europe. Mr. Clough received his education in New Zealand.

Wang Cheung Yue, Fred has served as an independent member of our board of directors since October 2005 and has also served as in independent non-executive member of the board of directors of China.com since February 2002 and as the Chairman of the Board of directors of CDC Games since September 2006. Julius R. Krevans, MD, was the fifth chancellor of UCSF. During his tenure, UCSF experienced many achievements. In 1989, UCSF applauded its first Nobel Prize winners, J. Michael Bishop and Harold Varmus. UCSF also played a critical role in spawning the biotechnology industry during these years. Under Dr. Krevans' leadership, UCSF attracted many women and minority students to careers in health sciences. Before his appointment as chancellor, Dr. Krevans served as Dean of the School of Medicine at UCSF from 1971-1982. He was also active on the boards and committees of numerous national foundations, government agencies, and organizations including the National Academy of Science's Institute of Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He served as the chair of the Association of American Medical Colleges from 1980-81, helping to develop public policy for this organization. He was also a director of the Clinical Scholar program, a director of both the James Picker and Bank America-Giannini Foundation, and a member of the Association of American Physicians. Currently, Dr. Krevans serves on the board of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) Foundation.

Lee G. Lam has served as an independent director of our board since May 2007. Mr. Lam is a member of our audit and nominating committees. Mr. Lam currently also serves as Chairman of Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of Hong Kong and as a Senior Advisor to Macquarie Bank in the Asia Pacific region. He also serves on the board of several listed companies in the Asia Pacific region such as Hong Kong-listed Hutchison Harbour Ring Limited and China.com, Singapore-listed Rowsley Limited, Thailand-listed TRUE Corporation PCL and Pakistan-listed Telecard Limited. He has over 25 years of experience with multinational operations and corporate management in the telecommunications, media and technology, consumer/retail, property and financial services sectors. In addition, Mr. Lam has held various positions at major companies, including vice chairman of the Investment Banking Division at Bank of China International Holdings, president, chief executive officer and vice chairman of the board of Chia Tai Enterprises International Limited, vice chairman of Shanghai Kinghill Limited and was a founding chairman of Chia Tai Department Store and Unotel. Mr. Lam holds a bachelor's degree in science and mathematics, a masters degree in systems science and in business administration from the University of Ottawa in Canada, as well as a post-graduate diploma in public administration from Carleton University in Canada, a post-graduate diploma in English and Hong Kong law and a bachelor of laws from the Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom. Mr. Lam also received a doctoral degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Raymond K.F. Ch’ien has served as Chairman of our board since January 1999, and served as executive chairman of our board from April 2001 until August 2005 at which point he became Chairman of our board. He served as acting chief executive officer between March 2004 and March 2005, and chief executive officer from March 2005 until August 2005. Dr. Ch’ien is Chairman and a member of the executive and remuneration committees of our Hong Kong listed subsidiary, China.com. Dr. Ch’ien is also Chairman of MTR Corporation Limited and Hong Seng Bank Limited, serves on the boards of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Inchcape plc, Swiss Reinsurance Company, Convenience Retail Asia Limited, VTech Holdings Limited and The Wharf (Holdings) Limited. Dr. Ch’ien received a Doctoral Degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978 and became a Trustee of the University in 2006. Fang Xin has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2005 and has also served as a non-executive director of China.com since July 2005. He is also currently Deputy Director and General Manager of the Asia-Pacific Regional Bureau and Hong Kong SAR Branch of Xinhua News Agency, or Xinhua, and President of Golden Tripod (Holdings) Limited and Golden Tripod Technology Limited. Golden Tripod Technology Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Xinhua, is one of the Company’s major shareholders. Mr. Fang is also a senior correspondent of Xinhua, and also serves as a non-executive director of the Company’s Hong Kong listed subsidiary, China.com. Mr. Fang has approximately 25 years of experience in news reporting, editing, economic information analysis, and business management with governmental and non-governmental organizations and companies. Former positions held by Mr. Fang include serving as the general manager of the Guangdong Provincial Branch of Xinhua, the editor of “OUTLOOK” (a weekly publication of Xinhua), a correspondent for the Shenzhen sub-branch of Xinhua, a director of the Domestic News for Foreign Service group of the Guangdong Provincial Branch of Xinhua, chief of the Zhuhai subbranch of Xinhua, and editor-in-chief and director of Economic Information Services of the Guangdong Provincial Branch of Xinhua. Mr. Fang graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, People’s Republic of China.
