Mr Haselden has over 30 years of accountancy experience within the manufacturing industry. He began his career at Pilkington Brothers Ltd in 1974, where he stayed for 11 years. Following this, Mr Haselden joined Rockware Plastics and then spent 15 years within the plastics industry. He joined Caldwell Investments in January 1999 and was appointed Group Finance Director in January 2003.

Mr Wootliff has had an active life in the city and has been involved as a major investor and Chief Executive in a number of smaller listed companies before finally settling down at Caldwell Investments Plc in July 1986.
