With more than 30 years of executive search and consulting background, Michael has experience recruiting senior-level positions for client organizations in a broad range of industries, including healthcare. He has led search teams within healthcare systems, hospitals, media and information services, and pharmaceutical companies. His clients have included Catholic Health East, Abbott, TAP Pharmaceutical Products, Inc. and LexisNexis. Paul Esselman is Vice President in the Executive Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized healthcare executive and physician search firm providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than 25 years. Paul is responsible for managing all aspects of the search process, including candidate recruitment, interviewing and negotiations.
