Celadon Group Inc.

Stephen Russell has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Celadon since founding the company in May 1985. Prior to Celadon, Mr. Russell worked in management positions including, Director of Advanced Product Planning for Ford Motor Company, Chief Financial Officer for RCA Corporation, and President of Hertz Truck and Equipment Corporation. He holds a BA in mathematics and an MBA in finance and marketing from Cornell University. Mr. Russell is a member of the American Trucking Associations’ Executive Committee and serves as chairman of the Audit Committee. He previously was chairman of the Homeland Security Policy Committee. Mr. Russell currently serves on the board of directors for the Cornell University Graduate School of Management, the Eiteljorg Museum, and the Indianapolis Museum of Art.

Chris Hines was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer in July 2007. He had previously served on the board of directors since July 2006. Hines is past President of GE Capital's TIP Trailer Services where he directed 125 branches and 1,100 employees representing annualized revenue of $450 million. While working in various positions with TIP for 16 years, he was also responsible for building a national account network, an asset financing operation, a mobile maintenance business, and an integrated trailer remarketing unit. Most recently, Hines was CEO of Tripmaster Corp., an onboard computer and asset management company primarily serving the trucking industry. He has also served on the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) Board of Directors since 2001 and is a past board member and council leader of the Truck Rental and Leasing Association (TRALA). He has received a lifetime achievement award from the American Trucking Associations (ATA).

Jon Russell was appointed to the position of Executive Vice President of Logistics in August 2007. He also serves as President of TruckersB2B, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Celadon Group, a position he has held since May 2003. Prior to his position as President of TruckersB2B, Mr. Russell served with TruckersB2B as Chief Operating Officer from May 2002 to April 2003, and Vice President of Operations from May 2000 to April 2002. Before joining TruckersB2B in May 2000, Mr. Russell had been a Vice President in the Global Corporate Investment Bank of Citigroup for six years. While at Citigroup, he was responsible for the management of their New York Treasury non-dollar fixed-income portfolio. Mr. Russell has previously been selected by the Indianapolis Business Journal for its annual 'Forty Under 40.' The recognition is for local business and professional leaders who have achieved success before the age of 40. These individuals have demonstrated leadership, initiative and dedication in pursuing their careers, and are likely to continue to achieve in the future.

Anthony Heyworth was appointed to the board of directors in 1999. He retired from KeyCorp in February 2001 as Vice Chairman, commercial banking of KeyBank N.A. after a 36-year career with the $85 billion financial services company. He continues as Chairman of KeyBank Central Indiana, having served as President and Chief Executive since 1991. He joined the former Central National Bank in 1965 and was Executive Vice President when the bank emerged with Society National Bank of Cleveland in 1986 and KeyBank in 1994.

Cathy Langham was appointed to the board of directors in July 2007. She is a founder, owner and serves as President of Langham Logistics Inc., an Indianapolis-based global freight management company that provides end-to-end supply chain services for a wide spectrum of industries. The third-party logistics company has charted double-digit growth, expanded its client base around the world, and has grown to over 85 full-time employees. Langham’s visibility as leader of a fast-growing woman-owned business enterprise (WBE) earned her firm a visit from U.S. President George W. Bush. In 2005, she accepted a role on the Indiana Economic Development Corporation at the invitation of Gov. Mitch Daniels. Cathy is former chair of the Air Forwarders Association and is serving as Chairperson of the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.

Michael Miller was appointed to the board of directors in February 1992. Mr. Miller has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Aarnel Funding Corp., a venture capital/real estate company since 1974; a partner of Independence Realty, an owner and manager of real estate properties, since 1989; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Miller Investment Company Inc., a private investment company, since 1990.
