Craig H. Muhlhauser is President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to holding his current position, Mr. Muhlhauser was President and Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development. Before joining Celestica in May 2005, Mr. Muhlhauser was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Exide Technologies. Mr. Muhlhauser was serving as President of Exide Technologies when that entity filed for bankruptcy in 2002, was named Chief Executive Officer of Exide Technologies shortly thereafter and successfully led the company out of bankruptcy protection in 2004. Prior to that, he held the role of Vice President, Ford Motor Company and President, Visteon Automotive Systems. Mr. Muhlhauser also serves on the board of directors of Intermet Corporation, a manufacturer of cast metal components for the automotive, commercial-vehicle and industrial markets, which filed for bankruptcy in the US in August 2008 and is currently operating under bankruptcy protection. Throughout his career, he has worked in a range of industries spanning the consumer, industrial, communications, utility, automotive and aerospace and defense sectors. Mr. Muhlhauser holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Gerald W. Schwartz is the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Onex. Mr. Schwartz has been a director of Celestica since 1998. Prior to founding Onex in 1983, Mr. Schwartz was a co-founder and President (in 1977) of what is now CanWest Global Communications Corp. Mr. Schwartz was inducted into the Canadian Business Hall of Fame in 2004 and was appointed as an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2006. He is also an honorary director of the Bank of Nova Scotia and is a director of Indigo Books & Music Inc., a public corporation. Mr. Schwartz is Vice Chairman of Mount Sinai Hospital and is a director, governor or trustee of a number of other organizations, including Junior Achievement of Toronto, the Canadian Council of Christians and Jews, and The Simon Wiesenthal Center. As Celestica’s Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, I’m responsible for managing legal, governance and compliance matters for Celestica on a global basis. This includes managing securities and stock exchange compliance in the U.S. and Canada. I’ve also been very involved in corporate finance matters, acquisition activities, our geographic expansion and the diversification of our capabilities and customers.
I also oversee human resources policies and practices for the company, and work to attract, motivate and retain the highly skilled employees that drive the success of our customers. In 2008, I also assumed responsibility for overseeing our Global Branding organization.
I came to Celestica following a 13-year career as a senior corporate legal advisor in the telecommunications industry. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) degree from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen’s University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario. I am admitted to practice in Ontario and New York. In my personal time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.

As Celestica's chief technology officer, Dan Shea directs Celestica's technology leadership by ensuring the company anticipates, identifies and solves the technology challenges facing OEM customers and the broader electronics industry. In addition, Mr. Shea oversees all technical aspects of Celestica's compliance with emerging environmental legislation, including the European Union's Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) legislation. Mr. Shea previously held the position of senior vice president and group general manager, Celestica, and was one of the company's founding executives. Mr. Shea joined IBM Canada in 1980 and over the course of his career, has held a number of engineering management and executive roles spanning quality, reliability, procurement, development and power systems. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and remains active in academic circles as an advisory board member and founding member of the Queen's University MBA for Science and Technology program; and an executive advisory board member and lecturer of MET Masters in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications at the University of Toronto. Mr. Shea is also actively involved in professional and industry associations, including the National Electronics Manufacturing Initiative (NEMI), the Professional Engineers of Ontario, and the Advanced Design and Manufacturing Institute where he sits on the Board of Directors.

As Executive Vice President, Supply Chain Management Solutions and Chief Procurement Officer, I oversee Celestica’s Supply Chain Solutions Organization. This highly skilled team develops and delivers proactive, end-to-end customer solutions that encompass design, fulfillment, after-market services and automated manufacturing services.
Our customers demand integrated solutions that lower costs and increase quality, while reducing time-to-market and time-to-volume. By integrating all of Celestica’s solution capabilities together in one global team, we provide our customers with industry leading end-to-end supply chain solutions that lower their total cost of ownership (TCOOTM).
I have led Celestica’s Supply Chain Management Organization since November 2004. Prior to that, I held the position of President, Americas, and was responsible for manufacturing operations in Canada, the U.S., Mexico and Brazil. Before joining Celestica through the company’s acquisition of Manufacturers’ Services Limited (MSL) in March 2004, I was the Corporate Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management at MSL. Prior to joining MSL as part of the company’s founding team, I guided the start-up of after-market operations at Circuit Test Inc. I also spent over 17 years with Digital Equipment Corporation, where I held a number of senior roles, including managing supply chain strategies for the company’s Personal Computer Division.

Prior to that, I was the CIO at ACNielsen US. Before joining the Nielsen Company, I held senior roles in IT with Motorola and Bell Canada.
In my free time, I enjoy golfing with my husband and children, in between running to our children's swimming, hockey, and soccer events. I am inspired by teams that work together to exceed expectations.

I was also previously the Controller of Celestica's Canadian EMS operations. In my role as Executive Vice President, Global Operations, I'm responsible for the design and delivery of Celestica's manufacturing and supply chain network across Asia, Europe and the Americas. I previously held the role of President, Asia Operations, with responsibility for our manufacturing operations in China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. Prior to that, I held senior-level positions in the areas of quality, manufacturing excellence, services and regional leadership. I joined IBM Canada in 1984 and was part of the founding management team of Celestica. Over the course of my career, I've held a number of leadership positions in operations, engineering and account management. During my time with Celestica, it's been inspiring to see the development of our people and the growth of the customers we serve. Outside of work, I have many interests, including sailing, horse racing and hockey. Most of all, I enjoy being with the people who make it all meaningful.

I joined Celestica in March 1998, as the Vice President of Finance for Celestica’s Power Systems division. I recently switched jobs in Celestica and was the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller for 10 years. Before joining Celestica, I served as the Controller for the Personal Systems Group of IBM Canada. During my 14-year career in the information technology industry, I’ve held several senior management positions for both IBM Canada and IBM’s headquarters in Armonk, New York.
In my personal time I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family. I am active in several sports organizations and have coached my three sons in soccer, hockey and lacrosse over the years. I also sit on the Board of Directors of a local community hospital and a private high school. I find that giving back to the community is an incredibly rewarding experience.

Prior to joining Celestica in June 2005, I held the role of Senior Vice President, Wireline Network Systems at Sanmina-SCI where I was responsible for the development and execution of a global strategy in the areas of growth, profitability, operations excellence, technology, sales and marketing and product development. Prior to that, I held senior roles at Hyperchip Inc. and SCI Systems (prior to the company’s merger with Sanmina).

Before joining Celestica, I held a number of positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both their Corporate Finance and Audit practices.

Fredric W. Harman joined Oak as a General Partner in 1994. Fred's primary investment focus is on Consumer Internet and Internet New Media. Fred is currently on the Boards of Aspect Software, Connexus Corporation Demand Media, FRS, Knowledge Networks, Limelight Networks, RazorGator, Rearden Commerce, Reunion.com, Shop.com, Sutherland Global Services, Talisma and U.S. Auto Parts. Fred has also led investments in aQuantive, Allyes (acquired by Focus Media), Campus Pipeline (acquired by SCT), Fastclick (acquired by ValueClick), Captura (acquired by Concur), Cobalt, Exodus, ILOG, IMS (acquired by Celestica) Inktomi, Pivotal, Primus Knowledge Solutions, Qpass (acquired by Amdocs), Quintus (acquired by Avaya), Sanmina/SCI, SportsGG and SPSS. Prior to Oak, Fred worked for seven years with Morgan Stanley's Venture Capital Group where he was a General Partner. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Fred worked in Business Development at Hughes Communications where he was involved in the formation of the predecessor to DirecTV. Fred received an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University where he was a Hughes Fellow. Fred is also a co-owner of the Golden State Warriors and a Trustee of Sacred Heart Schools.

Don Tapscott is an internationally respected authority, consultant and speaker on business strategy and organizational transformation. He is the author of several widely read books on the application of technology in business. Mr. Tapscott is Chief Executive Officer of New Paradigm Learning Corporation, a business strategy and education company he founded in 1992, and an adjunct Professor of Management at the University of Toronto's Joseph L. Rotman School of Management. He is also a founding member of the Business and Economic Roundtable on Addiction and Mental Health, and a fellow of the World Economic Forum. Bob Crandall is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Airlines and chairman of The SABRE Group. As American's top marketing executive, and subsequently as the airline's president and chairman, Mr. Crandall participated in developing many of the innovations that stand to American's credit. These include American's SABRE automation system; the AAdvantage program for frequent travelers; a series of major hubs at Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago, Miami and San Juan and the creation of a wide-ranging international route system. Today, Mr. Crandall serves on the Boards of MilePoint, American Express, and the Halliburton Corp.

Laurette is the retired President of Boeing International and Member of the Executive Council. In this role, Ms. Koellner oversaw the company's international affairs and had leadership responsibilities for 20 Boeing in-country operations throughout the world. Prior to that, she was President of Connexion, a division of Boeing, from December 2004 to 2006. She joined Boeing as a result of the company's merger with McDonnell Douglas in 1997. Ms. Koellner spent 19 years at McDonnell Douglas, where she held a number of management roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of contracts, business planning, human resources and auditing. Her last role at McDonnell Douglas was Vice President and Corporate Controller. Ms. Koellner currently serves on the board of Sara Lee Corporation and is a past board member of Exostar LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida and a Masters of Business Administration from Stetson University in De Land, Florida.
