A graduate of the American University with a degree in general studies, Stacy brings more than a decade of experience to Oxygen in weight training and fitness. She comes from the Total Energy System Training in Bedminster, New Jersey, a sports training facility specializing in functional training. Stacy received her Personal Training certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Adult CPR certification through the American Red Cross. Continuing education in strength and conditioning and other allied fitness disciplines enables her to remain current on fitness trends and teaching methods. She is a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and the Women's Sports Foundation, an organization dedicated to encouraging physical activity for young girls.

Peggy Hall is a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, nutritional therapist and weight and lifestyle management consultant and is a published author and sought-after speaker.
