Mr. Tardugno's career has been exclusively focused in the healthcare and brings over 29 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries to Celsion. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in general management, operations, and product and technology development. Prior to joining the company in 2007, Mr. Tardugno served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Mylan Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Mylan Laboratories, a transdermal delivery system and medical components company. Before Mylan, he was a founding member of management and Executive Vice President of Songbird Hearing, Inc, a privately held start-up company. Before Songbird, he held the positions of Senior Vice President of Technical Operations, World Wide for the ConvaTec division of Bristol-Myers Squibb, and World Wide Vice President of Technology Development and Manufacturing for Bausch & Lomb. Mr. Tardugno began his career in 1977 with Abbott Laboratories where he held positions in pharmaceutical operations and as plant manager for the company's Ross Laboratories Division nutritional business. Mr. Tardugno holds a B.S. in Biology with Chemistry concentration from St. Bonaventure University and attended the Harvard Business School executive program.

Nicholas Borys, M.D. joined Celsion on October 1, 2007 as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. In this position Dr. Borys manages the clinical development program for Celsion. Dr. Borys, who was most recently Chief Medical Officer at Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc, has accumulated extensive experience in all phases of pharmaceutical development with a focus in oncology while holding increasingly senior positions at Cytogen Corporation, Anthra Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Amersham Healthcare, Inc. and Hoffmann La-Roche Inc. Dr. Borys attended Rutgers University and holds an M.D. Degree from American University of the Caribbean.

Mr. Moran joined Transport in June 2006. Previously, Mr. Moran was Chief Financial Officer of Sontra Medical Corporation from 2002 through 2006. Prior to his employment with Sontra, Mr. Moran was Chief Financial Officer of SatCon Technology Corporation from 2000 through 2002. From 1994 through 2000, Mr. Moran was Chief Financial Officer of Anika Therapeutics. Mr. Moran holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.B.A. from Babson College .

Vice President of Engineering rejoined the Company in May 2000, having previously worked with Celsion from 1985 to 1995 when he designed most of the equipment for the Company's first generation APA treatment. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Smith was Vice President, Engineering of Talla-Com Industries, a division of Tadiran Communications, Ltd, an Israeli manufacturer of high technology military and commercial VHF/UHF communication products.

Raj Prabhakar joined Celsion in January 2004 and served as Director of Program Management leading the liver cancer program from preclinical stage through launch of the global Phase III HCC study. He was promoted to his current position of Executive Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development in January 2009, after serving as Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development in December 2007. Raj currently heads up out-licensing and business development activities for Celsion, including managing the collaboration relationship with Yakult Honsha Co., Ltd. for the Japan Territory. Raj has over 8 years of biomedical industry experience including Celsion, Protiveris (proteomics), Osiris Therapeutics (stem cells) and Harvard Medical School (orthopedic implants). Prior to receiving his M.B.A., Raj held analyst and associate positions for four years in several finance, venture capital and private equity firms. In addition to 12 years of experience, Raj holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and dual B.S. degrees from MIT in biology and mechanical engineering.

Robert A. Reed, Ph.D. joined Celsion on May 11, 2009 as Executive Director, CMC and Technological Operations. In this position Dr. Reed oversees the CMC, QA and Technical Operations functions for Celsion. He most recently was Vice President, Pharmaceutical Operations at XenoPort, Inc., has 18+ years of experience & responsibility across XenoPort, Inc, Merck & Company, Inc., and The Liposome Company, Inc., with extensive scientific and regulatory experience in the design and development of pharmaceutical products. He holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was the recipient of a 3 year NIH Postdoctoral Individual Award at Princeton University.

Dr. Pace has served as a director of the company since December 2002. He is currently consultant and director of QRxPharma Ltd. (ASX:QRX), a director of ResMed (NYSE:RMD), Transition Theraputics Inc. (CDNX:TTH), and Peplin Ltd. (ASX:PEP). From 2002 to 2007, Dr. Pace was Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of QRxPharma Pty. Ltd. and from 1995 to 2001, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of RTP Pharma and from 2000 to 2002, Dr. Pace was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Waratah Pharmaceuticals Inc., a spin-off company from RTP Pharma. From 1993 to 1994, he was the founding President and Chief Executive Officer of Transcend Therapeutics Inc. (formerly Free Radical Sciences Inc.) a biopharmaceutical company. From 1989 to 1993, he was Senior Vice President of Clintec International, Inc., a Baxter/Nestle joint venture and manufacturer of clinical nutritional products. Dr. Pace holds a B.S. with honors from the University of New South Wales and a Ph.D. from MIT.
