Gilberto Perez joined CEMEX in 1988, and worked in positions dealing with international sales, logistics, strategic planning and general management. In 1998, he was appointed President of CEMEX U.S. Operations. In this capacity he led the integration of Southdown Corporation, the largest cement producer in the United States at the time, which was purchased by CEMEX in 2000. This effectively quadrupled the size of CEMEX in the United States. In 2005, he directed the integration of RMC USA into CEMEX, creating the largest construction materials manufacturer and distributor in the U.S., with almost $5 billion in revenues and more than 10,000 employees.

As the Executive Vice President of Technical Services for CEMEX's U.S. operations, Adolfo Garza is responsible for engineering, process optimization, maintenance and reliability, mining and geology, and process technology for the Company. Garza began his career with CEMEX in 1986 and has held various positions with the Company in the areas of process optimization, technology, and pyroprocessing. Garza holds a Bachelor's and a Masters degree in chemical engineering from Monterrey Tech in Monterrey, Mexico, and a Masters degree in combustion and energy from the University of Leeds in England.

As the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for CEMEX's U.S. operations, Andrew Miller is responsible for the Company's human resources, payroll, and health and safety functions. Prior to joining CEMEX in 1998, Miller was Vice President of Human Resources for Molex, Inc. Before Molex, he was the Vice President of Human Resources for Little Tykes, a division of Rubbermaid. He also held Vice President of Human Resources positions with Rubbermaid Specialty Products and Rubbermaid Commercial Products. Miller holds a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University and a Masters degree from the University of Phoenix.

Mr. Craddock is Executive Vice President of Cemex, USA in Houston, Texas. He has 23 years of experience in the ready mixed concrete, cement and aggregate industries, most of them with Cemex and its predecessor, Southdown. Craddock is responsible for the Company's cement sales functions. Prior to his current position, Craddock was the Executive Vice President of Ready-Mix and Aggregates. He received a bachelor's degree from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. He currently serves as Second Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors for the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association and is a member of the RMC Research Foundation Board of Trustees.

As the Executive Vice President of Planning for CEMEX's U.S. operations, Jesus Gonzalez is responsible for business planning, strategic planning, corporate development, and real estate for the Company. He also is responsible for the Company's Minerals Resource Technologies, Inc. subsidiary. Prior to joining CEMEX in 1998, Gonzalez was a consultant for McKinsey & Company in its Madrid, Lisbon and Buenos Aires offices. Prior to McKinsey, he served as a ship building project engineer at Seaplace Iberia in Madrid, Spain. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor's degree in naval engineering from Polytechnic University in Madrid, and a Masters degree in business administration from the University of Navarra in Barcelona, Spain. He also is a board member of the Portland Cement Association (PCA).

As the Executive Vice President of Cement Operations for CEMEX's U.S. operations, Luis Oropeza is responsible for the operations at the Company's 12 cement plants in the U.S. Oropeza joined CEMEX in 1985 and has held various positions within the Company including Vice President of Manufacturing for CEMEX in Mexico as well as various positions in cement plant management, operations and engineering with CEMEX in Venezuela. Oropeza holds a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University in Boston.

As Executive Vice President of Logistics for CEMEX's U.S. operations, Roy Schorsch is responsible for the Company's Logistics Operations, Transportation, and Supply Planning and Development. Prior to his current position, Schorsch was the Executive Vice President of Technical for the U.S. Operations. He has also served as Vice President of Manufacturing and Plant Manager at several locations. He has been with CEMEX for seven years. Schorsch holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and a Master's degree from Stanford University.

As the Executive Vice President of Ready Mix, Aggregates & Concrete Products for CEMEX's U.S. operations, Steven Wise is responsible for the Company's ready-mix concrete and aggregate operations and sales. Wise joined the Company in 1988 and has held various positions within CEMEX including Vice President and General Manager of Texas Ready-Mix and Aggregates, Vice President and General Manager of the Minerals Group, Controller for Ready-Mix and Aggregates, as well as various positions in cement plant management, administration, accounting and finance. Wise holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas State University and an MBA from the University of Houston. Wise is a board member of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA).

Mr. Leopoldo Navarro is the Trading Vice President of Cemex in the South American Region. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Nebraska in the USA and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ipade, Mexico. Mr. Navarro is a Cemex-appointed Director of Trinidad Cement Limited since March 1998. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of Caribbean Cement Company Limited, S.C.A. in Guadeloupe and Martinique, National Cement in Cayman and Bermuda Cement in Bermuda. He served as President of APCAC during the period 2000 to 2001.

Ernesto Marcos is the founding partner of the investment banking firm Marcos y Asociados. He has devoted most of his professional career to the development of financing alternatives that better suit the differentiated needs of the Mexican industrial and infrastructure sectors. Between 1989 and 1994, Ernesto was Chief Financial Officer at Petroleos Mexicanos, one of the largest industrial conglomerates in Latin America. From 1986 to 1989, he was President of Nacional Financiera, Mexico's development bank. Between 1982 and 1983, Ernesto held the position of Undersecretary for State owned industry within the Ministry of Industry. Ernesto holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Notre Dame University, and has been professor of economic analysis, economic development and economic planning at universities in Mexico and the United States. He has served as Chairman or member at the boards of a number of Mexican companies, as Adjunct Governor of the World Bank, the International Financial Corporation, the Interamerican Development Bank and the Interamerican Investment Corporation. Ernesto has been chairman or member of the board of various Mexican corporations, including Cemex, Aeromexico, Grupo ICA, Bancomer and Banco Internacional. Additionally, he has been member of the board and head of several committees of Fina Oil and Chemical Company, and Repsol.
