Robert A. Ortenzio has been a director of US Oncology since 1992 and joined the board of directors of Holdings upon consummation of the August, 2004 Merger. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Select Medical Corporation since September 2001 and was President and Chief Operating Officer of Select Medical Corporation from February 1997 until September 2001.
