We commenced operations in October 1997 and currently have over $14.0 billion of assets under management. Organized as a statutory trust created under the laws of Delaware, we conduct substantially all of our business through our subsidiaries generally under the designation Centerline Capital Group. Marc D. Schnitzer is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Centerline Capital Group ("Centerline") and a member of the Board of Trustees of Centerline's parent company, Centerline Holding Company (NYSE:CHC). John D'Amico is a Senior Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group ("Centerline"), a subsidiary of Centerline Holding Company (OTC:CLNH), and is the Company's General Counsel. Mr. D'Amico joined Centerline in 2006 when Centerline acquired ARCap. Prior to joining ARCap he spent 26 years as an associate and principal with the Hartford, Connecticut based law firm of Reid and Riege, P.C. He has experience in a wide array of business matters including creation and restructuring of limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships, syndications and private equity transactions, real estate and structured finance. He has served as counsel to investors, developers, financial institutions, underwriters and issuers and has been involved with the restructuring and workout of investments in shopping centers, industrial properties, multifamily dwellings and office buildings. He has particular knowledge and expertise in the structuring of real estate transactions from a tax standpoint. In addition to serving as General Counsel to ARCap, Mr. D'Amico also holds an Of Counsel position with the law firm of Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C. in Hartford, Connecticut. He has served as an Adjunct Professor in Real Estate Taxation at the University of Hartford, Barney School. Jerome Y. Halperin is a member of the Board of Trustees of Centerline Holding Company (OTC:CLNH), the parent company of Centerline Capital Group. Mr. Halperin is a retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP ("PricewaterhouseCoopers"), the international accounting firm, where he spent 39 years in varied positions. Mr. Halperin's final position at PricewaterhouseCoopers was Chairman of the international actuarial, benefits and compensation services group. After his retirement from PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Halperin was the president of the Detroit Investment Fund, a private investment fund established to stimulate economic growth in the city of Detroit. Currently, Mr. Halperin is a consultant on various real estate projects. He serves on the board of directors of several charitable organizations and was the Chairman of the Michigan Tax Forms Revisions Committee, a position he was appointed to by the Governor of the State of Michigan. Peter T. Allen is a managing trustee (independent trustee) or our Company. Mr. Allen is also the President of Peter Allen & Associates, Inc., a real estate development and management firm in which capacity he has been responsible for the leasing, refinancing, and development of major commercial properties. Mr. Allen has also been an Adjunct faculty member of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Michigan since 1981. Christopher J. Crouch is a Senior Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group ("Center line"), a subsidiary of Centerline Holding Company (NYSE:CHC), and head of the Asset Management Group. Mr. Crouch oversees the Primary Servicing, Special Servicing, Affordable Asset Management, Construction Monitoring and Portfolio Oversight functions. Mr. Crouch joined ARCap (acquired by Centerline's predecessor company in August, 2006) in 2001 as Managing Director of Special Servicing. Mr. Crouch formerly served as Managing Director/Special Servicing for Banc One Mortgage Capital Markets, LLC (n/k/a ORIX Capital Markets, LLC), where he was responsible for 93 contracts worth over $60 billion the largest CMBS Special Servicing portfolio assignment in the industry at that time. While at Banc One he was involved in the resolution of defaulted commercial real estate loans for MBank Austin, NA, Bonnet Resources Corporation, Banc One New Hampshire Asset Management and Banc One Management and Consulting Corporation. During this period, over 5,000 defaulted loans in CMBS transactions were resolved. His banking career began in 1974 with the National Bank of Commerce in San Antonio, where he spent eight years in real estate lending and be came Manager of the Real Estate Division. Prior to that, he spent three years as a developer in financ ing, construction and sale of approximately 1,800 multifamily units. Mr. Crouch received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Finance from the University of Texas in 1974.

Donald J. Meyer is the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and the Chairman of American Mortgage Acceptance Company (“AMAC”). Mr. Meyer is also an Executive Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group (“Centerline”), a subsidiary of Centerline Holding Company (OTC:CLNH) and AMAC’s external advisor, and the Chief Executive Officer of Centerline Real Estate Solutions, an affiliate of Centerline Servicing Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centerline. Mr. Meyer was previously the Chief Investment Officer of Centerline. Mr. Meyer has 33 years of real estate investment experience. Prior to joining Centerline’s predecessor, Mr. Meyer was the Chief Investment Officer of Capri Capital Advisors, LLC, a pension fund advisory firm with over $2 billion in assets under management. Capri was acquired by Centerline in 2005. Mr. Meyer’s previous experience includes serving as Managing Director and head of the Capital Markets unit of Cohen Financial, a nationwide mortgage banking firm, Managing Director and Chief Investment Offi­cer of Capital Trust, a NYSE-listed mezzanine lender and 18 years at First National Bank of Chicago in a variety of assignments in real estate and corporate banking groups. During his time at First National Bank of Chicago, Mr. Meyer served as Senior Credit Officer for the bank’s $7 billion loan portfolio, head of the real estate loan workout group in the early 1990s and head of the Corporate Investments unit responsible for high yielding real estate assets. Mr. Meyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with Honors, from the University of Illinois.

J. Larry Duggins is the Chief Executive Officer and a Managing Trustee of American Mortgage Acceptance Company ("AMAC") (AMEX:AMC). Mr. Duggins is also an Executive Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group ("Centerline"), a subsidiary of Centerline Holding Company (NYSE:CHC) and AMAC's external advisor, and is the Head of the Commercial Real Estate Group. Mr. Duggins is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Real Estate Group, as well as supervising Centerline's Information Technology platform. Mr. Duggins served as the Chief Executive Officer of ARCap, which was acquired by Centerline in August, 2006. Mr. Duggins co-founded REMICap, ARCap's predecessor, in April 1996. He was instrumental in the growth of ARCap into an industry-leading investor and funds manager in subordinate Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities. Prior to undertaking that endeavor, he served as Managing Director of the Business Acquisition Group of Banc One Management and Consulting Corporation. He has been involved in various aspects of mortgage finance and commercial banking for twenty-three years. Mr. Duggins received a Master of Science in Finance in 1983, a Master of Business Administration in 1982, and a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1980 from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate, the CMSA, and the Mortgage Bankers Association, and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin at Madison and on the Dean's Advisory Council for the EJ Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University.
