As CEO, Andy Sherman leverages his extensive knowledge of strategic sales and marketing to drive Manhattan CenterStone's rapid growth, client acquisition and momentum in the corporate real estate solutions market. Before joining Manhattan CenterStone, Mr. Sherman was CEO at WebEvent, where he led two years of high growth and successful acquisition by Meeting Maker. He previously served as Vice President of Sales at NaviSite, which he led from $750,000 in revenues to $103 million in four years and in executive roles for leading technology companies including Apple Computer, Fulcrum Technologies, Powersoft, and Sybase. Mr. Sherman holds a B.A. in History, cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
Lisalee Goss is responsible for overseeing the North America professional services and support groups. Lisalee brings more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry with a focus in accounting, property management and technology. She was formerly an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Manhattan Software, and was responsible for the implementation and delivery of consulting and support services to clients, driving business growth and establishing strategic industry relationships. Prior to joining Manhattan in 2003, Lisalee spent 10 years at Realm Business Solutions/CTI. She has also been employed with several real estate companies, including Trammell Crow, and has held positions as controller, accounting manager and director of training in the real estate sector.

Debra Vallo, is responsible for all aspects of client services. She has over 15 years of experience in various aspects of real estate and has a blend of many years of hands-on practical experience (business and accounting), as well as a thorough understanding of the implementation and client support aspects of the business. Debra has been on both the client and the vendor side of the real estate industry. During her career, she has been a commercial property manager for office, retail, and industrial properties. She subsequently joined Realm Business Solutions / CTI, where she focused on the documentation, implementation, and support of the CTI Real Estate System and INSIGHT (Business Objects-based reporting tool). She was also responsible for data conversion, enhancement specifications, creation of a data warehouse, universe design for INSIGHT, and managing Realm consultants. Debra joined Manhattan in October 2004 as Director of Support Services and then progressed to VP of Client Services. She is currently responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of implementations and on-going client support. Debra holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas, Dallas and a BS in Education from Texas A&M University.

John Serri, is responsible for directing the efforts involving the design and implementation of the Manhattan IWMS platform for Corporate Clients, including Merck, Lowe's, Qualcomm, Network Appliance, Juniper, Dell, Applied Biosystems, and Robert Half International. John takes a strong leadership role in coordinating client scoping and implementation including proposal development, pricing, contract negotiations, project planning, discovery, functional and design specification development, application development, deployment, and post production support. John is also Chairman of the Facilities Management User Group of Manhattan and acts as liaison between the organization and the group to gather best practices, feedback and suggestions relative to our product vision. He is also past Chairman of the Facility Management Work Group for the Open Software Consortium for Real Estate (OSCRE). John has held technical and management positions with MIT, Bell Laboratories, Loral/Lockheed Martin and Globalstar LP. John is currently a member of the adjunct faculty at Cal State East Bay and University of Phoenix. John holds a PhD in Physics, Magna Cum Laude from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Mathematics and Physics, Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Albany.

John Gill is responsible for planning and executing CenterStone's corporate marketing, lead generation and go-to-market strategies, including content, communications, sales support and client and partner marketing programs. Before joining CenterStone, Mr. Gill led the marketing team at ChannelWave Software, Inc. to over 100% growth in sales pipeline and revenues and directed marketing and public relations campaigns for technology clients at HighGround, Inc. He previously served as Massachusetts District Director for U.S. Congressman Martin T. Meehan and as a Pulitzer-prize winning reporter and editor at The Eagle-Tribune newspaper in Lawrence, MA. He is a graduate of Boston College.

Bob is Co-founder and Managing Director for the Center for Innovative Ventures at Partners HealthCare. Prior to founding the center in 2004, Bob was a general partner at Egan-Managed Capital. Bob has spent more than twenty years focusing on early-stage technology companies, with more than ten years venture capital investment experience. As Vice President of the Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation (MTDC), a 20-year-old venture firm that funds technology-based companies in Massachusetts, he reviewed more than 750 business plans and invested in 25 companies. He currently serves on the board of directors of WebEvent and Centerstone Software.

Bill Weidlein has been with Trans National Group since 1987. He oversees TNG's four majority owned operating affiliates (TNT Vacations, Trans National Communications International, Trans National Marketing and LiveBridge, as well as the Company's Real Estate and Investment activities. Mr. Weidlein previously serves as Group CFO, President, International and Executive Vice-President, of Trans National Financial Services and has been directly involved in the founding of ten companies in the affinity marketing industry. Before joining Trans National, he specialized in Financial Services and Information Industry clients at Bain & Company, where he led the consulting team for MBNA which identified the affinity credit card marketing opportunity and served in Development Engineering and M&A at Rohm and Haas Company. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA, with distinction, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
