Mr. Bosch was named senior vice president of Human Resources in July 2006. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of human resources including HR strategy and policy; talent acquisition, assessment and development; compensation and benefits; and HR deployment processes for the company. Prior to joining Centex, Mr. Bosch served for two years as senior vice president of Human Resources for Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Tenet’s operations included more than 77,000 employees. Mr. Angelilli is senior vice president, finance, for Centex Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for corporate-wide banking and financing activities, including all short-term and long-term funding, structured finance, project finance, and capital and currency hedging strategies. Mr. Angelilli has more than 18 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, treasury operations, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning and forecasting. Before joining Centex, he was senior vice president and treasurer of NationsCredit Corporation, a subsidiary of NationsBank Corporation, in Irving, Texas, where he was responsible for all corporate finance, securitization, banking and cash management functions. Mr. Angelilli began his career as a financial analyst, first with City National Bank of Detroit, Mich., and then with American Natural Resources Corporation. From 1981 until 1985, he was assistant vice president of Corporate Banking for the National Bank of Detroit. In 1985, he joined Chrysler Financial Corporation as associate director of financial sales and rose to assistant treasurer of Chrysler First Inc., which was acquired by NationsBank Corporation in 1993. He became vice president and treasurer of NationsCredit Corporation in 1994. Sandi Giannini holds the title of Sales Director at The Reiser Group, a position to which she was promoted in 2004, after demonstrating solid leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the marketplace, and a determination to exceed clients' goals and objectives. Since becoming a Sales Director at Reiser Group, Sandi has been involved in the sale of 14 residential communities across all spectrums of the business, including single-family homes, townhome sales and condominium conversions. Sandi typically manages five or more communities simultaneously with the able assistance of 12 to 15 sales professionals. Sandi joined Reiser Group in 2003 as a Community Sales Manager, representing homebuilders in Castro Valley, Pleasanton, Petaluma, Napa, Novato and Santa Rosa. With Reiser Group at Atherton Ranch in Novato, she revived sales at a community that lagged its peers in sales absorption and turned The Oaks and Victorians Townhomes into two of the best-selling communities in Marin County. The Victorians were later awarded the coveted Gold Nugget Award. Sandi's prior sales experience includes tenure with Centex Homes at "Hideaway at Point Marin" in Novato, where she successfully redirected a failed marketing effort and sold the remaining homes at a record pace. She also previously held sales positions at Home Quest Realty in San Francisco and Brookfield Homes in Novato, where she sold The Ridge, one of the Bay Area's largest townhome and condominium projects with over 300 homes. A longtime resident of Novato and San Rafael, Sandi has raised her family locally and contributes to a number of community organizations.

"Mr. Norton is responsible for national operations for Centex Financial Services. Prior to this position, Mr. Norton served as president, Commerce Title Company, agency operations. He joined Commerce Title in 2001 as president of central region operations. His previous experience includes more than 20 years in the title industry with several national title insurance underwriters. Prior to his leadership roles at Commerce Title Company, Mr. Norton was president of the Texas operations for Fidelity National Title. He began his career at Stewart Title, where he rapidly progressed through the management training program to vice president of branch operations in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Mr. Norton earned a B.B.A. from Hardin Simmons University, while enjoying a successful career in its baseball program. As an alumnus, the university invited him to serve on their Board of Young Associates. Mr. Norton is an active member in several committee positions of national & state title associations. Mr. Falk has worked for Kimberly-Clark since 1983, holding positions of increasing responsibility and authority. Under his leadership, the company successfully integrated Kimberly-Clark and Scott Paper operations following the merger of the two companies in late 1995. More recently, Mr. Falk was the architect of Kimberly-Clark's new global organizational structure and its Go-To-Market initiatives, which have redefined the way the company manufactures, distributes, promotes and sells its products. Before joining the internal audit staff of Kimberly-Clark in Neenah, Wis., in 1983, Mr. Falk was with the accounting firm of Alexander Grant & Co. He became Senior Auditor at Kimberly-Clark in 1984 and Senior Financial Analyst in 1986. He was promoted to Director of Corporate Strategic Analysis in 1987. In 1988, under Kimberly-Clark sponsorship, he earned a master of science degree in management as a Sloan Fellow at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Following graduation, he became Operations Manager for Infant Care at the Beech Island, S.C., diaper plant in 1989. Mr. Falk was elected Vice President of Operations Analysis and Control in 1990. In this role, he negotiated a complex set of transactions resulting in the divestiture of Spruce Falls Power and Paper, a newsprint subsidiary jointly owned by K-C and The New York Times, by transferring ownership control to its employees. Mr. Falk was elected Senior Vice President of Analysis and Administration in 1991, reporting to Chairman and CEO Wayne R. Sanders. In 1993, Mr. Falk was elected Group President of Infant and Child Care with responsibility for Huggies diapers, the company's best-selling product, and for Pull-Ups training pants. He became Group President of North American Consumer Products in early 1995. In this role, he led the company's consumer and professional tissue businesses, U.S. consumer sales and U.S. consumer business services. In 1996, he took on additional responsibilities for the company's then pulp and newsprint operations, its premium business and correspondence papers business, wet wipes business and two staff functions: human resources and environment and energy. He was elected Group President – Global Tissue and Paper in 1998, adding global oversight for the company's consumer and professional tissue and wet wipes businesses to his existing responsibilities. He was elected President and Chief Operating Officer and to the company's Board of Directors in 1999. Mr. Falk was elected Chief Executive Officer in 2002 and to his position as Chairman in 2003. Mr. Falk serves as a director of Centex Corporation and on the Dallas Regional Advisory Board for JP Morgan Chase. In addition, he is a National Trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and he serves on the Board of Catalyst. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin in 1980. Mr. Falk was born in Waterloo, Iowa, in 1958. He and his wife, Karen, have one son.

Barbara T. Alexander became a Director of the company in August 2006. A former senior advisor at UBS Securities and managing director at Dillon Reed & Co., Ms. Alexander's career spans more than 30 years in finance. Her distinguished career includes numerous international investment companies and philanthropic organizations. In 1987, Salomon Brothers Inc. appointed Ms. Alexander the first female managing director in the company's history. She was previously among the top investment bankers at Dillon Reed & Co. Inc., serving clients throughout North America, Australia and the United Kingdom. Alexander held additional senior executive and advisor positions with Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. Inc., Wachovia Bank & Trust Company N.A. and UBS Securities. She currently serves on the boards of Harrah's Entertainment, Centex Corporation and Freddie Mac. In addition to her corporate activities, Ms. Alexander is an executive fellow at the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University, has served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity International and Covenant House, and currently serves on the board of HomeAid America. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, where she earned bachelor's and master's degrees in theoretical mathematics.

Mr. Postl served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pennzoil Quaker State Company, a petroleum products company, from May 2000 until October 2002 when he retired. He joined Pennzoil in October 1998 as President and Chief Operating Officer. He is also a director of Centex Corporation and the American Balanced Fund.

Tom Schoewe is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., a position to which he was appointed in January 2000. He is responsible for treasury, tax, accounting and control, business planning and analysis, internal auditing, and several other key areas of the company. In addition, during June 2005, the lead financial executive in each of the operating segments (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and International) began reporting directly to him. Prior to his employment at Wal-Mart, Schoewe served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Black and Decker Corp., a position he held from 1993-1999. Prior to that, he served for four years as Black and Decker’s vice president of finance and was responsible for all financial operations except treasury and tax functions. He previously held the position of vice president of business planning and analysis. He joined Black & Decker in 1986 after serving at Chicago-based Beatrice Companies, where he was CFO and controller of Beatrice Consumer Durables, Inc. Schoewe graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a bachelor's of business administration degree in finance. He is a member of the Financial Executive International. In 2008, Schoewe was named a National Trustee for The First Tee reflecting Wal-Mart's continued support for the organization.

Ms. Fairbairn is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fairbairn Group, LLC, specializing in human resources and executive management consulting since April 2005. She served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Quality, of American Express Company, from 1996 until her retirement in April 2005. She is also a director of Centex Corporation, Sunoco Inc., and VF Corporation.
