For the past 26 years, Alicia Philipp has led the Foundation's grantmaking, fundraising and consultation to donors, other grantmakers, and nonprofit organizations. Under her leadership, the Foundation has grown from $7 million in 1977 to nearly $400 million, and has become one of the largest community foundations in the United States , and one of the first to establish a Center on Family Philanthropy within the foundation. Philipp is a member of the advisory committee of the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and serves as a board member of Central Atlanta Progress. She has previously served as a board member of the Council on Foundations, the Southeastern Council of Foundations, and Independent Sector. Her current leadership service includes: the Philanthropic Collaborative for a Healthy Georgia, the United Way Community Investment Committee, and the Council on Foundations Community Foundation Leadership Team.

Andre Jones, an Account Executive in Mohr Partners' Atlanta office, brings over 14 years of finance and commercial real estate experience. Jones' main focus is developing key corporate real estate relationships with multi-site space users across the country. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Jones served as a Vice President with UGL-Equis, focusing on the downtown and midtown Atlanta markets. Earlier in his career, he worked with Cushman & Wakefield of Atlanta, and has been employed in the commercial real estate or commercial financing arena since moving to Atlanta. Before UGL-Equis, Jones worked for six years in Construction Lending Management with HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation and IndyMac Bank. He served as Southeast Regional Director Construction Lending for HomeBanc, where he increased the construction lending portfolio by 19% between 2004 and 2005. Jones was a Senior Construction Lending Manager with IndyMac, where he was selected as a "Rising Star" in 2002 for a $221M gross loan volume, a 22% increase over 2001, and produced $25-30M annually in construction loans. Jones' experience also extends to publication and financial institutions. He was formerly a Director of Business Development within the advertising department of the Atlanta Daily World Newspaper, and a financial analyst with L. J. Melody (now CBRE, after its acquisition by CB Richard Ellis). A graduate of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Jones was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League and later played for Pittsburgh and the Detroit Lions. Jones also received a Master's in Business Leadership from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. Jones holds Six Sigma Certification and is a member of the Georgia Board of Realtors, Central Atlanta Progress, the Atlanta Business League and the National Football League Player's Association (NFLPA).

Recently, Ken was selected as one of Georgia Trend's "2003 Legal Elite" and one of the 25 most effective business litigation attorneys in Georgia. He was also named by Atlanta Magazine and Law & Politics Media, Inc. as a "Georgia Super Lawyer For 2004" in the area of business litigation. A native of Atlanta, Ken received his B.A. degree in broadcast journalism in 1978 from the University of North Carolina. He earned his J.D. degree in 1981 from the University of Georgia, where he served on the Georgia Law Review. He has published numerous articles on tax litigation, negotiating skills and business issues and serves on the faculty of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the National Business Institute and Tax Executives Institute and lectures extensively on multi-state tax, business litigation, the art of resolving disputes and trial strategy issues. Ken is also a leader in the Atlanta community. Among other positions, he serves on the Board of the Atlanta Zoo, Central Atlanta Progress, The John and Mary Franklin Foundation and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Home. He also served as the Regional Chairman of the National Conference for Community and Justice, President of Tate Mountain Associates, Inc. and as a trustee for Southwest Hospital and Medical Center. He is a graduate of the 1996-1997 Class of Leadership Atlanta and, with his wife, Caryl, served as Program Chair for the 1998 Leadership Georgia Class.

H. Jerome Russell is President of H. J. Russell & Company and Russell New Urban Development. He is a member of the American Kidney Fund's (AKF) National Board of Trustees. He currently serves on the Executive Committee as a Member-at-Large and serves on the Minority Intervention & Kidney Education (MIKE) Committee and the Public Support Committee. He brings to the Board great compassion borne of his own family experience .in 2005, Mr. Russell donated a kidney to his brother. Mr. Russell is a business and community leader who graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. He also serves as a board member of Citizens Trust Bank, Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition, Central Atlanta Progress, Metro Atlanta YMCA and the Georgia State Foundation.
Henry P. "Hank" Linginfelter was named executive vice president, Utility Operations, in June 2007. He is chairman and CEO of the company's six utilities and is also responsible for marketing, sales, customer experience and all regulatory and governmental affairs. In his years of service with the company, he has assumed increasing levels of responsibility and has played a key role in the company's marketing and regulatory activities. He has more than 26 years of experience in utility operations with AGL Resources. Prior to his current role, Linginfelter had oversight responsibilities for the company's Mid-Atlantic operations. This included the integration and management of the two largest acquisitions in the company's history; Virginia Natural Gas (VA) in 2000 and Elizabethtown Gas (NJ) in 2004. He resided in Virginia and served as president of each of those utilities along with Elkton Gas (MD) until 2007 when he returned to Atlanta. Linginfelter served on numerous civic and community boards during his time in Virginia and received the Paul A. Askew Community Service Award presented by regional organized labor groups for the advancement of workers' rights in service to their community. He currently serves on the boards of Central Atlanta Progress, The Nature Conservancy, Georgia Allies, Southern Gas Association and the Leadership Council of the American Gas Association. He is also a member of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2009. Linginfelter has a bachelor's degree in industrial management from Georgia Tech and a master's degree in business administration from Georgia State University.

Henry P. "Hank" Linginfelter, president of Virginia Natural Gas (VNG), was named senior vice president, Mid-Atlantic Operations, for AGL Resources, and president of two companies acquired by AGL Resources: Elizabethtown Gas (New Jersey), and Elkton Gas (Maryland) in December 2004. Linginfelter has been president of Virginia Natural Gas since October 2000 when AGL Resources acquired the Norfolk-based company. Virginia Natural Gas is a local distribution company serving more than a quarter million customers in Southeastern Virginia. Linginfelter is responsible for three utilities serving more than 525,000 customers in New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia. Elizabethtown Gas, the third largest natural gas company in New Jersey, serves more than 260,000 residential, business and industrial natural gas customers in New Jersey. Elizabethtown Gas serves parts of Union, Middlesex, Sussex, Warren, Hunterdon, Morris and Mercer counties. Elkton Gas serves approximately 5,100 residential and business natural gas customers in Maryland. Prior to joining Virginia Natural Gas, Linginfelter worked for Atlanta Gas Light, another subsidiary of AGL Resources, for 17 years in various positions in sales, marketing and division operations. Most recently he served as vice president of rates and regulation, representing the company before the Georgia Public Service Commission, Tennessee Regulatory Authority, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. With a solid background in customer service, he also is very experienced in building and managing cooperative and productive relationships with government officials and business and civic leaders. Linginfelter serves on numerous civic and community boards in Virginia, including the boards of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, United Way of South Hampton Roads, Norfolk State University Foundation, Tidewater Community College, The Virginia Aquarium, Virginia FREE and Hampton Roads Partnership. In 2004, he received the Paul A. Askew Community Service Award presented by regional organized labor groups for the advancement of workers' rights in service to their community. In 2005 he received the Corporate Volunteer Excellence Award presented by Virginia Business Magazine and Volunteer Hampton Roads for outstanding leadership in volunteerism. Also in 2005, he was appointed to a special subcommittee of the Virginia Coal and Energy Commission to address the Commonwealth's energy policy. Linginfelter has a bachelor's degree in industrial management from Georgia Tech and a master's degree in business administration from Georgia State University.

Robert L. Fornaro is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of AirTran Holdings, Inc., and its subsidiary, AirTran Airways, Inc. In addition, he serves on the company’s board of directors. Fornaro joined AirTran Airways in March 1999 as president and CFO. He was named chief operating officer and elected to the board of directors in 2001. Fornaro became chief executive officer on Nov. 1, 2007.
Fornaro has 30 years of marketing, planning and management consulting experience. Prior to joining AirTran Airways, he operated a successful aviation consulting practice.
From 1992 to 1997, Fornaro served as senior vice president - planning for US Airways where he directed the company's route planning, pricing and revenue management and overall corporate strategy. Before joining US Airways, Fornaro held the position of senior vice president - marketing planning at Northwest Airlines. His responsibilities included managing Northwest's international alliances and regional airline partner relationships.
Prior to Northwest, Fornaro was senior vice president - marketing and planning at Braniff, Inc. Fornaro also served as vice president - research for Jesup & Lamont Securities, Inc. and director of future schedule planning for Trans World Airlines.
A native of Long Island, N.Y., Fornaro attended Rutgers College in New Brunswick, N.J., on a lacrosse scholarship and earned a bachelors degree in economics. He also received a masters degree in city and regional planning from Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass. He is a director of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of the Georgia Aquarium. Fornaro and his wife, Karen, reside in Orlando and have three adult children.
