Wallace Macmillan joined CME in March 2003 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. Wallace Macmillan, 49, was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2003. From 2001 until joining us, Mr. Macmillan consulted for both Bertelsmann and EMI. From 1992 until 2001 Mr. Macmillan held several positions at EMI. Mark Wyllie joined CME as Finance Director in September 2000. In 2001 he became a Vice President of the Company. Mark, a Chartered Certified Accountant, served in various finance roles within United Biscuits from September 1988 until July 2000. In 1998 Mark was Finance Director for Asia and Central and Eastern Europe in charge of operations in Poland, Hungary and Romania as well as the Far East. From 1986 to 1988 he served as a consultant with Metapraxis Ltd, a small, financially oriented software consultancy. Marijan Jurenec was born in Maribor, Slovenia in 1957. He graduated from the University in Maribor, specializing in the study of Economics and International Business Affairs. Prior to entering the Slovenian television industry, he was responsible for export activities at the TAM Company. He also served as a financial consultant in the founding of several international companies. Jurenec also authored a financial analytical study on which the foundation of the international partnership at PRO PLUS was based and was co-founder of the CME projects in Slovenia. He was a partner and director of the private local television station Tele 59 from 1994 to 1995. Jurenec assumed managerial responsibility for PRO PLUS in July 1995. On April 12, 2005 Jurenec was appointed as Director, Adriatic Region. In this position, he is responsible for CME's expansion strategy in the former Yugoslavia, as well as continued supervision of CME's television networks in Slovenia and Croatia. In September 2008 Mr. Jurenec was also appointed Chief of CME's Internet Working Group. Marijan Jurenec was awarded the title of Slovenian Manager of the Year 2008 - one of the most prestigious manager awards made by the Manager Association of Slovenia. The awards are judged based on the successful execution of certain criteria including strong financial results, improvements to the running of the business, concern for the future of the company and leadership competences.

Romana Tomasova joined CME in October 2005 and serves as Director of Corporate Communications. She is responsible for investor, government and public relations. Prior to joining CME, Tomasova was Director of Marketing and Communications of PPF Group, which is the largest private financial group in the Czech Republic. While at PPF Group, her responsibilities included investor relations, building international awareness of the group, coordination of communication activities across all countries where the group's financial services companies were active, and communication of special projects, such as the sale of TV Nova to CME. Prior to the PPF Group, she worked as a public relations manager for the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, in the Czech Republic. Evelyn H. Lauder, Senior Corporate Vice President of The Esteé Lauder Companies Inc., has held many positions at the Company while contributing her invaluable insights about fashion trends, consumers' changing needs and new approaches to the development of innovative skin care, makeup and fragrance products. She also helped create and name the Clinique brand. As Head of Fragrance Development Worldwide for The Esteé Lauder Companies, she brings unique fragrance combinations and impressions to life in distinctive and globally successful scents. Mrs. Lauder is Chairman of The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) which she founded in 1993. She is passionately committed to funding breast cancer research, leading to prevention and a cure in our lifetime. To date, BCRF has raised over $237 million to support clinical and genetic research. In October 2008, BCRF awarded $35 million to 166 researchers in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Latin America, Australia and the Middle East. In 1989, Mrs. Lauder started the fundraising drive that established the Evelyn H. Lauder Breast Center at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Alfred W. Langer was born in 1950 in Dusseldorf, Germany. In 1979, he earned a MBA specializing in finance, organization and acquisition valuation. In 1980, he moved to Houston to work as a controller in the marketing department of Texas Instruments’ peripherals division. In 1981, he joined Hoechst AG in Frankfurt in the corporate auditing department. In 1985, he took a managerial position coordinating all the commercial activities of Hoechst in North America. In 1988, after assisting with the initial integration of Celanese and Hoechst, he joined Hoechst Holland in Amsterdam and until 1994 served as one of three members of the board of management, responsible for the sales divisions. In October 1994, Langer became managing director of Hoechst Trevira GmbH & Co. KG, the European fiber division of Hoechst in Frankfurt. In July 1997, after the sale of the division was completed he was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Celanese, the chemicals division of Hoechst. Following the spin-off of Celenase and the engineering polymers division of Hoechst, he was named Corporate Treasurer of the new combined German Celanese corporation. In 2001, he left Celanese to become CFO of Solvadis, a subsidiary of the German group MG Technologies. He is currently an independent consultant in financial and organizational areas.

Bruce Maggin has held senior management positions in virtually every segment of the media and communications industries and has been responsible for creating a succession of new businesses that have increased consumer entertainment and information alternatives. Prior to forming The H.A.M. Media Group, Mr. Maggin headed the ABC Multimedia Group where he was responsible for directing ABC's activities in the digital world. Among the businesses created by the Multimedia Group were ventures that developed and produced content for a wide variety of emerging platforms. These platforms included video games, online services, web-based sites, location based entertainment, and video-on-demand. Mr. Maggin was also responsible for the company's home video business, a new media sales group as well as ABC's technology investments. He had previously been head of the Development/Operations unit of Capital Cities/ABC Video Enterprises where he oversaw all of the company's start-up and venture business activities including electronic data delivery technologies, pay-per-view, and place based media. The Development/Operations unit was also responsible for several international consultancies. Mr. Maggin joined ABC originally in 1970 as part of the company's corporate planning department. He left ABC to become a merger and acquisition consultant for a major Wall Street bank and subsequently Vice President of Ziff Corporation, the parent company of Ziff-Davis Publishing and Broadcasting. Mr. Maggin has been a member of the Board of Directors of several companies including cable networks, Lifetime and ESPN. He currently serves on the boards of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation (NYSE: PVH) and Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: CETV). Charles R. Frank Jr. has served as a director since 2001. Mr Frank also currently serves as a non-executive board member of Mittal Steel Galati, the Romanian subsidiary of Mittal Steel Company N.V. and is a member of the investment committee of the Darby Converging Europe Mezzanine Fund. He is the former First Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) where he was responsible for banking operations. Duco Sickinghe is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Telenet, the Flemish cable operator. Mr. Sickinghe has worked for over 22 years in the technology and media industries, and began his career in finance with Hewlett-Packard in its European headquarters in Switzerland in 1987. In 1987 Mr. Sickinghe moved to Germany to head up Hewlett-Packard's LaserJet product line for Europe, and in 1989 became the company's Channel Development Manager for Europe. In 1991, Mr. Sickinge joined NeXT Computer as Vice President Marketing, then as General Manager France. Dr. Herbert Kloiber has over 30 years experience in the film and television industries. At present, he is Chairman and majority shareholder of Tele-Munchen Gruppe (TMG). TMG operates television channels RTL II and Tele 5 in Germany, as well as ATV+ in Austria. In addition to broadcasting, TMG is engaged in television production and distribution, as well as the distribution of theatrical, video and television rights through its control of the second largest television and film library in Germany. TMG has also represented the U.S. network CBS in programming distribution in German speaking territories for over 20 years. Prior to TMG, Herbert worked in various capacities at Beta/Taurus from 1970 to 1976. In 1974, he was named Managing Director of Unitel, the film and television production division, which specialized in the production of opera and concert films. He received many international awards, including the International Emmy for Performing Arts in 1979, as well as an Emmy as Executive Producer of 'Horowitz live' (ATT/NBC) in1978. In November 2004, he received the Directorate Award from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences during the International Emmy Awards Gala. Mr. Johnson is the founder of Black Entertainment Television (BET), a subsidiary of Viacom and the leading African-American operated media and entertainment company in the United States, and served as its Chief Executive Officer until January 2006. In 2002, Mr. Johnson became the first African-American majority owner of a major sports franchise, the Charlotte Bobcats of the NBA. From 1976 to 1979, he served as Vice President of Governmental Relations for the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA). Mr. Johnson also served as Press Secretary for the Honorable Walter E. Fauntroy, Congressional Delegate from the District of Columbia. He also serves on the following boards: KB Home, Lowe s Companies, Inc., NBA Board of Governors, Deutsche Bank Advisory Committee, The Business Council, The Johns Hopkins University, and the Smithsonian Institution s National Museum of African American History and Culture. Mr. Johnson has served on the Board since 2003, and is a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board. He holds a bachelor s degree in social studies from the University of Illinois and a master s degree in international affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
