Central Pacific Financial Corp., a Hawaii corporation and bank holding company registered under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 (as amended), was organized on February 1, 1982. Our principal business is to serve as a holding company for our bank subsidiary, Central Pacific Bank, which was incorporated in its present form in the state of Hawaii on March 16, 1982 in connection with the holding company reorganization, and its predecessor entity was incorporated in the state of Hawaii on January 15, 1954. When we refer to "the Company," "we," "us" or "our," we mean Central Pacific Financial Corp. and its subsidiaries (consolidated). When we refer to "Central Pacific Financial Corp." or to the holding company, we are referring to the parent company on a standalone basis, and we refer to Central Pacific Bank herein as our bank or the bank. Through our bank and its subsidiaries, we offer full-service commercial banking with 39 bank branches and more than 95 ATMs located throughout the state of Hawaii. Our administrative and main offices are located in Honolulu and we have 32 branches on the island of Oahu. We operate four branches on the island of Maui, two branches on the island of Hawaii and one branch on the island of Kauai. We also have offices in California serving customers there. Our bank's deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") up to applicable limits. The bank is not a member of the Federal Reserve System (the "Fed").

"Ronald K. Migita was born and raised on Wailuku, Maui. Mr. Migita earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He also graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and the University of Hawaii Advanced Management Program. He also spent three years in the United States Army, and was stationed in West Germany. In 1966, Mr. Migita began his banking career at Bank of Hawaii as a bank trainee. He’d eventually spend 28 years there, serving in various managerial and executive capacities, and eventually, was named Executive Vice President and Manager of the bank’s Business Financial Services Group. In 1995, Mr. Migita served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CB Bancshares, Inc. whose principal subsidiary was City Bank. In 2004, Mr. Migita joined Central Pacific Financial Corp., following the merger of Central Pacific Financial Corp and CB Bancshares, Inc. and served as Chairman of the Board. On August 1, 2008, Mr. Migita was named President & CEO of both Central Pacific Financial Corp. and Central Pacific Bank Mr. Migita currently serves on the University of Hawaii Board of Regents, the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii, the Aloha Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the National Board of the Boy Scouts of America, and is a Trustee for the Public Schools of Hawaii Foundation."

"Curtis W. Chinn is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. In this role, Chinn oversees all compliance and audit functions, credit-related programs, and the overall credit quality for the bank. Chinn joined Central Pacific Bank in 2003 as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Division Manager of the Financial Services Group, overseeing the Financial Services' sales teams, including commercial lending functions. "Blenn A. Fujimoto serves as Vice Chairman of Central Pacific Bank and Chief Executive Officer of Central Pacific HomeLoans, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Central Pacific Bank.
