"Ronald K. Migita was born and raised on Wailuku, Maui.
Mr. Migita earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He also graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and the University of Hawaii Advanced Management Program.
He also spent three years in the United States Army, and was stationed in West Germany.
In 1966, Mr. Migita began his banking career at Bank of Hawaii as a bank trainee. He’d eventually spend 28 years there, serving in various managerial and executive capacities, and eventually, was named Executive Vice President and Manager of the bank’s Business Financial Services Group.
In 1995, Mr. Migita served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CB Bancshares, Inc. whose principal subsidiary was City Bank. In 2004, Mr. Migita joined Central Pacific Financial Corp., following the merger of Central Pacific Financial Corp and CB Bancshares, Inc. and served as Chairman of the Board.
On August 1, 2008, Mr. Migita was named President & CEO of both Central Pacific Financial Corp. and Central Pacific Bank
Mr. Migita currently serves on the University of Hawaii Board of Regents, the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii, the Aloha Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the National Board of the Boy Scouts of America, and is a Trustee for the Public Schools of Hawaii Foundation."

"Curtis W. Chinn is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. In this role, Chinn oversees all compliance and audit functions, credit-related programs, and the overall credit quality for the bank.
Chinn joined Central Pacific Bank in 2003 as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Division Manager of the Financial Services Group, overseeing the Financial Services' sales teams, including commercial lending functions. Previously, Chinn worked at Silicon Valley Bank as Senior Vice President in the Specialty Finance Division, and at Bank of Hawaii as Senior Vice President and Division Manager of the Insurance Services Division, the Leasing Division and the Corporate Banking Division. He is a 28-year veteran of the financial services industry.
Active in the community, Chinn serves on the boards for the Hawaii Nature Center and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Hawaii Chapter. He is also a member of the Outrigger Canoe Club, the Oahu Country Club and the Pacific Club.
Chinn is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, with a BA and MA in Economics. He is a resident of Honolulu."

"Dean K. Hirata serves as Vice Chairman & Chief Financial Officer of Central Pacific Financial Corp., the holding company of Central Pacific Bank. Prior to Central Pacific Financial Corp., he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CB Bancshares, Inc., a bank holding company, whose principal subsidiary was City Bank.
Prior to joining CB Bancshares, Inc. in 1999, Mr. Hirata served as Controller during his 9-year career at First Hawaiian Bank. During his tenure there, his projects included the development and implementation of a bank-wide performance reporting system and various M&A financial analyses, including the merger of the former BancWest Corporation with and into First Hawaiian, Inc. in 1998.
A certified public accountant by profession, Mr. Hirata has a wealth of experience and expertise in the financial aspects of business with emphasis on the financial services industry. He began his professional career in 1980 at the international accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick.
During his 10 years at KPMG, he supervised audits and other services for several industries, including financial institutions, hotels and non-profit institutions. He eventually rose to the position of Senior Manager.
He also serves in numerous non-profit organizations, including the board of the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce, the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii and the Hawaii Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Mr. Hirata received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. His professional affiliations include the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives Institutes, Hawaii Chapter."

"Blenn A. Fujimoto serves as Vice Chairman of Central Pacific Bank and Chief Executive Officer of Central Pacific HomeLoans, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Central Pacific Bank.
Mr. Fujimoto oversees the entire Hawaii market, including 38 branches of Central Pacific Bank and five full-service mortgage offices of Central Pacific HomeLoans statewide. From commercial to consumer lending, as well as private banking, wealth management, product development and marketing, Mr. Fujimoto is responsible for increasing the Bank's market penetration with an effective sales and service program in providing a solid banking experience for customers of Central Pacific Bank.
Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of the Hawaii market and CEO of Central Pacific Home Loans. Prior to joining Central Pacific Bank in 2000, Mr. Fujimoto served 20 years with Bank of Hawaii, most recently as Vice President and District Manager of the Ala Moana District where he oversaw six traditional branches and a supermarket branch.
Mr. Fujimoto is a 26-year veteran of the banking industry and was recognized as the 2005 Financial Services Champion for Oahu by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Visionary and a genuine advocate for small businesses, Mr. Fujimoto is a true friend of small business assisting in countless ways, from providing start-up financing and capital for growth to offering invaluable insight and advice for new business owners as well as succession planing for others.
Under Mr. Fujimoto’s direction and leadership, Central Pacific Bank was the SBA Lender of the Year in 2005 for Hawaii Category II lenders for the second consecutive year. Other examples showcasing Mr. Fujimoto’s support of small business in Hawaii include the development of two innovative programs designed specifically to assist the small business owner. The first, Central Pacific Bank’s SBA CommunityExpress Loan Program, provides unsecured loans and lines of credit, as well as technical assistance to eligible small businesses including those owned 51% or more by women, ethnic minorities, veterans or located in low to moderate income areas. The second, Central Pacific Bank’s Women’s Business Central, is the first comprehensive program in the state of Hawaii created by a local financial institution designed specifically to help women business owners with capital, education and resources to help them succeed.
A leader in professional and community organizations, Mr. Fujimoto currently serves on the boards for Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii, Enterprise Honolulu, Manoa Valley Theatre, Pacific and Asian Affairs Counsel, Aloha United Way and Pacific Coast Banking School.
Born in Fukuoka, Japan, Mr. Fujimoto received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington."
